  1. I could send you over some past life regression sources I have found. I have not tried it my self but I have been edging this concept. Regarding the dreams, if you had similar events as the fears you are re-dreaming, like if you forgot something (particular thing) in your life and it really sucked and you are from time to time dreaming that you forgot and experience the fear of forgetting in different scenarios, I think it's 100 % from this life, however. I have at least one dream experience that is not related to any particular event in my life and it happened when I was very young, but then it stopped. I series of dreams of missing unconnected series of stairs where I couldn't go up and down. While reflecting on that I see that there is more to it than a re-occouring fear, but I am yet to dig into it further. It feels more like a dark night of the soul experience that I lost the connection with life and what I want to do with taking this birth. From the comtemporary Gurus I listen to Osho and Nithyananda were the only two whom I know that gave techniques for recalling past lives for people who are not enlightened. Maybe the Sanskrit Channel on YouTube also has some info on that. Every spiritual master who has talked about this topic have in some way expressed that upon enlightenment you know all your past lives. From their perspective the problem is that we are very affected by the karmas of this life. Remembering how we died and lived could make it worse. Some gurus also say that past lives are of no significance to you like Sadhguru for example, but other gurus do not say that. I would also be very interested to find out some of the details of my past lives as I think it's acctually powerful and it acctually could free your cognition from the conditioning of society. Now, that would be dangerous for the current form of governance though, haha.
  2. If your skin doesn’t get ichy, red, tear off you are fine. If you are concerned about birthmarks exposed to the sun, visit dermatologist and check melanoma and other skin cancers, remove these birthmarks even if you don't like it. Otherwise you are fine.
  3. do you have any music?
  4. You are a moron (i know what I will get warning points). Stop insulting people. Guilt will not help and your gaslighing for sure will not help him, this is very irresponsible and sounds like you have to do some reflection on this topic as well to stop shaming other people for asking!!! If someone should stop posting on here it's you. Now, the actual reply from my experience: Neither I do any sex with women, so how to deal with it? There is no short-term solution for you to stop masturbating just like that. Many people will say that it’s normal, some will say it's not, it's up to you, I think it's not normal because it messes with your perception of the world/reality and most of your life energy will be spent fantasizing about the opposite sex and desperation, defeat and loneliness of never getting any. If you stop doing (i haven't done for a few months now), I feel more mentally and emotionally alone, I can enjoy my company a lot more and my meditation is just more intense and I feel more grounded and active physically. Now, to get from the place I did do it a few times a week to not do it at all, you have to find YOUR reason. Mine was that a guru told me that I took this birth with certain desires, overenjoying some pleasure alters the outcome of your initial desires and what you acctually want to express does NOT express in this lifetime. So it just clicked something within me and it made me stop. I still have cravings, but I will just never touch it, because there is no point. I don't want to venture into this mental/emotional instability and fantasy for no gain. I can live without it, and much better. Also I underestand that I will not have it all. I will have some things like maybe a spouse, maybe a career, maybe a music career, or maybe I will be a yogi and I will have nothing else or any single of these things. I rather adapt to any one thing as I have to survive at the end of the day and I will not have it all. And it's fine, maybe life is about something totally different than what I have. Quitting sexuality (and I have not quit it, i just don't fap) is #2 hardest thing for a human being and I think the #1 is food addiction, meaning that for your whole life you will eat some foods that are bad for you, can't quut them and because of that you can't be healthy, energetic and can't reach a certain intensity in your meditation and never reach anywhere. Practical solution could be practicing some form of kriya yoga like Isha kriya by sadhguru, doing some strong determination sitting if it helps for you or practicing intent and visualization of either "I want to have a girlfriend in my life" or "I want to get rid of my sexual fantasies and transform some aspect of my life" this regular practicing of wanting your desires will inspire you to act towards what you want.
  5. What about just having a functional anti virus software and keeping windows 10? For everything worth stealing in companies, isn't there like a remote desktop or local server kind of thing going on?
  6. Tnx for the story. I would not engage with such a person, that's like the opposite of me.
  7. People hate themselves and project it to the world, this is none of your business and their decision. If you are relating to them, you have to reduce and destroy this fear and powerlesness of being disliked and hated. If you reduce the pattern of feeling that somebody is your enemy, your enemy gets weak. You can help people who want to be helped. The other people will not need help, ignore or hate you for helping.
  8. Hinduism IS to be implemented and taken literally, because those sutras, pointers and teachings work. For example, Mahabhatata war really happened. Rama lived way over his lifetime etc. All of the hindu stories have some relevance, even today, ok, maybe those stories are not so literal, but have a perspective, and still some stories are quite literal, like when Shiva opens his third eye, the whole existence burns. That means that the dimension of third eye makes everything sense perception phenomenon irrelevant in your existence, that, however, is literal.
  9. Yes, if they keep re-occouring and you can identify that this phenomenon is repeating, it also subtly changes the idea ( increases the degree or ratio of which you think you are the body, emotions, memories, things you have or abilities you poses versus you nor being any of that). Profound spiritual experiences will lubricate the rest of your path, but you can't rely on them or wait for them to happen. The closest thing what you can do instead is to contemplate the Truths in ancient scriptures that express trough contemporary enlightenment scholars or masters. For example, contemplate the meaning of eternity, that you are spaceless, timeless, how would it express, how would it feel like, understand that at some point in your lifetimes in the eternity, you are bound to have enlightenment. This life(s) only destination is the space less, timeless, eternal bliss which encompasses everything and nothing, and you are all of that acctually. There are other things to contemplate like if you can will to be blissful and feel blissfully you are acctually God itself or whatever.
  10. Life is for enlightenment, let me live that possibility
  11. I don't know, never had it. Don't care that much either at the moment. I will have her only if I really vibe with her, otherwise it's just a social barter.
  12. "I am never wrong, Leo, only you are wrong. All of you are wrong, I am always right."
  13. My point is that you merely cannot do some practice for moderate amount of time and call yourself a yogi. You need a lot of practice to make big things happen in your experience. You and me need to do these practices until yoga means nothing to you and that discipline will take all your time if you want to be a yogi and attain while retaining the body. For moksha (breaking the life and death cycle at the moment of death) or blissful life you don't need to be a yogi. But to be a yogi, you cannot live whatever lifestyle. After a certain mastery your practice will be so refined, you might not need to do it a lot to enjoy life or you will do it all the time while doing other things or you will be so established you might not need any practice for the rest of your life, that is what I mean after certain point.
  14. @Emerald can help you
  15. That is not the main reason (but it is also true) of the flaw I highlighted, it's that society is unable to resolve the high degree of self-hatred and confusion about life they carry and project to others in their virtue signaling, therefore the things that a human being naturally expresses, doesn't get to express to live a balanced life.
  16. you just described a fundemental flaw of human society which is that usually children sing, adults become serious and repressed. they stop expressing themselves and put down others who express which explains the phenomenon of gossip.
  17. I think Yogis reach points where they do not need spiritual practices, but some prefer to do it after attaining something significant, so it's not self-honest. Person who is in yoga is very different than somebody who benefits from spiritual practices like a bogi, the blissful man. You don't have to do a lot of practice to feel blissful, but to make bananas out of apple tree, you need quite something else.

  19. Semen retention does not "force" open the minds eye. You need sadhana, meditation, practice to slowly transition and switch the channels. Yes, semen retention does produce force of potential to be used, but if you have no bliss or no meditativeness in your life, persistant sexual fantasies is all you will have and you will be frustrated, if you manage to persist that, maybe it can happen, but it's very unlikely. If you retain semen and do sadhana, yes you will have growth. You will have more mental clarity, emotional stability and bliss.
  20. I noticed that there is another school of thought regarding people who used omeprazol and pantoprezole for few years (for acid reflux and gastritis), they have tried something else until it has worked for them like one very popular solution is to regularly consume apple cider vinegar, aloe vera juice etc. depending on their problem. I also don't want to sit on omeprazol or pantoprezol, therefore I feel I will solve this problem by a lifestyle change which is not so clearly laid out by the docs I visited. Also stomach ulcer/gastritis can be created by stress alone which only reflective people who can find some time in the day can manage to heal and prevent by a change of their lifestyle. In that case I can see why it can suck. I think they are more helpful for more serious conditions and photo of your stomach ain't that bad if you have researched some solutions for the type of thing you have.
  21. Yoga, shadow work, self-enquiry, sitting in sielence, abstinence, celibacy, fasting.
  22. I had it and still have it. I am also on omeprazol. I am still searching, I have a few things I will do to try to solve it. Seems like a lot of people have it acctually, when I asked around.
  23. I will just state my concern for all of us. We are where we are. The infrastructure for mass enlightenment is simply not there. Nobody knows what to do with their life. This is where we are. We do not know. And if you figure and try to implement everybody starts dragging you back or you get killed for the truth. Perpetual idiots run the world i guess and like sheep we follow it because we don't know any better.
