This is such an utter bullshit. Nobody was at war with "Russian speaking population". Dnipro, Kharkiv, Kherson, and even Kyiv at that time were mostly Russian speaking. Ukraine was fighting a hybrid war against Russia for territories that rightfully belong to it. I will never believe that people of Donbass and Lugansk would go to war on their own. Those were some of the most prosperous and well developed regions of Ukraine that weren't mistreated in any way. Sure. The results of that referendum were as true as results of Russia's domestic elections, lol. Right, after they killed of all resistance, they've put their own people in power and sigbed aan agreement with them. I guess you could say that both "sides" accepted the terms, lol. Once again, this is a totally dihinest way to put it. I was still at school in Ukraine at this time, living in a bordering region. And we had RUSSIAN LANGUAGE lessons. Most people spoke Russian and nobody was being oppressed. ... Also, if NATO is such a threat to Russia, and is truly the reason for this war, then how come Finland was allowed to become a NATO member with no issues and no retaliation whatsoever, despite its border being 400km from St. Petersburg? Hypocrite much? That's totally fine and no issue at all, right? While Ukraine shluld not be allowed to make any independent decisions whatsoever. Wests behaviour during this war clearly showed that they don't want an escalation and conflict with Russia. NATO is a defensive alliance and would never attack Russia on its own. And Russia nows that. So all this bullshit about war being caused because Ukraine wanted to potentially join NATO or EU in 20 something years, is just that - bullshit. -

Not sure what you are talking about. After the collapse of the soviet union, Russia, Ukraine and 13 Other countries signed agreement, acknowledging each others territories and independence. In good faith. Russia broke them. Ukraine gave away its nuclear weapons and signed peace guarantees with Russia, in good faith, Russia broke them. The same happened with Georgia. Russia took over crimea and tried to pretend like it was just a totally natural, fair and square referendum. While when Chechnya wanted to become independent, Russia crushed them. Then they pretended like Donbass and Lugansk are just completely natural rebellions for freedom, once again. And that Russia has no part in it. I don't think that Russia, under Putin's leadership, can be negotiated with in good faith ever again. -

It might as well be one, considering how it's running things in Palestine. If Palestinian government could keep Hamas in check, then sure, but that's not the case. -

First of all, all of this is your perspective, as a westerner. None of the points you listed benefit Ukraine. Realistically speaking, it's very unlikely that they will start using those. They would still be allied anyway. And, since you mentioned China, I don't think they want escalation or Russia using nukes either. Nobody is going to chime in for Russia, and I doubt Russia will ever dare to attack NATO. ... Finally, none of this answers my original questions. What's the point of temporary peace, just for the conflict to re-start in a few years? You will be faced with all the same issues and dilemmas of conflict escalation, only Russia will be stronger by then. So unless you have an idea on how to make sure that Russia never attacks Ukraine again, you might as well propose Ukraine to give all of its territories to Russia right now. -

@Bobby_2021 i feel like that was not the point if the discussion. We were talking about the psychology of Hamas. -

What talks can there be with Russia if they keep violating peace and territorial agreements? What is the point of freezing the conflict for a few years, giving russia more teritories, just to allow them to regroup and attack you even harder soon after? -

I don't think it's far fetched to assume that they would start a genocide if they could. -

What is the reasoning behind you saying that Hamas would nuke Israel? Even in the video you linked, his intention seemed to be taking those territories back for themselves (which obviously wouldn't be possible if they nuked them first). At least this is the vibe I got from his interview. Edit: Specifically when he said that occupation of palestinian land by israel should end. Which to me shows that he still views those territories as palestine and want to take them back, not nuke them. -

What's the difference between what Hamas said they would do in that video and what Israel is actively doing? Why Hamas is the only genocidal maniac in this case? -

What does it matter if they have satelites that can show you where russian troops are? -

They are able tonsend wounded soldiers back and send new ones in. It's not like they are encircled. I even saw a video of them retrieving damaged machinery. -
This thread lead to some great conversations so clearly you are incorrect.

I am glad. I am also never gling back to regular shoes. I've tried walking barefoot mostly in parks and on trails so far. I liked it.

Or are there other channels with better quality advise? The main thing I don't like about them is that they just pump a ton of 10-minute long videos. I would love something with a more structured content.

Nothing unfair and controversial here

This is actually an amazing example of what Leo has been talking about on the topic of genetic freaks. The boxer who won, is actually not trans. She is a woman by birth (and passport) with a disorder of sex development, which causes her to have some masculine traits and higher levels of testosterone. If you want to make an argument that she shouldn't be allowed to compete, you would also have to advocate for way stricter athlete classification rules in general. For example, ban super tall people like Michael Jordan from basketball and ban Kenyan athletes from running. Or at least create a separate category for them. Which is dumb because, as Leo said, all top athletes are basically genetics feaks in one way or another. That's the whole point! To show what humans capable of at their peak potential. Also, testosterone levels and body strength in general is a scale. And people are only bothered by this because she is participating in a woman's category. The same people would be totally fine with the same situation if she was a man, competing with other men. Like if she was Mike Tyson and simply had higher testosterone and superior body compared to other male boxers - nobody would bat an eye. People would actually put her on a pedestal for it.

Today is the second time when I've noticed that after I work out, my throat gets really tight and feels kind of clogged. And it stays like that for most of the day. I often get an urge to cough to "clear" it. Which is annoying. Does anyone know why this keeps happening and what I can do about it?
-
@Sugarcoat i took an allergy pill and it definitely helped with today's symptoms.
-
I am not aware of neither. Why would asthma get triggered by working out though? My theory was that I tense neck muscles too much when lifting weights. But now I am not sure. I woke up today and have a similar feeling, but it does feel more like an allergy now.

Why is it cringe? I think they are pretty nice and chill.

@Fabio thank you. I will look them up as well. Owen has a lot of long talks about his general mindsets, but I am looking for more oractical videos/exercises at the moment.

Actually the y'be issued a statement apologizing and saying that the scene wasn't meant to represent the last supper or mock anyone. Which, in my opinion, makes it at least half not as bad as I originally thought. -

Russian one is also cringe because of how pretentious and try hard it is. Also, only the dinner part was bad, imo. Gojira performance was great.
