Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura Are there any distinctions you were able to successfully un-create? -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura True. I do believe it's possible to expand the limits of our power, but I wonder if the discipline involved makes it not practical or achievable for most. -

@Leo Gura "It's more tricky than that. You are assuming that distinctions are an objective physical fact of the universe. That isn't the case. Distinctions are created by your mind. If you want, you can create a distinction between inside vs outside your body. But the key is to be conscious that YOUR MIND is creating that distinction, and you could choose to un-create it. In other words: all distinctions are imaginary. This includes the distinction you've created between you and me. If you imagine that you are not me, that will become true for you. That will become your reality/dream." You say we can choose to un-create these distinctions, but my experience is we don't have much control over this. -

@JuliusCaesar Could be true. I haven't reached states of Omniscience. Were you able to reach this state? Leo, would you agree with this? I think you have a different perspective. I don't think you are saying that Leo is all that exists from your pov. -

@Leo Gura I thought you were curious about this as well. You said if you could exist as this alien mouse right now you would. I am not asking you. I am asking myself. -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura Haha...true. Wish I could remember why I chose to experience this particular human life out of endless other possibilities. During your next awakening will you ask why you are choosing your Leo experience over the alien mouse existence? I would love to hear any insight you receive. -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura Good point. But you can't deny the stability and consistency of waking reality does make it much more convincing. As you have said, it's hard to believe it's all a dream when you are paying your taxes. -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura I was thinking of the stability and consistency of waking reality versus dreams. This does make waking reality appear to be the real reality. Thus we buy into the illusion more. -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura Also a deeper understanding of Matthew in this. Matthew is not all that exists. Do you think one of the purposes of sleeping dreams is to make the illusion of waking reality more convincing? -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura Thank you. I can handle it only being me. Just trying to understand the different realties and why it's much easier to see it in my sleeping dreams versus waking reality. -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura Leo, can you please share your perspective on waking reality being a shared experience with other aspects of your mind? Or if you feel it is only the experience of your mind, the same as our sleeping realties? I have contemplated this a lot but can't reach a definitive answer. I have been keeping dream journals for years. In exploring and recording my sleeping dreams I can easily see the narratives on my mind playing out, but find it much more difficult to see these patterns in my waking world. Is it possible that sleeping dreams are a sub reality of only my Matthew mind, where waking reality is something much larger? -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura Thank you! This is helpful. I have had some profound insights and experiences of oneness. One that comes to mind is in working with inner conversations with people ahead of time and them verbatim saying exactly what I rehearsed in my mind. But then it still leaves some doubt. I think maybe it was telepathy or their higher mind was just cooperating with my intentions. This still leaves open the possibility of them being their own consciousness. -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura Is there any particular experience that comes to mind that ended your doubt about this? A moment where something happened and you realized there is no objective reality? -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura Have you discovered a way to test and prove this? I would love to end all doubt for myself that there is no objective reality and I am only ever experiencing my mind. -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura After experiencing the tremendous joy of being this alien mouse, did you have any challenges coming back to your life as Leo? -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura I have often felt this way during my OBE's visiting other realties. I often felt coming back to this reality and very heavy dense body extremely challenging. If we as God can exist as whatever form pleases us most, I would love if you were able to get some clarity on why you are choosing human Leo over this mouse existence. Please contemplate this question during future awakenings and see what insights you receive. Thank you! -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura I see. The reason I asked was because during many of my OBE'S I would visit another house in another reality that I live in. Once I was there for several minutes memories would begin to come back to me of the life I was living there that I normally have no awareness of. I was very intrigued by this and it opened me up to the possibility of living multiple existences simultaneously. -

@Leo Gura It sounds like you were much more pleased with your experience as the mouse over human Leo. Any insights as to why you are choosing the Leo experience instead? -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura Fascinating! Thank you for sharing it. At any point did you get the sense that you may be existing as this mouse concurrently along with your Leo experience? -
Matthew85 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura Who are all these people on this imaginary planet, if you are the only conscious thing that exists? -
Matthew85 replied to Jaccobtw's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
No. all concepts of death being bad or negative are a human creation. Death actually doesn't exist but everything that is in a finite form will eventually change state. "Like I've heard spiritual teachers say that if you die you'll likely reincarnate or that "you'll have to start over' or some crap. Like how does death affect the human race or the greater universe? Are there bad consequences for people who are still alive when people die? Or does death really not matter at all?" Spiritual nonsense. You choose every finite expression you experience. It all up to you. Does death matter in the relative sense? In my most expanded states I have seen that it doesn't. We don't comprehend what eternity and infinity actually means. -
Matthew85 replied to Frosty97's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Frosty97 No one knows. All they can offer is speculation. I feel the construction of the world is a much deeper process then human eyesight. -
@Bazooka Jesus I have lucid dreams often. They certainly lend credibility to the idea that the mind can generate realities that are indistinguishable from our waking world. Whether that means my waking reality is solely only a creation of my mind, I'm not certain of. It's possible waking reality could be a shared dream while our sleeping dreams are solely a creation of our mind.

This is a fascinating subject. I am curious if anyone on the forum has had any success shifting. If in the infinite field every possible version of reality exists as a potential, it's possible we could deliberately shift to a different realty. Bashar says consciousness is already shifting realties but the realties are so similar we don't notice we are shifting. I think it would take tremendous focus to make a bigger shift. This is essentially what Dr Joe Dispenza says is happening when they get miraculous healings with their students. They move their consciousness to a reality where they don't have the condition until it becomes their new reality. There is definitely something to it.

If everyone is a sovereign God from their viewpoint, and it works like a dream. Do you feel we are each experiencing our own reality? I work with my dreams often and I can see the narratives of my mind playing out in them. But it's a lot harder to see that in the waking dream. Is it possible the waking dream is a shared dream among Gods or would you say no, it's only my dream? Is God only ever dreaming a singular dream at one time?
