  1. @h inandout nice to know is that you have found your own support system.. but what matters is consistency.. Dropping judgements will play a huge rule in dealing with people, most of the time we project unto others what we are.. Using the approach of living your enemies would be also a good move.. read the book 5 languages of love maybe it could help you understand how to love more ..
  2. @egoeimai @Artaemis @egoeimai I saw the vedio it's very nice... Thanks for sharing your signature.. :-)
  3. @Artaemis @Keyhole I started this thread to ask for suggestions to act upon my own weakness, of being dependent on the opinion of others who don't matter to me. unfortunately direct confrontation with the person was what led to the whole thing after all... I don't find spiritual people like Leo or many others who I know being so rude generally, so it is quite surprising to get this point of view, but thanks for your perspective it will definitely help me in future. It doesn't matter if that person is generally pretty nice or not cause they hasn't been pretty nice with me ! Or if they were an ass, it doesn't matter anymore... Some valuable lessons I learnt Life is to short to worry about people who mean nothing to you, specially people over the internet who mean nothing to you.. Giving advice to people who didn't ask it from you could be dangerous. People project on you their own shit.
  4. @egoeimai What is this vedio you keep posting about ?
  5. @Roy as a human being I just want to be heard and loved.. someone completely ignoring me and inturn rediculing me for advising them is definitely what I don't want. But ya I understand it's a projection of their own mind.
  6. @Red-White-Light yes I noticed this in my workplace too.. I don't why why I am so sensitive to opinion of others...

  10. Yea you are right I can understand it on a logical level but on an emotional level I'm suffering.. I ignored that persons post and didn't reply to avoid any further issues. The problem is that this forum is triggering me now, everytime I'm here and see that person online I'm triggered..or even if I see that persons pic I'm triggered.. Maybe I got to do that forgiveness guided meditation on this random person from the internet now I feel we week being vunerable to a random person on the internet, such a pity..
  11. @Rilles yea it certainly felt like that person was rude ... I was told that my advice is overly simplistic and irrelevant.. I don't understand the issue and I should go read some book. It felt very bad to try to help someone and get harsh words in return ..
  12. @Rilles it was about how my advice was simple, irrelevant and useless. :-(
