My Understanding of Consciousness is based on these Subjective Experiences. 1. Information is the basic building block of our Consciousness. 2. Information from the senses creates intelligence in the Conscious Mind. 3. Intelligence becomes Understandings when processed in the Subconscious Mind. 4. Our Attention is reading the collection of our Understandings in the Subconscious Mind. 5. The Collected Attention of the moment allows us to feel our Consciousness. 6. the above cycle from information to Attention, happening in the being is our Consciousness. 7. Consciousness is the Origin of All information, Senses, intelligence, Understandings and Attention.

The Explanation of Experiencing Consciousness. When we see a red flower, it is a transfer of information to our eyes. then the brain will decode the intelligence about it and identify with our previous understandings and allow The Attention of experiencing “The Red flower”. In this example, We saw “information” as the light or photons from the red flower, “intelligence” as data about the red flower in our brain, “Understandings” as collected intelligence about the red flower from our previous experiences with it. "The Attention” of experiencing 'the Red flower' when we became attentive to our experience in senses and Perception. Consciousness is experiencing the Red Flower as information, intelligence, understanding and being in Attention of the whole experience.

The Manifestation of Human Self-Awareness is a process in the Consciousness. we have all the tools to experience the self from birth. But the Mind and Self-Awareness to experience our existence are not fully developed yet. We started to experience our existence through our Body senses. when our senses gained experience, it allowed us to explore our Mind by giving the information from our senses to the mind. This information we used in the Mind for Reasoning to create intelligence. We used this intelligence in the Mind to understand and retained it. This retained understanding is our Awareness. Then we used our Awareness to understand the new experiences with intelligence and information from the senses. This Collection of our retained understandings is The Self-Awareness. The ability to access Self-Awareness is the greatest tool to understand our existence in Consciousness in its essence. The above cycle from body Senses to Self-Awareness is our growth in the Consciousness. Mindfulness Practices allows efficient and systematic growth of our self-Awareness. The ancient Self-Awareness experts have developed many practices which enhances our quality of life.

I know that I said start to experience existence. before that, you were pure consciousness so there is no experience to sense because you were the experience itself you were infinity but you forgot. of course, that is 10000% accurate.

Then, it helped you to overcome the influence of your beliefs to cut them off from understandings.

Being Conscious is an ability to be Consciously Aware of your internal processing in your Awareness, Mind and Senses. This is a fundamental feature in The Consciousness which allows a person to become aware of his internal process and thereby his Self-Awareness. When we become consciously aware of how our physical senses are working, we are being conscious of our Mind. When we become Consciously Aware of how the mind works, we are being Conscious of our Self-Awareness. The Quran about being conscious The Arabic word "إِلَهِ" is derived from the Root "ا ل ه". Because of religious and cultural influence, it is very hard to find the true meanings of these words. I have derived the meaning of the word "إِلَهِ" as "being Conscious" from my own subjective experiences of other known words from the Quran. The entire Quran is talking about the Cognitive and Spiritual Experiences, so it cannot be talking of an external God. if we ponder enough into the below versus, you can experience it yourself. 73: 9: Controller of the Clarity and the covering from (influences); there is no being Conscious except It, so take it in charge. The above verse is talking about "the Controller", which is our higher Conscious Entity, the Internal "I". so when it says there is no "إِلَهِ", it does not mean an entity outside, but it means there is no "being Conscious" other than it. 64: 13: The Consciousness - there is no being Conscious except It. And upon The Consciousness let put trust for the Stabilisation of Mind. The above verse tells us that, The Consciousness apart from it there is no being Conscious in us, the entities in Mind and The Controller all are our own Creations, there is "No Conscious being, other than the Consciousness". This is the Overall message of Quran. 47: 19: So know that, there is no being Conscious except The Consciousness and ask protection from errors for your fault and for the Stability and The Well-being. And The Consciousness knows of your transformations and your Stagnation

do you guys understand English ?? do you know what I do in my life to say that I am stuck in my finite system. if we consider that the finite system you are talking about is fundamental Islam stage blue Islam. if I go to a mosque and say to the imam I am GOD. he will say you are not Muslim. KAFIR ATHEIST ??. he may kill me or hand me over to a mental illness hospital. you have the choice to choose the spiritual teaching that works best for you. I have studied some Buddhism. because Christ said it. you are funny. One of the preserved lines of Jesus' gospel, they say is in Mark 1:7, where Jesus supposedly prophesied of Muhammad, "There cometh after Me he that is mightier than I." @Rilles @LastThursday if you are truly open-minded as you claim take some time and contemplate on the Quran. don't take it literally because you want to prove it wrong. Instead of criticizing religions, people who are being dogmatic cannot see different perspectives. True Islam is Quran being applied what I mean by Islam is the state of full submission to God which is above 200 in Hawkins maps of consciousness in fact if you are below that don't read the Quran because will misunderstand it. if you were able to contemplate on the Quran you will know that Muhammed (saw) is the most enlightened being who ever existed more than budhha and Jesus. simply because there is no powerful teaching other than the Quran. you can say that I am being dogmatic here that's because you haven't understood the Quran yet. people who don't contemplate the Quran are missing a lot of wisdom.
