I've been using benzos for 2 and half years everyday.Thank God my withdrawal wasn't lethal but it produced psychosis. Now I am feeling better and reminder to me to never run out of meds.

I suffered benzodiazepines withdrawal and experienced psychosis and paranoia.I am not feeling well.I will talk with psychiatrist about my issues and hope she will change my meds.I hope she wouldn't suggest me to go to hospital.I talked with friends who was admitted to hospital 7 times and she says being in hospital is horrible.

I worked 2 days (this weekend) on the roof as construction worker.I earned 100 euros. I am going to pay the gym and buy some clothing.
