In defense of art; art has the ability to awake certain emotions in me that are close to impossible to awaken in me in real life situations, if that makes sense. It can make me feel things that I haven't felt before, and of course, make me see things that I haven't seen before, sensory wise. Is that valuable? Maybe, it can inspire me, which in turn, can make my life feel more meaningful. It's like; when the movie Top Gun game out everyone wanted to be in the Airforce, and they had a huge spike in people that wanted to join the Airforce. Of course you could say that that's just a propagandic function of art, just like how the dictators use art for their own selfish purposes. But this inspiration can also be used in responsible ways. A great piece of art can change the way I look at world. A new invention which is going to make my internet twice as fast is amazing, but it won't make me look at the world differently, nor will it impact me emotionally.

How do people in Western Ukraine think and talk about the people in the Eastern regions? I have read there is quite the divide within the country, kind of like in Belgium there is quite the cultural difference and divide between the Flemish and the Walloons.

It's very simple, if you aren't seeing progression in any of your endeavors; branch out and put your efforts into something else. You can still keep this thing in the back of your mind to maybe come back later, but it's usually wise to not make yourself feel like you are beating a dead horse. I think most seekers have gone in cycles where they totally drop it, only to come back later, or maybe not come back at all. Which is all fine.

You are basically trying to spoonfeed us information by dumping a 70 minute video here. I'm not asking for a detailed analysis, just some quick cliff notes when you post it on the forum, because what else is the point of posting it?

@SavourTime This system was on this forum before. And the annoying thing about that system, is that if you have an opinion that is not in line with the general consensus of the majority, you get downvoted to hell. Even if you make a great detailed analysis of something, which you put a lot of work in, and which may be very insightful etc. If the people don't like it you get trashed by the voting. That's also why reddit sucks, every subreddit is basically an intolerant echochamber.

So you don't have time to post some cliff notes of a video you recommend to people, but you expect other people to have time to watch a 70 minute video. Okay then

@Leo Gura Lol, so people care more about the new Kanye West song than running clean water, working electricity and internet connectivity? Which are all heavily reliant on engineering expertise. It's easy to not appreciate the things you take for granted. Without smart engineers our luxury life as we know it could not exist.

Arguing with a donkey may amuse the donkey, but it will surely frustrate you. Some people are not worth having a discussion with. Maybe one day they will evolve in a reasonable person who can see an issue from different perspectives, but the reality is that there are a lot of people who just don’t have those capabilities.

I read about a 60km long Russian convoy on its way in Ukraine, plus Belarusian troops invading as well. If this is all true it’s going to get even crazier, thousands of people will die in the coming days. I wonder how long Kiev will hold up.

That doesn't make any sense though, as the dream is always the thing that is being manufactured. And in this metaphor the brains are a part of the dream. Just like in a movie the characters are not created by the movie. The characters are a part of the movie, or in the movie. The movie does not create anything.

In a human dream we can see certain brain regions light up while dreaming when we monitor it. The brains manufacture the dream while we are asleep. If this life is a dream, what is the equivalent of the “brain” in this metaphor?

Imo, the best long term marketing strategy for your product or service is to be real with people, don't try to bullshit them for your short term gain. It will hurt you on the long run. Communicate what your product is and how it can benefit the customer, don't try to make it more than it is with smokescreen tactics. And of course, you need to know your target demographic and know how to reach them. I personally don't like 'facebook ads' and such as it cheapens your product to advertise on such low quality and generic platforms. But that also depends on your product of course. If you have a product aimed at middle age housewives, facebook ads are probably pretty effective.

I respect neither to be honest. I think they are both subpar people and I’m positive both Russia and the USA have better men walking around to lead these countries. The question is; why aren’t these good men in charge?

Leo already hammered this home in a lot of his videos because a lot if people fall into this trap; it’s really the best for yourself and others if you first develop yourself into a responsible adult before trying to become enlightened. Develop your morality, intelligence, practicality, sociability and common sense first. Most people I meet in real life haven’t even developed these areas to an acceptable level.

The highest teaching is simple, but not easy ?

Is there really a millionaire out there that is going to pay this guy a million dollars to be their 'spiritual guru' ? Even if you are a spoiled daughter from a billionaire or something, paying a million bucks to a guru seems crazy excessive.
