@Javfly33 The drugs just removes the i so that truth is revealed. Like when clouds dissolve the sun can shine through. The sun is always there it just wasn't visible. -

It's not as much what you do to integrate but what you do to resist integration from happening imo. -

God's will is what is, stillness. Egoic will is what that tries to change what is, noise. -

@Giulio Bevilacqua Guilt and regret for what? You did what you thought was the best action to make at the time. Maybe this kundalini activation will be the best thing that ever happened in your life and you'll laugh at this when it's over? -

The paradox is only in your mind. It can't grasp what reality is since it is only a part of it. ? -
Your Self image and world view is based on your feelings. Positive feelings will bring a positive self image. ?
-
You'll move up to, for example, courage, acceptance, love and peace.
-
Yes, exactly. Except building an image is counterproductive to dissolving an image so it's best to choose between the two. By dissolving the negative feelings you will automatically move up to positive feeling states which can then lead to total self transcendence.

You can call both ego if that is how you want to define it. You are exploring what you are experiencing and you can define the parts in a way that makes sense to you. The words are simply pointers to parts of experience. If the observer watches something is it actually part of the thing it watches? Perhaps for claritys sake it's better to give them different names. Can you describe the nature of the observer? -
What feeling is behind the judging and how does judging yourself make you feel? When the feeling of guilt comes up can you sit with it until it dissappears?

That's a complex question that I'm not sure I can answer. What I can say is that there is a field of "knowing" that reality is made of and that field is shared by all things. Person A is not directly aware of Person B:s thought but the information is "shared" in some way. You can test this by sending loving thoughts to a person everyday and see how this changes your relationship with him/her. I've tested this myself with drastic results. And how would that make sense unless the field was shared by everyone? -

Yeah that's quite common. They go to retreats or meditate for an hour. They are waiting for a random moment where they get enlightened and when that doesn't happen they think maybe next retreat or next meditation I'll get it it. Then they go back to there normal lives and act through ego again and all the dissolving that the meditation had done is undone. So it takes them decades, if they do it at all, to awaken. Each moment is a possibility to see through and let go of identification to thought and feelings. All that's needed is the willingness to do so. It's not hard but few are willing to do so. -

So was this thread a distraction to avoid facing the feelings of having a chronic disease? -
@fopylo By dissolving the negative emotions you are also dissolving any negative self image you might have and a natural side effect will be that a positive self image will take it's place. That can later be dissolved if you continue with the work.

Introspection is seeing your thoughts and feeling and let go of them. They are what defines your life and by letting go you transform them and your life. You do whatever you want to do in your life so ask yourself what you want to do in your life. Let go of all resistant thoughts and feelings that come up when you do know what you want. Be happy by doing what you want to do and discard the things you don't want to do. That's a belief. If you want to find someone to share a life with then date. See what feelings come up and let go of them. They are what stands between you and what you want to have. Also a belief. Focus on what you want and see the resistant feelings that come up. Notice that even the desire to be a success is resistance to it because it implies you have to struggle to get it. If you want a cup of coffee in the morning you make yourself a cup of coffee. No desire was there because you knew that it was already yours. But if the coffee package was empty then desire came up because you knew you couldn't get it and you had to struggle yourself to the store to get more coffee. If resistant feelings is let go it becomes effortless action.

Survival is part of the ego and dissolving the final layer of the ego is the experience of despair and death. Nothing really dies though since it's the illusiory sense of self. Believing that something isn't easy makes it not easy. Maybe the labyrinth is an obstacle created by thought? How do you get out of something that doesn't exist? Transcend it to see that it was an illusiory obstacle course. -

@Kamo Different from each other but the source is one. Without identification there is no longer the illusion of separation between subject and object. -

@sara373 could you give an example of when you are pushy and stubborn? -

Which is the letting go of the desire to quiet the mind. ? Let thoughts rise and watch them. Surrender the illusion of control.

WelcometoReality replied to Wisebaxter's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Wisebaxter have you read Power vs Force by david r hawkins? In there is a system to test how true something is. 0-1000 where 0 is false and 1000 is absolutely true. -
? Beliefs usually have a feeling component to it as well. Notice it and let it arise and pass and don't surpress it. If you do you'll be a walking pressure boiler. ?
