  1. If work on Life Purpose or just guesstimate it you can find the general area you are passionate about, and then you can start any sort of practical business in that area. You’d probabaly Learn plenty useful stuff and be pretty passionate about it, even if it’s not your masterpiece project.
  2. I have doubts all the time. Your decision doesn’t have to be perfect, you just want to do something that works for getting what you want. It’s important to be realistic though, with your expectations. Look at how long it took others to get the return from what you’re planning on doing, so you’re not surprised by how much work or time each option takes. money is good, you’re supposed to have plenty of money. You’re not a fool, you are gonna use the money wisely, so it’s best that you have it so you can self-actualizar all the more.
  3. Sounds to me like you're just afraid. Don't think too much. Do what you love to do, but of course have a plan to legitimately make the money you need to survive. Making small bets is how you figure out Life Purpose, so just remain open to being wrong, and keep trying stuff. Have marketable skills ready for employment to support yourself, and if you start businesses, follow basic business principles like practical ROI for consumers. Note: On your website I want to see your content but you ask for my email first, which is a turn-off. Show your content openly.
  4. Will parental figures pay you to do chores? Maybe get a job that lets you work only a few days a week or only a few hours per shift. Is there a family or friend owned business you can score a few hours at? You can buy most of the things you will need cheap. LPC is only $250, not much money at all. Use your birthday money too.
  5. Cool! I'm thinking of alternative careers so I don't have to default to a standard tech job. We'll see.
  6. I wonder if this is too rigid. Maybe part of the issue is that you were trying to cover up feelings by diving back into sex. Maybe if that weren’t the case and you were genuinely horny you’d be more turned on during the sex. -just a thought worth investigating.
  7. Also, how close would you recommend being to the strip?
  8. It’s difficult at 21 to know what to be doing because you don’t have much life experience. You don’t necessarily know what you really want, what you will run into in life, it’s hard to foresee things like how much you will hate a full time marketing job, how your goals or values will change, etc. etc. in short, there is a ton left to figure out to really create the kind of life you want most, it’s hard to think of it all, and then give each piece the proper weight in your mind. intuition is great because it helps to synthesize more info. I also consider it a connection to a higher intelligence, a connection that can be strengthened. Gaining clarity on your values is helpful for making decisions too, and it can help you build confidence in your intuition since you will be able to see how your intuition and your values connect. Leo’s life purpose course helps you define values. I’m 23, just learning the same lessons myself.
  9. Follow your intuition and supplement it with logic. There are very many unforeseeable factors for you right now, too many for your reason to hold all at once. Try not to rely on too many outside voices telling you what to do and be as honest as humanly possible with yourself. Seek what you need to know and it will come. uour intuition may ask you to face situations you are uncomfortable with, but this is how we learn to love. Seek what gives you joy, not to have a “perfectly designed life” Be happy now, and wherever you go. YOU are the source of life within you, no outer circumstance. (don’t follow my advice. Only integrate it into your worldview, into everything you know)
  10. Tell me more. My intuition has been leading me toward Mexico.
  11. ? I mean reasonable expectation for a good base to be doing it from.
  12. We weren't all born to be as extraverted as Steve, but we can all learn from his passion.
  13. Poem inspired by a dream where I woke up to Leo's voice telling me that addiction, which changes forms to become more grand in society's eye is "the yeast of nobility". Turns out Jesus called hypocrisy "the yeast of the pharisees" The Yeast of Nobility A young boy itches for chocolate bars, And dreams of having the whole stash. But his sweet tooth falls out, And tastes are refined. His addiction grows high, And powdered. He wants to rise. Big tickets, Big business. His form puffed By dealing in important matters. Media, Politics. The welfare of others Does not escape his grabbing hands. He says nature cannot serve its own, As they all take too much. Then he rations in little squares, The bounty on the shelf, Craving “thank you”s amidst the crying. He holds dear a legacy of benevolence, So will send them kisses, Signing the card in big letters, That they know who treated them. But he will not send so many, That they spoil. Feeding them the dream Of his sweet life, He shares his recipes With the hungry eyeballs: The ones that buy. Extending a hand, He grasps more power. He says it cannot be left on the table, Where it might be shared among uninspired hands. I was also motivated by the fact that I work for amazon, so I aimed it at Bezos a little bit. Note: this poem is only one very limited perspective and quite exaggerated.
  14. For those who watched the vid: What ideas have come into your mind? I wonder about humorous broadcasting about serious situations as one means of modeling an attitude that takes massive action with humility and detachment in the face of urgency. What do you think of that? Where are you headed from here?
  15. Makes sense I think. Those student success coach jobs are quite competitive and have qualifications I largely don't meet. I've applied to some without success. I may apply to a few more just to stretch it. Tutoring job sounds feasible. I've applied to some of those also but I can put a better effort in. As far as Life Purpose, right on, that is along the lines of what I was thinking. I can search for other jobs somewhat in that LP ballpark too. I still want to start a business on the side that can become profitable in the next few years.
