  1. You have also built more body awareness with lifting so you might also just become more aware that you are weaker. Also couldn't you increase the one meal you have per day? why does it have so few calories?
  2. I think technology evolves faster than our "natural integrating systems". But we do have wisdom on our sides. Look at VR for example. Not everyone is jumping on the hype train because we know from experience with smartphones and computers that this new world probably won't make us much more happy. So wisdom might win in the long run. Are you sure about that? It's easy to look just at a certain aspect and argue that it is all depends on that. Yes the kid in the Congo might not have social media and therefore in this aspect might be a lot more happy then a kid in Sweden. But there are other aspects to look at which affect happiness. Maybe the kid isnt happy because he isnt as healthy nutrition wise, its more detrimental to get sick, he cant actualize himself in his country, its not as safe.. Maybe in the end you are still right but I dont think so in the bigger picture. Technologie isnt out for so long. Maybe in a hundred years we will have shaped our world consciously enough to align more with our natural self.
  3. @Breakingthewall Well there are ways to consciously built a world/ society which aligns with how our brain has evolved in nature. Which is why in first world countries a lot of trees are planted in urban areas, being a digital minimalist becomes trendy, schools in Sweden now use more text books instead of tablets (which still isnt all natural I admit), and many other stuff. It isnt enough of course but we at least do something about it.
  4. Sadghuru is a Freak. Who makes hippies illegal? Drugs, urinating at public places and stuff like that is illegal but who forces you to not be a hippie? I mean there is some part truth to that, when your source of happiness is antithetical to survival, like you love to do nothing that gets forbidden, because the group wants to survive. You think that these primitive energies can just be transformed? I am skeptical of that. Just like these no fap people say they can use that energy for higher things in their life and in the end they all give in. I dont think you can trick/ have that much control over your (primitive) psyche. You should of course make your life about the highest goal you can think of but I do think that a bit of primitive needs will even remain then.
  5. @Breakingthewall That makes sense.
  6. Do you think the primitive part is not in us anymore or is it repressed? Every generation moves a step further. Our generation won't figure everything out and that's okay.
  7. But you said that they deteriorate your brain. I equated that with mental performance as I dont see how deteriation wouldn't have a direct effect on mental performance. So when you say that they increase your mental performance that suggests to me that they are good for the brain. Or is it like steroids. Fast gains at the expense of longevity. (Roughly, its not a perfect analogy)
  8. I was ecstatic playing Pokemon on my Nintendo ds as a kid. That aint it at least for me.
  9. What I wonder is do we loose that happiness naturally by growing up or is it just society making us sick?
  10. @Breakingthewall You think a more primitive part in us still craves that? You know I thought a bit about making it a LP of mine to give people and adults opportunities to let loose in play so that their more primitive side of them is being stimulated/ integrated.
  11. You spoke very highly of psychedelics in that they increased your intelligence a lot. Have you changed your mind or is both partially true that they deteriorate your brain but also increase other parts of intelligence like creativity or abstract thinking or whatever?
  12. What do you think about the F+ of the black guy and the girl?
  13. I am in somewhat of a F+ for the last 5 months now. Took down the sex part a bit because it got to intimate not sure where to go from here. I can relate to everything the black guy says it's scary.
  14. @Rafael Thundercat What about the entities which are created by unfulfilled horniness or a toxic sex partner?
  15. Join some club which is about some activity you are interested in.
  16. Haha yeah good that you ask the experts here. This. Unless organic means something fundamentally different in the US. I am usually a big Dr. Mike advocate and I think he is still golden about most things.
  17. Sex drains me way more than masturbation. I can really fuck my brain out. But sex is emotionally rewarding so you get something back.
  18. little poetry 🌹: auf Deutsch: Wie fühlt sich eine Rose während sie sich öffnet? in English: How does a rose feel as it opens?
  19. It's different for everyone you should try both and see which effect it has on you. And in my experience they influence each other a lot. After lsd my psylocibin trips get more lsd like.
  20. Thanks for sharing! I have something similar with like a sucking machine I recently got and which motivated me to make this thread. It shocked me how good that thing was even though there was still plenty of ways to improve it. I dont want to hurt a girls confidence when she won't come close to that machine. I think for most women they need more of an emotional connection for sex than men. Which is why men get more satisfaction out of sex toys.
  21. These substances can evolve a lot. Psylocibin was light, fun, unclear and dirty at the beginning and after just tipping my foot in 5meo dmt and a bit of lsd it has gotten super deep and clear.
  22. Maybe. Maybe not. I think in the hitler example that may be the case that it would be bad to kill in as a time traveler BECAUSE nobody killed him back then which means not enough people were wise enough so they needed that experience to wisen up. (I mean the collective and not the individuals of course) An analogous wrong approach to this would be fucking up your own life on purpose just so you can learn. If you fuck up your own life on purpose that means you knew better and there is no learning to gain. But if you know that there is an asshole which abuses people right now for example you live in a country with a bad dictator then it's good to fight against him imo.
  23. I see.. If I had the aura of a Jesus Christ maybe that would work.
  24. I personally wouldn't like to kill hitler because it would get me into trouble but I would feel obligated to do. So that's an inner conflict still within the selfish ego in your eyes (cause I am just feeding my hero ego for example)? Do you think your definition of morality is whole then or is it necessary to break out of it once in a while? My example with hitler seems like an example where your definition of morality falls short to deal with every situation.
