The YouTube Channel "PictureFit" does super compact and informative videos about everything related to muscle growth, general fitness and nutrition. His rule of thumb is, that you need to do approximately 1/3 volume of your muscle growth training routine, to remain muscle size. @Jannes I wonder why most "dramatic trips" are connected to mushrooms or truffles. They seem to be quite wild and unpredictable. I've also rarely hear that someone reached God consciousness and awakening with them. I suggest that you work your way up to breakthrough dosages with LSD. Also do a lot of sober consciousness work like breathwork or meditation. You have to be 100% serious about it. Psychedelics are not your casual trip to goodness. You have to work for awakening.

This thread is about how I tame my ego and create selflessness and love. Because thats the ultimate goalless goal. The embodiment of absolute selflessness. However it's absolutely necessary to participate in this journey warm-hearted and non-moralistically. There is no should and should not. I just want to document my journey daily and see what factors play into selflessness the most. Here are some examples how I want to measure this progress: 1. How much greasy, salty, meaty, convenient food have I consumed? 2. How much caffeine have I consumed, to overplay my laziness/sleepiness? 3. How much porn have I consumed? 4. How much porn-like media have I consumed? 5. With how much media have I let myself get distracted? 6. How selfish was I against others? Examples are: Starring at them dominantly. Not looking at them at all. Being impatient. Being harsh. Not listening to others. Always thinking about myself in contact with others. Not helping, when help is needed. 7. How much have I worked on my vision to let others participate in conscious work? Selflessness can't be described in numbers. But for the sake of this progression thread, I want to include three parameters, in which I determine "selflessness", "authenticity" and "happiness" on a scale from 0 to 100. Lets start with today: 31.03.22 Worked out, but not to maximum failure every time. Got distracted way too much on my phone. In the morning, during the workout and basically the whole day. Watched porn, fapped and listened to music for myself nearly the entire day. On the other hand I did holotropic breathwork and started this thread. Selflessness: 32 Authenticity: 74 Happiness: 43

Session Twelve: 45 minutes Longest session so far. Felt like work. But not in a bad way. During this session I had the realization that being selfless is my ultimate goal. To nurture others with unconditional feminine and masculine love. I decided to make a blog/thread just to document my journey to ultimate selflessness. Now I'm calm and relaxed. Not as loving as I wished, but wishing for love usually creates the opposite.

Being aware of enlightenment or actually being enlightened does not mean people won't break up with you. You are mixing up the ego's perspective with God's perspective (infinite perspectives).

Always imagine yourself in the driver seat of the universe. If you erase the possibility of suffering and fear, peace would not be any good. Only because suffering and fear appear to be real, peace can be felt as something good. This is just two sides of the same coin. You don't want a boring universe, you want a REAL universe. As a biased german I really want to advertise this country in a good way. But to be totally honest, the dating game sucks in comparison to other countries. Socializing isn't as authentic, because people do not have that much experience in it. Hard work and family are more valued as it seems. This is especially true for the east (new part) of Germany. If I wanted to live in Germany for a year I would live in Freiburg (very left and young), Cologne (very open and tolerant), Munich (healthy, clean and beautiful city) or Leipzig (also young and not that expensive). The war will never come to Germany, as Russia would have to declare war to all NATO states, including the US and Britain.

Session Eleven: 20 minutes First session in the morning. Did not have motivation to go for the full 40 minutes. Relaxed and calm. Loving.

Session Ten: 42 minutes Nothing spectacular per se. I could not breath so well, because there was a lot of dust in the air. Time went by super fast this time. Refreshing ideas for my business came up. Nuanced insights how my thinking creates hell and consciousness heaven. Beautiful silence and relaxation at the end. Love.

Super interesting. I wonder if you can experience memories from your friends or relatives and ask them about it. After all, if you awaken to yourself as God, there are no memories or perspectives of others. You just sense how you imagine, that they have their own perspective and memories. Omnipotence is far more radical. There is no room for doubt, that you actually were omnipotent.

I think a big role in what you call awkwardness plays the fact, that spirituality is really the only topic that CANNOT find reality through talk. For example the topic "math" can be experienced in thoughts, because math is just a certain architecture of thought forms and mental constructs. On the other side, spiritual truths can only and ever be experienced through direct consciousness. Talking is living in thoughts and mental constructs, which is the direct opposite of you being conscious of what directly is. That's the whole dilemma.

Actually, if your are doing this logic circling about infinity, always contradicting and correcting the last sentence, your egoic mind tastes what its like to be infinite. That's exactly the reason why our egoic minds feels uncomfortable doing that. They are designed to negate infinity.

Yeah that's the amazing think about infinity (reality) its always both: absolute certain and also absolute uncertain. The rule of thumb is: Infinity can never conserved in some kind of law. Infinity is every law and no law. Also this description is also not complete, because the description is finite.

No its far crazier than that Do you know the "FaceApp"? It's a software, which changes your face into a fat face, old face, young face, female face, male face, long hair or short hair. And because its trained with self-learning artificial intelligence it looks realistic as fuck. Try it out, you will laugh at or fear what you see. Exactly this happened to me. An ever changing face appearance. I could force to myself to see my "ordinary face", but if I let myself into the experience every kind of face appeared. Hey folks, I spare you with endless philosophysing about awakening to absolute infinity and love. However, yesterday day after taking a solid dose of LSD I noticed that God could not hold the image of my face in the mirror. Instead my face shifted and morphed into infinitely many face forms. At first I was shocked and in fear. But after realizing my true infinite nature again I embraced all my faces in the mirror and felt in love with them.
