Here, I will try to process, simplify, and understand the complexities of human interactions, connection, intimacy, bonding, and emotions such as love, lust, disgust, fear, anger, etc. in an attempt to understand the human psyche, mainly from the social aspect, but also from the subjective personal aspect, and on the deepest levels possible. It may be ugly sometimes, and that's no problem. The intention is that this will be an honest and diverse exploration of my own self and of others as I view them from my own lens and point of view, so I will try my best to remain objective, multi-perspectival and unbiased, and most obviously, I will try my best to be wary of psychological projection and defense mechanisms, and work through any of them if/when noticed. I am willing to work on myself and improve. The aim is to help me expand my understanding of this human experience to the max. And so, during this process, I intend to read a few books that I will probably name later that will add to my knowledge and awareness. I'm not well-versed in this topic, and I'm not a psychologist, a social scientist, or a specialist of any kind. I don't even have an academic certificate in my own field yet. In general, this will be a place for my personal ramblings, that may be insightful to some or no one at all. I intend to write about my own feelings as I go through this, on an irregular basis, i.e. intuitively. This could result in brief realizations, but the goal is to go as deep as possible, so I'll try to integrate the mind as well in this and elaborate as much as possible. Hopefully, I will be able to see myself change and develop emotionally and ultimately grow and become more whole and integrated. I have learned that it is possible to deliver truth to women gracefully in most cases, it just requires extraordinary patience and selflessness. Although, as I have experienced, sometimes it seems nothing can create that receptiveness, and you just gotta wait it out or slap them in the face, depending on how much danger they're in.

Oh, yeah, absolutely! A "beta" guy can be quite toxic too in the context of a long-term relationship. I am not suggesting otherwise. However, an "alpha" guy does not even qualify for a ltr, as he is generally not interested and cannot commit, or at best would cheat at the first opportunity. A long term relationship is not an easy thing. It's a serious commitment that requires huge dedication and effort and responsibility. And most humans are nowhere near the "ideal partner" who knows how to communicate and compromise and has the willingness to set their ego aside and focus on the relationship instead of their own agendas. It's not easy at all.

Women may prefer Betas. Yet, often times, they are gullible and get easily manipulated by Alphas. (loose usage of this terminology). It's the same phenomenon as a good product that doesn't have great marketing or packaging against a toxic product that's the opposite. Most women fall into the trap of the toxic man and they can't help it. No human is immune to deception by appearances, more so the normie guys, and even more so normie women (cuz they lack experience and insight), as they are just regular low consciousness human beings who mainly operate on autopilot and knee-jerk reactions with the same retarded lizard brain motivation system.

But generally, wearing generic make up like eyeliners, mascaras, lipsticks, perfumes, etc... gets women validation, attention, and ultimately better sexual options, which is why most women do it and it's so popular. Both health and appearance are important for survival. There is no difference in principle for why anyone would choose to pursue either or both or none. Health is not an altruistic motive. It's just a motive, like physical appearance.

Women generally require much more than just visual stimulation to get sexually excited, unless they're ovulating. And still, even when they are ovulating, they don't easily find an attractive guy to want to have sex with. Now what makes a guy attractive is a whole other discussion, but essentially it requires some kind of emotional connection to occur inside a woman's perception in order to tick off the specific attraction criteria for a woman that makes her want to have sex. So yeah, I agree.

Are there any safe natural places in your area that you can go to during the day? Like a quiet beautiful park that's not too crowded. I usually find solace in that kind of place when it gets too tough sometimes. A grey/blue sky, a park bench and a few green trees is all that it takes for me to relax. You're not alone in this, and it will be alright.

What you're basically asking about is mainly modern day identity, who you should be in this modern world. You can go post-modern and bypass this problem altogether, or you can stick to modernism and unapologetically choose any way of being. It doesn't really matter in any case, because life doesn't generally mainly depend on political opinions.
