Im curious if anyone has read this and has thoughts on if its a high consciousness resource. Im at about page 135 and he seems to be getting into the hard problem of consciousness, i didn't expect this book to go into this and from watching actualized.org I'm aware that even seemingly very smart and well read people can be disastrously wrong about this topic. Is reading this going to confuse me more or is it relatively high conscious material?

Ive also heard that you should eat lots of animal foods the day of and during the trip. Also heard that taking any psychedelic when nutrient deficient is not good for the brain. makes sense to me.

So last night i smoked some cannabis and laid in the dark and my arms started to move on their own doing what looks like what ive seen martin ball do on 5meodmt. Really symmetrical intricate movements i noticed the more i felt into my body the more this energy did its thing it was pretty crazy and was scaring the shit out of me for the first couple of minutes haha probably one of the most wacky things thats happened to me on cannabis. has anyone else experienced anything like this or have any idea what that was so i. can research some more about it?

Ive heard this said quite abit, and have heard leo saying this in the forum that its unsafe to eat because of this. just thought it might be helpful to share

i find getting high and watching nature documentaries trippy especially after doing allot of epistemological/ metaphysical ground work.

@Leo Gura Are you saying that liver is worse than eating any other part of the cow? my understanding is that the liver does not store the toxins, its not like a water filter.
