@NoSelfSelf yeah feeling bad is a part of life . The key is to feel through your negative feelings and then act. I have realised that the combination of Optimism and action is crucial as even one is lost then things will go downturn.

@shree thank you as from a week I am practicing feeling through the negative emotions whenever they arise including anger. This thing I learned from Acceptance and commitment therapy quickly turns my suffering into a smile on my face

After I overcame each obstacle I wrote them down from major ones to minor ones. I realised that overcoming obstacles is about combination of 3 displines: 1.Optimism 2.Effort 3.Time or patience In the photo till 142 is not written which is my current number of obstacles I overcame. Even tough this concept is from another self help courses or community of which I am part of , I thank @Leo Gura for planting the initial seed of self-help and personal development in my mind as it works .

Mark Manson.By the way @Leo Gura I have a question that were you teaching us Acceptance and commitment therapy which is accepting the negative thoughts , emotions during the time of suffering as you spoke in your videos to feeling fully when suffering? I find this therapy effective after years of trying CBT with somewhat success rate. Will there be a new video this Sunday ?

@Leo Gura please more practical videos on survival. Will your future YouTube videos help me to better survive and possibly thrive in life ? as I wouldn't be able to afford your new course . Even tough the key to success of my life lies in my hands. These self help courses (less costly ones) which I have taken before and the books which I have bought can give me guidances which ultimately I have to customise for my life. Thanks.

@aurum yeah absolutely but now is not the correct time as placements will be beginning in my college in few months or so.

Sorry everyone who is committed but I being a 23 year old single hates couples. It makes me extremely angry when I see couples. I have talked to more than 60 girls in my life but I don't know why I hate to see girls with their boyfriends on my college campus. Even I become angry at seeing young couples in public but I don't become angry when I see older like mature couples. Why is that ? I have watched Leo's how to get laid series multiple times. I fear that if I would get arranged married then what would happen, like I would cry a lot cause my friends are having girlfriends and I think that they will get love married( it is called love marriage in India when a boy gets married according to his own choice). I have tried Cole Hasting's Ultimate self mastery course and applied the worksheets diligently. It said to develop a growth mindset.So my question is that is it right for me to be optimistic that this will change and then go about taking action. Any adversity or setbacks like rejection or threat is temporary and continue to act ? I have continued to talk to girls despite getting threats, rejections still with no girlfriend . However this is the final semester in my college after that I think I will get no chance - is it correct or just my assumption ?

I had a call from my father and he told me to stop focussing on that as it doesn't matter but rather focussing on your career cause everything will come after making your career.

I am in 4th year of engineering . In my 2nd year of online I said a girl -I love you through text. She said me she will slap me in the face and told me to not to show my face in online classes. The next day I got a threat call from her friend of different branch. He threatened me to better know his name if I don't want to get disturbed in college. One year later I told it to my friend who is a girl of my class. She told me to not do it. I then told it to one of my super senior -he then contacted her. That girl talked to me and I said she could have said me no but she said oh really. Then she abused me . I contacted her friend who threatened me at that time and I said that I was hurt by him. He said me to stop crying. Then that girl threatened me to come to college in offline mode and she will beat me infront of whole class. When I saw her in offline mode she ignored me. Then asked I was passing by in campus she called her guy friend and told him - he is the one. Then she looked at me smiling. Now is the condition that she ignored me and I ignore her too. In a recent social gathering at a cafe when a friend of mine called me when she saw me she turned away and started talking to the friend. What can I do ?

Another guy gave me a threat for talking to his girlfriend. While in this case his girlfriend was the one who initiated the conversation with me.

Is the key to deal with negative emotions is to feel through them and not resist them ? I have noticed that yesterday and the day before yesterday I was feeling bad for an issue but when I decided that I will feel through it the negative emotion which is suffering started to dissolve and a smile came to my face . After the suffering was dissolved I felt a sense of purification .

Today another thing happened, I heard from one of her friends that she messaged him and abused me by saying (in hindi) this as***** is looking smart. However then one of her friends told that friend to not tell me about that thing.

@Leo Gura does it mean that guys who demotivate me that you can't get a girlfriend or your are a child and who put me down or bully me have accomplished something great in life ? I see them despite having a girlfriend they manipulate me when I talk to their girlfriend or they threaten me. They also stare at other boys who talk to their girlfriends.
