  1. Saying things, and using labels such as "I'm tired" or "I don't know" is like planting seeds of victimhood.
  2. Maybe you can earn money by tutoring system engineering online/ finding low-skilled remote jobs like a call center rep/ or just a random local job. Putting up fundraising might be a good idea, but it should not be that hard to do on your own. Also, try to lower your living expenses, maybe you can go live at a hostel while you get better. As for your spiritual and emotional problems, I don't know what is right for you. Maybe you are going through something the dark night of the soul, which is something that's necessary to go through. Or maybe you should try to forget about spirituality for a while, and focus on just getting by. Spirituality itself is a dangerous thing, no one person deserves the blame. https://www.gofundme.com/s?q=russia https://www.varsitytutors.com/tutor-application?&v=variant https://youarerad.org/
  3. I love this song^ makes me want to take a bath and chill. Anyway, here is what my funeral will sound like.
  4. @King Merk But I guess it's hard not to judge oneself because of cultural and personal baggage. I guarantee there is a whole field of self-help or psychology focused on becoming more sexually liberated, go research that stuff.
  5. I think society conditions us to identify and hold a specific categorys of sexuality when all sexuality is, is a cluster of cravings and such. just do what feels right for you bro. These categories just happen to exist because they are practical when a lot of people have similar preferences and creates an illusion that it is a "thing" Don't worry too much about these categories do what feels right
  6. What are your favorite qualities of Adyashanti?
  7. My bad I was downloading: How To Make A Girl Squirt - Give Your Girl An Explosive Orgasm To all my databases.
  8. VR mod is releasing soon. It won't be as good as an actual VR game, but it's still awesome.
  9. I guess what you mean by a "VR sim" is a separate and offline rendition in VR meant for one person. And by "VR world", the metaverse? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metaverse If that's the case you could say that "VR worlds" are bigger in a sense because it's more interconnected.
  10. @Jannes I double-posted my reply Both VRChat and Neos recommend a GTX 970 and an i5-4590 with 4 gigs of ram as a minimum. You should upgrade tho if you easily get motion sick imo. But you don't need a PC at all if you want to use Horizon worlds and Gravity Sketch which runs natively on the quest 2. Even VRChat runs on quest, but you can get like 15fps in a populated world.
  11. Have a look at Neos VR, it's similar to Horizon worlds in that you are inside the world at the same time as you are creating it, but it is more advanced and you will need a decent pc. I think there is an overlap between people interested in VR and psychedelics. There are many trippy worlds to explore in VRChat, and I have even heard hearsay that discord groups do guided tours of VRChat for people tripping.
  12. This guy out here doing the REAL work.
  13. Maybe you can have a normal sleep cycle but still, keep some of the things you like about the night like the quietness and the contemplative vibe. Buy moving out closer to nature/solitude.
  14. He has reached a new level of awakening
  15. @Devin No. Learning IFS is a good initiative tho.
  16. To me, the distancing or wedge is to protect hurt parts of me, so I can also work on those hurt parts to resolve my superiority. Because then I would not need to distance myself and not need the part that is "superior" to justify it. ^ this is true in my experience
  17. For me, my feeling of superiority is there in part to justify my disconnection from others.
  18. Hell and heaven are metaphors for states of Consciousness. Allah ARE and is creating the people that are "disbelievers". Sin is when people do things that separate their consciousness from god and suffer because the separation itself creates suffering which is Hell. Not because some powerful separate being somewhere is judging and condemning them. You don't need to convert to Islam, ironically you will live in hell if you do because mainstream Islam is not concerned with absolute truth or changing one's state of consciousness. It does the opposite, filling the mind and perception of its followers with beliefs and stories. Learning about Esoteric religion is a mindfuck, but you will get it after a while. And then after you got it intellectually the real work starts with integrating it into the level of being. The mental model of Allah is not Allah.
  19. This is kinda far out, but maybe he was using an IV drip, that way he could control both duration and intensity by throttling the speed of the drip. This is obviously very dangerous if you don't know what you're doing.
  20. I have created a very cynical view/ relation of Work and career. It started when I was very young and I noticed how toxic and crushing of a relationship most people have to it and how the way most people live is circular and soulless, maybe there is more to it that I am not aware of. I became quite nihilistic. I usually get a sense of dread when I think about it. It has led me to a LOT of inaction and apathy. I think some of the insight I got is accurate, but I guess it was too much for me at the time, I became a victim, depressed and stuck, instead of taking action and facing these problems. I don't think that I still think about life in that egoic flavor of nihilism and hopelessness that much these days, but the way it made me feel around this topic is still lurking in the background and creating inaction. I'm doing the LP course but I can't really get clear on my values, I guess I need more experience. I'm in my early 20s I don't know how to unravel this, I guess I should do shadow work-type stuff? I'm basically handicapped until I fix this lol. What do you think?
  21. I had a dream where I was in a city where all the buildings were old and looked like they were taken from the countryside. Slowly chased by some entity, it was always far away and occluded. The thing told me it was my friend, but that he would get me. Then I "woke up" and its face was right above mine, It looked melted its eyes were glowing red and the glare from the light weaved into a pattern. And I laughed because he told me he was going to get me and he did. ? Then I fully woke up and was left confused with a headache. This is the only interesting dream I can remember. I would not say it was good or bad, I never felt fear during the dream it was just weird. It sure was an experience tho lol.
