Exactly lol. Dogs are actually omnivores because we fed them veggies for so long. So veggie dog food works. If that breaks your heart then I would go for organs because that’s often wasted. Also it’s about human nutrition. How we feed animals would be another ethical discussion.

Useless animal cruelty is forbidden. So it’s not like you can just buy a pet and then torture it legally. That’s why most of society is developed enough to see it as wrong. If society develops further we could illegalize eating meat for sure. I agree with you theoretically but practically it doesn’t work. When I switched from veganism to vegetarianism I spent a bit of money to third world countries every time I bought some milk products or eggs. Over time I got used to buying animal products again and lost the interest in spending that extra money. I stopped being aware of some of the animal cruelty once I switched from veganism to vegetarianism because it would interfere with my self worth.

Why? Most people in society act in a way that they try to avoid hurting others so they accept others pain and suffering and go about avoiding it. You gotta eat something so you gotta choose. We are part of nature. Evolution is part of nature. Developing a self of morality which has compassion towards other species is part of nature. If you value being as primitive as possible then go ahead.

You said ethical choices should be individual and not peer pressured. Ones eating habits as well as criminal activities all fall under the general category of ethical choices. My argument is that its a double standard to treat eating habits differently from other crimes. Its just that our society isnt developed enough to also include animals, at least not to the same extend. There is no reason to not put animal rights on the same ethical playing field as human rights other then that its not conductive to our survival. Which is why we tell ourselves that one is justifiable and the other one is terrible when there really isnt a difference. edit: Thats the 3-years-quiet-vegan-just-got-rejected-by-a-hot-girl-I-have-feelings-for-energy. That’s like saying everyone should decide for themself if they want to rape people or not. No society has a duty to pressure people to not become criminals because that’s the only way the society survives and stays healthy. But the fact that vegetarians and vegans are the vast minority means that they can’t operate in that way. It only works if the majority has the same belief. So yes not pressuring anyone to follow the same veggie lifestyle is psychologically the most strategic thing to do.

@Kimka Have you talked to a plant based nutritionist about it? There are many things one can do wrong on a plant based diet and plant based diets can be build very differently. You probably know because you were plant based for so long but just in case you overlooked that. You can of course be spiritual while eating meat. But if you eat meat because you don’t give a shit about the animals you are selfsish and become less conscious. If it’s your only option it’s justifiable. Leo eats a lot of meat because of his gut problems.

I would go for around 1g of protein / pound of bodyweight. You don’t need more then that. Eating at maintenance would increase muscle building but you can still easily build muscle with 28% on a cut. After 2 months or so of dieting (depending how hardcore it was) I would always do a diet break for about a month where you eat at maintenance to reduce hunger and to increase fat loss later. Your training is already good for muscle building. High frequency is especially important on a cut but it’s also good for building muscle. I would only change things up if you did this exact plan for a long time or you disliked some of the exercises. Make sure to do a light training week every 6 weeks or so where you recover and resensitize your muscles for future growth.

@2xj_m You forgot calves Besides that this sounds like an excellent workout regime to me. Because you stimulate pretty much all muscles 3 times a week it’s perfect for maintaining muscle. If you want to maintain muscle frequent short sessions are best.

Okay if you are 28% bodyweight your body likes to loose that fat so preserving muscle is easy. Does emphasis mean you only train the muscles you mentioned or just more? If you stimulate muscles multiple times a week (even its the same volume as with less frequency) it’s easier to maintain them. With 1.5 years on and off and not optimal training you likely haven’t even gotten all of your newbie gains so maintaining muscle is a lot easier. 7 hours isn’t optimally but it’s okay. Honestly I think you could get away with something like 0.6g protein / pound of bodyweight because it’s relatively easy for you to maintain muscle because of your muscle composition even in a deficit. I am not a nutritionist or anything but from all the information I gathered from fitness YouTubers over the years that would probably be the consensus.

@2xj_m You are asking a specific question without mentioning the specific circumstances so it’s not possible to answer that. -You say you are cutting, how big is the calorie deficit? -How much bf do you have? -How much do you weight train? If you are stimulating muscles multiple times a week the body has more of an incentive to keep the muscle (although too much is also counterproductive because the body needs protein for recovery) ? -How many years have you been training? -Sleep/Stress All of these factors are important and influence how much protein you need to keep your muscles. But muscle memory is a thing. Even if you loose a bit of muscle it’s not hard to get it back.

Okay I said that wrong. You can leave some hints in your dating profile which make it relatively obvious that you only want sex. Like a shirtless picture on the beach, not too much smiling, maybe a funny slightly sexual profile description that leaves a hint and all of these little hints combined make a pretty clear message without ever saying it directly. Also I see quite a lot of girls on tinder that say directly that they only want sex.

Have you thought about dating apps? You could make it clear there that you only want sex so there wouldn’t be any misunderstanding and as you said you have the looks for it.

You are expecting the girls to be selfless towards you which is a selfish thing to do because that would mean that all the emotional work is done by the girls. If you fuck a girl and she builds romantic feelings for you and you reject that then she will be hurt and hold you as a negative fuckboy in her mind. Your intentions aren’t bad that you just want sex without hurting anyone but it’s so against the girls interest to see that that she will rather hate you.

Similar situation here but we are only like 60 people so when I fuck up its way worse. Is it that bad if the community finds out you are a f*ckboy? I mean the girls who want serious relationships would avoid you and the ones who also just want quick sex would stay. That might be even better for you. On the other side communities probably don’t like guys who sleep around so you might get shamed for it. But it’s a stage green place so you might get away with it more easily.

For full transparency I made a mind map with all the psychedelics I was/am taking. I thought he would appreciate my honest, WTF was I thinking ? He allowed me to take the backdoor so I could quietly sneak out so that other people couldn’t see that I was sent back and therefore couldn’t shame me. I am so incredible responsible and unashamed of taking drugs .. that was one hell of a collision with society. But the only ones I take regularly are only lsd and psylocibin microdoses. He didn’t even look those up. But I feel like they can’t be that bad, that they aren’t even look-up-worthy. 2x 5mg lsd a week..

It’s a very long story which I won’t cover. But I basically told her very directly that I was into her and got rejected because she has a bf and also thought I just wanted sex but later found out I actually had romantic interest. From there she sent me a lot of hints that she still wants more from me. The thing is that I just want realtalk from her but I don’t know if there are girls who are just incapable of doing that. She seems to run on autopilot and I do everything very consciously. That’s why I want realtalk while she drops signs. Am I expecting to much or should I go on?
