  1. @Yimpa I am just checking wether I am contemplating correctly but I believe in my insights after I have generated them by contemplation. So that they stick with me
  2. @Galyna thanks that is why I believe them to my heart and some of my friends laugh at my insights cause they are counterintuitive.Thank you @Leo Gura by the way what's your opinion?
  3. @Galyna ok . Contemplation Question--- What is the most wisest way to live life ? -Reasearch and experimentation of everything -Thoughts are preceded and succeeded by emotions -Universe is a bigger surrounding and it is an unknown surrounding -There is no one wisest way to live life -To question everything -I am in boundary withing boundary -People act according to their emotions And many others.
  4. @Galyna Sorry you misunderstood me I mean a total insight I generated by contemplating daily are more than 250(2 years of daily contemplation). Are those conceptual thinking as well ? I highly suspect that they are not.
  5. @Galyna thanks but there are two kinds of insights that I generate: one while contemplating (which is more than 250 which I generate daily and very few insights that hit me out of nowhere). I think that words are imaginary .
  6. @Yimpa yeah that's the key .Thank you. Just like a recent example - my friend is telling us to buy a course which is costly for preparing for competitive exams but I deny it cause I am skeptical that coaching institute just play on claims and there is no garantee that I will compete in that exam after taking that course except self study. I liked Leo's videos like -How authority works, How socialization makes you dumber.
  7. @Yimpa Leo Gura (which is the problem that I must turn to myself not to someone else -that is where truth comes from )
  8. Where did reality come from ? Imagination. Why ? Because it is love.
  9. What is success ? (Contemplating of 20 minutes with pen and paper )
  10. Let's see what this year brings for us.
  11. Can it decrease suffering and make us better handle setbacks etc. ?
  12. @Thought Art I mean that having a backup plan can be fruitful .
  13. But I think that visualizing that what can you do when things are going wrong could be a useful strategy.
  14. @Thought Art but in the past when I used to do positive visualization I was disappointed at the time of results.
  15. @Akashic thank you. Ryan Holiday talks about it too.
  16. @Leo Gura you were right , I was looking for this topic .Thank you.
  17. I bought read the book Subtle art of not giving a ____ and I want to live out it's values : The values are : Radical responsibility: I am responsible for everything that happens in my life regardless of who is at fault Uncertainty and not knowing: Questioning beliefs, thoughts, assumptions Failure : willing to see one's mistakes and flaws Rejection through commitment to a particular career, place or person Contemplation of mortality Thank you
  18. @Leo Gura merry Christmas.
  19. @Leo Gura haha you typed good mistakenly two times๐Ÿ˜‚. However , I must learn from my failures by asking the question that What can I learn from my failures? And writing answers in my diary.Like this
  20. @Leo Gura ok but those values in the book resonated with me and the best value which resonated with me from you was questioning and curiosity. I daily sit and contemplate a question . Thank you
  21. @Leo Gura my interests - the answer to the question. Also you gave similar values in your videos like questioning and not knowing, responsibility, learning from failures. Yes radical honesty was also a value which is honesty to oneself ( in most cases I don't know). By the way how can I learn from failures - Is questioning , What can I learn from my failures the key ?(I was contemplating it yesterday)
