A friend of mine mentioned Dr. Marc Gafni has some sexual assault allegations made against him. Apparently he denies this and claims it is a smear campaign. One of the accusers is a 14 year old girl. I haven't checked this myself. But he did give me feral gross slime vibe in the podcast.

Personally the things I react to in the stack above would be Biotin & Iron. Iron gives me a slight buzz when supplemented (eating liver replicates this feeling x10). I take it in liquid form. Biotin shreds up my insides and results in heartburn, which can be perceived as the chest burning sensation you describe. But it is hard to work out as there are a lot of supplements in that multivitamin. One thing I have noticed is I do not react well to multivitamins. I suspect there may be other substances in them that hurt my digestion. Have you looked into brewers yeast as a way to supplement a compliment of B vitamins? I use this every day - it is chock full of nutrients. It tastes like cheese (vegan). It is SO GOOD! In particular on popcorn... I'm getting excited talking about this Anyway it is very easy on the tummy - but beware nuclear coloured piss. If I eat too much the toilet bowl looks like a blown up yellow glow stick !

This is similar to my understanding of Twin Flames. It is the type of relationship you attract that triggers all issues to rise to the surface. This process happens usually when one person has some sort of trauma or attachment wound - and attracts another with a similar opposite attachment/trauma. Both parties will experience an intense attraction and limerence, as each individual carries the blueprint of the wound the caused the others issue. If the relationship plays out as it should - and it is not meant to last - it is supposed to 'break' all attachment issues and heal wounds. But due to the volatile energy between the parties it does not last. It is a short-cut healing relationship that forces accelerated growth. This is just my understanding. Twin Flame relationships seem to be a trendy thing - like it is something to aspire to. I don't think many people understand they are actually very very painful.

I haven't used google in a while, but I have seen AI is the top hit. Jobs get lost to AI, water and power usage would explode

I just substituted in for your equation and tried to make sense of the implications I too have very fond memories of physics - special relativity at university was really great! Pretty sure I flunked general if I recall properly. Applying counter intuitive concepts tripped me up and I haven't revisited it.

Yeppp - I don't know about your experiences, but this is amplified into giga-delusion territory if you take them together. Then, not only is it an internal recursive thought joyride, but someone else is there to reinforce all the delusion. TBH interpersonal issues of any kind make trips hell for me. It just seems to be this area I have trouble with while using. Retired from psychedelics now, still didn't lose the obsession with men. Love them, but stumble.

For myself - recursive thought feedback loops - oh my gosh! These are an issue when psychedelics are used in a repeated fashion without grounded integration. It REALLY helps if you have someone you trust 100%, to honestly give you a kick up the arse when you have blasted your brain into orbit !

I actually loved this breakdown of the podcast - although it might be controversial regarding masculine/feminine roles. I actually align with it regarding letting the masculine / feminine partners sink into their respective roles. Would enjoy others thoughts:

Swinging in with a chonk of truth here. Unless you have experienced this, again like an awakening or an orgasm, you just cannot conceive of it. You can lay in another's arms, breathing in unison, as one, in meditation. Pneuma. It will induce such spiritual ecstasy so as to shake the foundations of your very being. Better than any orgasm. Jeez thanks for sharing this - you open yourself to ridicule being this vulnerable. There are many of us experiencers who keep it secret our whole lives. Culture is slowly accepting this narrative, but it's slow. I've only had experiences with Mantis beings. They told me they control human perception. They make us see whatever they like to hide themselves. That human minds have been 'tweaked' to enable easy control, but there are some humans they steer clear of that their perception 'hijacks' do not work on. Also that there should be no fear because our consciousness cannot be touched by Others, if we are unwilling. They told me they love humans for our wonder, our suprise, our lack of telepathy. We cannot connect to each other directly, so our interactions are unique. We are a 'voice species' so we can experience more fully without telepathy.
