Could you all explain what happened to me. When I woke up today I was having thoughts of resentment due to past. But then I slept again in the morning and when I woke up again in the noon I was not experiencing any thoughts, my mind was balnk.I concluded from it that I don't need to think positive to feel happy.

Today I ordered - What the Buddha taught . Excited for the book. It would be my 10th book that I would be reading .

Waiting for your return . And also please do a video of how to be positive in general . Also during suffering is it better to accept and embrace one's suffering or being optimistic is better ? Both work but the former path seems better to me. Thank you.

@Candle Then how could be it when I woke from night's sleep , I was resentful while when I slept again for few hours which is total more than 8 hours I didn't experienced any thoughts and life was flowing smoothly.

Situation - I was angry due to girls rejecting me and dating other guys. Mindset--These rejections were meant to be persisted through which I did. And Leo what about those girls who bullied me , treated me badly for showing my romantic interests and then later accepted other guys.
