One of my New Year's resolutions one to meditate 30 minutes a day. I believe that Leo said to start a meditation habit on one of his videos, which I never got around to until recently. However, I was wondering if I should start investing even more time into meditation. My other new year's resolution to invest 15 hours a week into my passion. Is that too much time spent a week on my life purpose? Or should I spend more time meditating? Alternatively, should I also start contemplating or doing some other form of self-actualization? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
