@HMD Eating junk food , walking back and forth too much/ wasting my time. However, in regard to upcoming events I always have been surprised when I admit to myself that I don't know what will happen in the future.

Hi, I am a 22 year old college student in India. I am ok at studies. Most of my friends are in a relationship whereas I am not and I am suffering due to it. Girls reject me and go to someone else which make me suffer more. Also I get extremely jealous when I see a couple.I am pissed off at girls of my batch who call me brother but it no longer affects me.So what's the solution to my problem ? Is optimism is or responsibility for improving the situation or Not knowing ? Please help.

And guys how do I fix my jealousy if girls are getting into relationships by earlier rejecting me and calling me brother? Lot of people in my college are finding relationships and I am among the few who are single.

Ya but guys I am a student and I am not allowed to go to bars and clubs as my father don't want me to go there. However, I am better than I know is the truth - this is a good perspective .

@itsadistraction ya that seems to me a good advice but by the way I would prefer to lowering my standards and how can I do it ? Also in case of asking out I said a girl I love you over a text. She gave me a rude reply and the next day her male friend gave me a threat call. Now she is with someone else and I am jealous that she has found somebody and I have not. She also abused me , bullied me after I complained the matter to a senior.

@Majed I tried and cold approached 50 + girls in my campus. However, cold approach doesn't work in India. I was kicked out of a campus while cold approaching a girl. I don't know what to do .

You were right when you told that we need to follow other self help teacher as you are focussed on higher things. And followed other teachers like Mark Manson (bought his courses) , Ryan Holiday- even bought a book written by him . And they genuinely improve lives if those teachings are applied after thinking. For example - to overcome adversity we must not only persist but also distinguish things that are in our control ( persist in that ) and not in our control (accept that ). Self help really improves lives. But most people underestimate self help . Majority of them spend time on reels, YouTube shorts ( I am glad you didn't release short instead the clips channel was great) while not paying attention to self help, philosophy. Movies , shorts are for time wasters and self help , philosophy is for time users. I am not saying that one must never watch movies , shorts etc but most of the time must be spend on something way greater than those ( grateful that you are upto something greater). Waiting to see you back in YouTube. Thank you.

Every now and then they troll me , insult me for watching actualized.org.They think that philosophy is just mental jerk off. Even though I am interested in science and I am studying it in my college, I will not stop on the path of self actualization, self help , pursuing philosophy to develop myself. Cause Leo taught me questioning. Thank you. Your episodes - Assumptions is the mother of all screw ups and gaslighting ones were a game changer for me. Maybe I must minimize my exposure to them. However, I am a little jealous of them that how they are able to score better marks than me without taking as much action as me. Maybe , I must focus on understanding and knowledge which will counterintuitively increase my marks. I feel anger towards them. Thank you.
