  1. Ask her if she likes anal Works way better than you could ever imagine
  2. You can easily benefit from building muscle/strength training. Starting from injury prevention, preventing osteoporosis, improved balance, sleep, metabolism, control of sugar in blood, stronger immune system, increased energy levels... I could still go on. You don't get these simply by doing cardiovascular exercises. Your older self will definitely thank you for that effort too. The rest of this thread is extremely cringe worthy though. As much as I appreciate egoic reasons for pursuing aesthetic physique it's hard to deny obvious benefits.
  3. You probably can't. Don't underestimate the fact of everything being normalised these days. Of course you can hire already qualified stuff but a lot of things you cannot do just by yourself with no proper certification. Lmao It's a matter of what you do with your degree and the time spent at the university, not what degree 'makes' you. Terrible misconception. As to what jobs require a degree. Go with your intuition - most of science and academic jobs, civil/mechanical/electrical etc engineering, loads of government jobs, policy makers, consulting etc. Also, it really depends on your location, insurance policies, demand for employees and more.
  4. @HERO_ you're not gonna lose your progress but you might experience low energy levels during the first week or so which can translate to lower performance
  5. I mean who even drinks water anymore? We got coke zero, am I right?
  6. Feynmann was great, I recommend reading his autobiography. He was one of the few really open-minded scientists and seems like an awesome guy overall. He also experimented with darkroom meditations etc. science =/= scientific method you don't define a scientific method, it's just a model or method used to 'discover' knowledge if you will
  7. Try it for yourself. The tough part might be actually eating them. So far, I was always mixing my mushrooms/truffles with tea or food. I'd probably vomit if I ate them while on water fast.
  8. You can't know it precisely. You can estimate your daily caloric needs depending on your activity throughout the day, age, weight etc. You can try using some smart devices too but I've never had any experience with them, I plan my own diet based on what I've already learned about my body. @edit I maybe wasn't precise. You can know it but it takes a long time of conscious eating and listening to your body. Different 'diet gurus' often have their own methods of eating precisely how much they need but it's not something you can learn from anybody else but yourself.
  9. Smoke a joint dude
  10. Nothing bad about microwaves, there are no unique chemical reactions related to cooking with a microwave oven. It can change the molecular structure of your food but so does grilling or boiling.
  11. ? Well it's not the best protein source, is it?
  12. @modmyth You can do the full body routine in 20 minutes or less. Guys mentioned Tom above, check his yt channel out. As far as I remember he has some great content.
  13. Diary isn't the best protein source. That. And also chicken breast or thighs might be your best cheap proteins options. I eat around 400g of meat per day (3x 130g) and lean beef together with chicken breasts are my staples if I don't feel like cooking too much; and it's like 2,5 quid a day. I'm also on a caloric deficit so I'm avoiding fatty meats for another 4 weeks Peanut butter, different nuts, various seeds, oatmeal, eggs, beans, lentils are all good and affordable sources of proteins if you don't want to focus on meat or fish that much. I don't know where you live but you can probably find some protein rich lean white cheese as well.
  14. I use this bad boy, daily when I feel I need it, or before training to improve my mobility. It's sooo good. When doing pistol squats, or skin-the-cats on rings, or even simple compounds, it's just a total game changer.
  15. I do some data wrangling/analytics as a side hustle, often as my own projects that I can somehow monetise. Usually I use Python/R. Lately I started working with ArcGIS and MatLab too since I can use my university licence for any purposes. I don't have any experience with Java but I bet you can find a lot of opportunities. Try getting some hands-on experience and build your portfolio.
  16. Well it's gonna matter when you start feeling like shit. If that's long term effects what you're after it can affect your growth and some brain development. While you're not gonna grow higher after you stop growing, you can still develop your brain in the older age.
  17. There's a reason why it's used by majority of sommeliers and served in the most prestigious restaurants
  18. @Village Makes sense, they're quite common. I love San Pellegrino myself. The norms kept when bootling these waters are rather rigorous and you don't really have to worry about it. Fluoride and other ions/minerals found in them are naturally occurring at the source.
  19. These kinds of water vary widely when it comes to their composition and it's mainly influenced by the geology of the area they are sourced from. As you know naturally sparkling waters are rather rare. Some of them, Perrier for example, due to economic demand is no longer 'naturally sparkling' but the water and CO2 are still sourced in the original geological area. Not sure what you mean by contamination with fluoride.
  20. There's nothing wrong with seven hours a night. As long as you feel it's working for you it's perfectly in norm. If you feel like reading up on that I can refer you to some sources.
  21. @HERO_ You usually don't want to go keto long term. Try it for 1-3 months first and see how it works. Make sure to consume these 50g of C a day to keep your brain functions healthy. It's dependant on your caloric intake and the strength training itself. If you train, preferably with weights, and your muscles receive signal that they are still required, you usually won't loose them even on a slight deficit/maintenance. I'm doing pure calisthenics/gymnastic rings training lately though and the results are outstanding. What sort of carbs are you consuming my man? ? For the first 3-4-5 days, until your ketosis kicks in, you might feel fatigue, tiredness, small energy levels, and brain fog. That's what's often referred to as the 'keto flu'. After that you very often experience unusual energy levels and your brain works like never before. If you didn't have caffeine for a long time, I could compare it to the first espresso shot after a long abstinence, you can guess what I mean. To be fair I wouldn't ditch carbs in a long run. If that's the time factor that matters I'd rather look into some bulk meal prep. You can easily prepare all of your next day's food 30 minutes before the bed. You could probably get all your calories in one meal, but if you're trying to actually build strength and muscle it sounds more reasonable to provide your body with constant nutrients throughout the day instead of jamming it all at once. Apart from all that - cooking and eating both are very enjoyable when done mindfully and even better when shared with others. I transitioned to 5 meals a day Mediterranean diet a long time ago and it's been like that ever since, and I've never felt better. It's getting better with each day and year too, hope there's no limit ?
  22. As weird as it may sound, not moving much. Usually when the girl is doing most of the work (e.g. cowgirl, reverse cowgirl, or whatever your imagination allows for) and I'm just slapping her ass, or playing with her tits or whatever, it takes me way longer. She could come twice and I wasn't even halfway there.
