@Leo Gura My biggest takeaway currently from your series is to allow you true self to get rejected / don't hide your attraction from a girl cause if you are rejected by a beautiful girl then there will be another beautiful girl right around the corner. I am rewatching the series. Maybe it's my 4th time I am rewatching it since when the series was released , I attracted a few girls. I have approached more than 100 girls since, @Leo Gura your series was published on YouTube. One day I approached a girl , it was an awkward interaction but at a different day she was constantly looking at me when I passed by. Today she told me hello without me initiating a conversation. I think that I am liked. Negative situations lead to positive outcomes. Also there is a girl in my batch who treats me well . Thank you.

I was coming to hostel with my guy friend and a friend who is a girl. She paid for me for eating ice cream. I was saying no at first for not eating it but she paid for me and my friend. The belief that I can get a girlfriend is getting stronger.

@Husseinisdoingfine But that's still a good number as for me who meditated 1-5 minutes since years .

When I started regularly meditating in December 2019, I could just meditate for 1 minute . After 1 year I increased it to 5 minutes and now I am meditating 20 minutes per day. I am doing the no manipulation technique and the more I make myself present I realized that external noises , other's voices are artificial while natural sounds like sound of the fan and the air touching my leg are natural. Could anyone explain this ?

@Spiritedness It feels like all other noise are coming from artificial sources and stillness seems natural.

Has anyone tried to got off from the self improvement treadmill for some time by stop binge watching YouTube self improvement videos and just only recording their mood in an app or journal or somewhere and simultaneously apply an specific course worksheets. Even tough YouTube has enormous potential for improving one's life. I am doing this since weeks and here are my mood recording since 5 days
