A light has appeared A pure life is born On this earth In this world Bringing its inner power Molded from our birth Manufactured Like a robot Hypnotized Stage by stage Erasing our essence Unconsciously Each influence along our lives Creates on us A false being Denying the purity The innate brightness Turning off Our deepest evolution A distorted world Living in lies and illusions Limits the true vision And the expansion Of our power But buried in the deepest of my being A flame's still burning A hidden truth A covered perception Conscious I see The great reality Its throb increases Coming closer to it Feeling like I'm losing my home I feel the real in the unreal My foundations crumbles All my world destroyed I plunge into this huge perception The secret is revealed A universe full of love Remembering what we are Attracting all we want Appreciating Being grateful We are beings of light A state of consciousness With our roots in the present Deeply fulfilled in completeness Embracing our life The existence Feeling we come from The source Internalize this deep truth... What you see outside Reflects what you have inside You create your reality Feel your wounds, your emotional locks Heal your inner world Clean the window of your life Allow your wisdom To lead you soul I open my heart My whole being I let the light Pass through my Fears and shadows My inner child... My deepest emotions I leave myself In hands of healing In silence I trust I know it's for my sake A reconnection with the source The origin of all life As the center of the universe Eternal Transmitting love, infinite joy Well-being flows to us Allows ourselves to receive... All this stream of energy We are becoming conscious Connecting And learning how to Live in all its dimension Story of a spiritual seeker who finds the Truth about halfway through the song and then rants about it. Told in delicious death growls and wonderful clean vocals <3 Thread had 666 posts, so I guess it's a sign -
Alternative model that I use: 1. Make a list of all your incomes that you have each month. 2. Look at your bank statements from the last few months to see what you are spending. Estimate what you spend how much on (doesn't need to be super precise at this stage). 3. Create a reasonable budget for each category. Here you can have a certain amount you want for savings for example. 4. You don't need to be incredibly precise about what you spend, just look at the bank statements, see if you are roughly on budget and adjust the budgets if necessary. After you have done this for let's say half a year, you have a pretty clear idea about how you spend money. At this point the problem has likely solved itself because you have been more mindful about you financial situation. If not, you can see problems more clearly and make strategic cuts where it hurts the least. You can also estimate how much you can save quite well. Transfer that amount to another account in the beginning of the month. I could go on, but you get the idea. I study business and worked in financial services for 2.5 years, so maybe this approach is to technical for some people to use. Just throwing it in here, see if anyone resonates Also, welcome to the forum

Very true, and quite a big issue in this forum. When interpreting someone's situation on here, we need to keep a few things in mind: 1. Even if the person is being honest to us, he/she could still be highly deluded. 2. We get very selective insights into the person's life. Even though they might be quite deep, we still lack the big picture. 3. The cultural situation a person is in might differ a lot from what we are used to and therefore tend to project. 4. The mind has a tendency to jump to conclusions, fill in gaps. So we outselves are quite deluded in thinking that we know a person from a few posts. That being said, it is still valuable to give nuanced perspectives.

Fun fact: This is Leo's first video I ever saw and so kind of what got me into spirituality and deep personal development

"I am at the peak of my youth right now and I'm having lot's of opportunities to develop right now. I'm super excited about my future, cause I have now idea yet how it will turn out, but it sure is going to be fucking epic! I still get to live at home, which is nice because my relationship to my parents is not to healthy right now, and this way I have the chance to get closer to them. I don't have a lot of friends that distract me from doing my inner work, which is great! I'm working on developing a few, very close friendships though, because I want to build a really strong support system. This is why I'm implementing habits and systems right now to be more social. I'm so excited about getting this handled! Yesterday my car insurance told me that I will lose quite a lot of money. At first I thought it sucked, but then I had the chance to watch all my insecurities and unhandled negative mindsets. I looked at them, disidentified, it's not "my" money, not "my" thoughts after all. Life at the moment just is full of interesting challenges like that. It's sometimes difficult, but I'm getting stronger and stronger because of it. This also makes me sure that I'm not just gonna be an average person that accomplishes nothing. GROWTH BABY! \m/ I feel a lot of fear around my life purpose. That shows how important of a topic it is for me. The next step is working on those fears, doing Leo's fear excercises in the course and also contemplating, researching and finding my own solutions. It's just part of the Life Purpose process and I trust that the universe, perfect as it is, gives me exactly what I need to walk my path. I realized that I still carry around a lot of victim mentality, so I'm constantly working on raising my consciousness through meditation and contemplation, shining awareness on all these victim beliefs. What is also super nice is that I get to live in San Fran, a huge city with a tooon of opportunities and fascinating people. Really helps with my project on socializing and building a solid circle of friends. But I also know that I can always move if I feel the need. FREEDOM BABY! \m/ I'm such an awesome little ego on the path to self actualization and eventually getting rid of myself. Life is a maze and it is fucking aMAZEing how tricky it actually is. These are exciting times. I'm still in the beginning of my journey and a lot of outside as well as inside things are there that I will keep working on. But I have awakened. I can never fall back asleep completely. I love this whole mess <3" This is what I see when I look at your post. You're awesome, keep going!

I can relate to that soo well. Discovered music much later in my life than most people, only started taking it seriously at around my 20th birthday. Right now I'm quite sure that my life purpose will be deeply connected to music (field of mastery). Yet still I constantly worry if I'm to late, if I'll ever be able to be even remotely as good as all the people I admire (and even they struggle to make a living!) But recently I have the insight that life will unfold and is unfolding perfectly. I focus a lot more on spiritual work right now, and my happiness/satisfaction level in the present moment keeps rising and rising. I rewatched Leo's video "Awareness alone is curative" and it resonated with me so much all of a sudden. I now try to just be aware 24/7 (far from actually making it of cause, but it's getting better). At the same time I just try to drop all expectations towards myself and all guilt. Universal intelligence will guide my way, if I slack off to much, suffering will be my teacher and with awareness I shall change my behaviour. Another related insight that I had a while ago is that struggling to make something happen/stop something from happening is often much worse than the undesired outcome. Recently had to fight to keep my flat and after a while just decided to say fuck it and find a new solution immediately felt like a huge burden had been taken from me (also was given an opportunity the next day that I was only able to take because I had dropped the flat thanks universe) I guess what I'm trying to say is that you should never pressure yourself. Pressure is always negative motivation. Instead become very clear of what you want and let that pull you. If it doesn't pull you, that's fine too. Keep being aware. Keep reflecting what you want. Keep being in the present moment. Keep developing your insight into reality. Keep loving <3 Edit: If you haven't yet, read "The Path of Least Resistance". Talks a lot about the creator mindset of building the life (or whatever else) you desire. Also great for any artist obvs

Since he particularly asked for advice and we're on a self help forum, yes, implicitly it was advice OP might be though -

While that may be true it is very dangerous advice to give -

The effect of any psychedelic is highly dependent on set and setting and also on your experience with them and general level of consciousness. That being said, if you were able to handle 200μg it is likely that you will be able to do 300μg. Just prepare carefully, take enough water and food with you, find a place where you will not be disturbed, have what-if-plans for events like rain and so on. Consider bringing a tripsitter. Part of the whole point of taking psychedelics is loosing the illusion that you had any control to begin with. Good look my brother, tell us what you decided to do and how it turned out! -

To be honest, this whole thread seems quite self righteous. Is it about embracing evil or pointing fingers at things, saying that you are not that, while still acting all spiritual and understanding? (I'm over exaggerating) I think embracing evil is quite a good idea actually, the entire metal as well as occult community is all about that. I love horror movies, I love gore, I very much like to be disturbed and I spend most of my day listening to overly violent music (even though the lyrics are not even about violence most of the time). It's just not that big of a deal, it's part of reality and embracing that in art is actually part of the purpose of art. It's all about the deep beauty of ugliness and disgust. So here is some evil for you to embrace if you feel like it: Iconic Slayer song about Joseph Mengele and what happened in Auschwitz (Also check out their song "Seasons In The Abyss", an ode to insanity) Cattle Decapitation, Deathgrind about all the very real horrors that humanity has produced. Their discography shows that you don't need to make shit up to create insanely brutal art. This song is about what overfishing and pollution are doing to the oceans. With lyrics and beautifully shocking imagery. A great artist that makes some amazing horror illustrations. I love this artwork he made of Baphomet, but all of his stuff is worth checking out. So these are just some that came to my mind immediately. Let me know if you've acquired the taste and want more, I'm happy to show you the way down the rabbit whole into pure darkness >:D -

@Preetom Thank you for everything you said here! -
@Mu_ Well I really enjoyed your perspective on the whole topic. It is always very helpful to reframe your view on a topic that you already think you "know" about. And I really like your view on it so thanks

Thank you for this!

Okay, so it has been a while now. Any status updates? Have you been able to implement what was said? Did you find you way back to a steady meditation practice?

Hey everybody, I just happened to stumble across some very interesting human being. She calls herself Teal Swan and claims to have supernatural powers. Also she claims to be a former victim of ritual abuse. While I have learned to have an open mind towards basically anything, I feel like something is fisihy about her. What are your opinions on her and do you know anything about her or tried some of the things she suggests and actually seen any results?

Happy birthday to Leo's ego. It truely is a day to celebrate, you absolutely turned my life around in the last 3 years. I'm actually having tears in my eyes writing this, I hope to meet you in person one day. Infinite Love <3

@RichardY Well, it's still quite personal. I wouldn't mind sharing it with the community at all, but if I just post it, anyone could read it. But thanks a lot for your help, I'll send it to you via dm

Namaste, I don't know if this is really a place where I am allowed to ask for this, but it was the best place that came to mind. I want to apply for an internship in england. However, I am from Germany, and even though I think my English is quite good, I need somebody to proofread my application. Are there any native english speakers, preferably even from GB, that would do me the favor of quickly scanning over my cover letter & cv, mainly looking for spelling mistakes, but also general flaws? Thank you very much in advance

I think the value you try to refer to is more like "excellence", which is definitly a high consciousness value that's worth pursueing. So I somewhat disagree with the other posts, the domain of mastery/excellence is completely up to you!

Thought about doing that actually. You will hear about it if I'll make it work

@Lorcan Perhaps just flipping a switch and going 110% beast-mode just doesn't work for you. Since you do not have a real trigger to put you into beast-mode, it is just unnatural for you. Try this instead: Make a list of all the really basic things you need to work on. Pick one. Work on it everyday with a really comfortable amount of effort, but do that rigorously. Install the App "Loop - Habit Tracker" (on Android, don't know if it exists for iOS, but you'll find a similar one) to keep track of your progress. Slowly you can increase the amount of effort you put in everyday. Do not go to fast. Do not build to many habits at once (I would say two to three habits at the same time is the absolute maximum). After one habit is in place (the app will tell you the habit strengh in percent), go to the next thing to work on. Starting that right now, and as we are in a similar situation (As I know from your other post), let's start this method together. If you accept my challenge, I'm going to send you a private message next week to hold you accountable

@Lorcan I feel you. Grew up in comfort, living in comfort right now. Stuck.
