  1. First you must understand what Enlightenment is, you do not even know what you are looking for, why do you think "Enlightened" gurus say it has nothing to do with nonsense you are trying to find?

It is not about finding anything, it is about simply saying I don't need any of  this, letting go of emotions, mind , everything, not being in need of anything. And it is all bs anyway , but you must at least know what you are looking for if it is your goal.

He's all about body/mind mastery also he's offering practices, what do you mean he sells dreams ?

It means if you believe that shit is gold, you will believe shit is gold

He does not teach you anything besides being nice crack addict that only knows that it will give him good feels, well crack is more certain way to to give you good fells, with this stuff it all comes down to how much trust you have.

Similar to @Tetcher, I have done IE and been initiated into Shambhavi and I've also done Surya Kriya. Since my initiation into the practices which was about 2 years ago, I've not missed a single day. Not saying this out of pride, but more so because of how much it has benefited me. Does that mean I'm always "blissed" out? No to be honest 9 times out of 10 I'm not. It's just that doing the practices makes me feel good, makes me feel at ease especially when the outside situations aren't going my way.

Difficult situations which would've previously had me going crazy now don't impact me the same way. It's not that I don't stress or get anxious, it's that I can deal with it so much better than before!

If you have any specific questions for me, let me know. All the best!

Idk why he doesn't just teach how to handle body/mind properly, instead he sells dreams, like motivational videos sell dreams, there is no difference.

Idk why he is doing this, it is little disturbing actually.

@PureRogueQ Like, reprogram my mind with good toughts you mean ?

I mean more of a directing positive feelings when you are thinking, reprogramming mind with positive thoughts is good idea in case if you have some strong negative feelings connected to something  that are hard to overcome and it will require more then just directing positive feelings, it will require new positive thought process with strong positive feelings so your issue is gone.

  5. I understand his listing, but I do have things that I don't really like about  it, it seems kind of pointless to give points to anyone who still has ego, ofc there are some base state differences, but I don't think they matter, besides you can have same qualities in different states and as I said, I don't think that qualities matter at all ,as they are all bs anyway, just distraction.

Also I don't think it really matter who had most points, it will not  effect me fore sure, he put J Krishnamuri at mere 520 , but he has most accurate information for my brain.

  6. Is it bias, it could be, but seeing what you didn't see before does not make it bias . If you can see a  law that actually works, then you just see one of laws governing this reality that you simply didn't see before, but  it was there.

Then there is other thing, actual change in events of your life, which is less of drawing conclusion of things happening around you, but things that do not happen to you usually, happening one after another, again it might be bias, but how many things you have to tick to make sure it is not a bias.

How can you see what your friends from minorities experience if you don't take these elements in consideration?

You black friend is most likely having a harder time finding a job, a flat, might get controlled on a more regular basis, might suffer brutality from officers, discrimination on a regular basis and so on.

I would love my white friends to be aware of what is the common black/mixed race experience. Actually, now that I think about it, I think I've always resented by friends and family for not taking the full scope of what I am going through.

Do you know how it is to be them, do you know elements they have to encounter that you don't?

thank you for your words. I agree with what you have written to an extent.

my main point in the way I was talking to you was how you spoke to the poster of this topic. Sure your comment “don’t be a fool” could be helpful it’s just the manner in which you presented yourself. It didn’t come off as a clean “let me help you” rather a “I’m right and see it if you feel like it” which isn’t helpful. Not the type of energy I like seeing.

The last thing was that sure you may have had great insights however you didn’t seem to catch what the poster was pointing towards. Of course he knows he is using concepts, it’s rather the deeper meanings that can be felt through the words.

Fair enough, I might have overreacted, don't take it personal, It feels that I have to explain why to end this conflict, but then I see no words can express it better then moment of silence.

    @PureRogueQ thank you.

the universe goes “you spin me right round baby right round” :D

this perfect moment knows no bounds. It’s purely infinite. Blah blah I could go on about this perfection, but this isn’t my thread. So I’ll have a good day, thank you very much.

p.s. if you were serious I feel sorry for you because it’s you who does not see the truth of all of this. If you would like some advice, instead of chatting away go and do some practices such as meditation. Maybe one day you can get closer to the truth. Maybe. Just maybe.

You can see truth in anything you want and fly in ecstasy of it as long as it feels good to you .No need to feel sad for me, I have explored nothingness probably before you even started to practice. just by the way you write I can tell that your ego is taken ownership of some experience and made whole fantasy out of it.

I've concluded that racism cause shame both to Black/POCs and White folks, which is why it is so hard to tackle.Shame is an ego mechanism which push people to hide and withdraw, because nothing is worse than feeling like an evil renegade, when deep inside we are longing for reconciliation and unity as you said.

On the topic, there is a very good book named "Why I'm no longer talking with white people about race" from Reni Eddo-Lodge. I've been also reading two books from Dr Jerry Duvinksy which address shame. I'm really thinking that applying his solutions to release the shame on a collective level could get us out of this loop.

Ofc it is hard, one side is put as bad guys, they feel angry as they have done nothing wrong, at least most of them and then they feel ashamed for feeling angry, which in turn makes them anxious around black people as they are torn between acceptance, anger and feeling guilt because of constant brainwashing about how they are worst .

Now it does not help black community either when they are constantly reminded how judgemental and bad white people are , making them angry and making their ego search for slightest signs of racism.

If you ask me media is cancer, it does not help end racism , it just makes it worse. It is like you are getting told how ... world is every day and soon it becomes your reality.

@PureRogueQ I have to tell you that the more you gain insight about reality,  the more unsettling and lonely and sometimes depressed you can find yourself,  but that is mirrored by the gratitude and love you can experience,  truth is truth no matter what the cost, and I say truth lightly as I dont know the truth

Be careful what you wish for, asking to many existential questions trough ego is like asking for trouble, it never gets easy , it gets only worse.

@PureRogueQ yes it does seem dumb to think about the question of free will,  but I can't think of anything more important,  and many people are very interested in this question also, I could decide to forget about it,  but I'm still hoping to find some evidence that free will exists, and my obsession with the nature of reality doesn't allow me to just forget about it

That is why I am against asking such questions in first place, it just makes people depressed for no reason.

@PureRogueQ hi, thanks, I am fully relaxed

To answer your question,  yes it does matter very much to me, everything about the nature of reality matters to me, and the question of free will is right at the top of the list

    ?✌

Well, it does not, if you have no free will, you have no free will, simple as that, so question whatever you should do something if there is possibly of no free will is kind of dumb.

You have 2 options, do something in case there is free will, or don't do in case there is free will, there are no options for no free will.
