alright guys, what's for you the necessary mindset to deal and overcome health issues. i've been dealing with health issues lately like vitamin deficiencies (b12 and d) and hypothyroidism because i went on a very bad vegan diet for one and a half year without supplementing. 4 months ago i started eating meat again and recovering slowly but surely from it. i've done blood work, and went to the neurologist said that it was fine, and that it was just a matter of vitamins, he also recommended me two medications one for heart and brain cells and the other one for memory, i took them once for like a month and then stopped, he didn't told me to keep taking them. and i went to a stage blue therapist because i was suspecting that maybe i had an eating disorder and that that was the root cause of the problem because before i turn vegan i was overweight and veganism helped lose all the weight but he told me that i was just on a bad diet. now i'm looking to see a new therapist soon. any advice on this? during those last 4 months i wasn't able to work nor study or anything, last year was my last high school i didn't do the exams because of my bad diet, i was not aware at the time that it was because of that. and also during the 1 year and half of my bad vegan diet for months on i could not masturbate i guess i was way too malnourished but anyways your advices will be appreciated, also i was wondering may this experience have permanent damage on my vital organs like heart and brain or will it fully recover with time like nothing happened. i'm 19 years old btw

@Mask Seller getting laid is way more fundamental than having a meaningful deep relationship with a woman. think of it this way: you can not care about life purpose when you don't even have food and shelter. first you figure out a way to get food and shelter then you start caring about life purpose and legacy issues. life purpose builds on top of having food and shelter. same thing a deep meaningful relationship builds on top of the ability to attract women. you can't have a deep meaningful relationship if you can not attract the woman in the first place. leo said that he was going to give relationship advice in the future.

@Artsu you're right i know people who are stage green progressives (focused outward) and others who are stage green introspective (focused inward) the introspective ones sounds way more mature and developed to me, but i am not sure if it is only because of spiral development or that it has to do with their genetics and personality, environment, age, sexe or whatever.... or maybe it's both.

right now i'm at yellow, but since i went through green and so i have access to it, i still have stuff from it that is limiting me. for example the idea that i should be vegan, or that if i earn a lot of money i'm gonna contribute to the inequalities that exists in the world and so on. when i was green i turned vegan and it affected my health badly, i used to also not care at all about money. now that i'm yellow i understand that the limitations of these ways of thinking but i still need to purge it through sort of speak. from my yellow perspective right now i can clearly see how green can severely limit your potential, the same way orange can and certainly blue as well, yet i understand that they are all necessary to get me to where i'm at today. if you are stage yellow i need your advice on how i can balance my stage green conscience because i have access to it with the practicalities of life, the fact that i can not be vegan and that i want to make a lot of money.

@Roy sort of like being open about being a pedophile without the whole taboo and stigma behind it. even though i think it (the taboo) serves for a reason in this day and age. in the future in a more developed world. i think pedophilia will be treated very differently, more compassion towards the pedophile for sure as people move up the spiral and are able to take on multiple perspectives.

@2xj_m i think you should explain the situation to your girlfriend "that you are young and want to experience more stuff with other women not just her" and give her the option of being in a polygamous relationship with her. if she cares about you, she will understand, if she doesn't want it then leave her. at the end of the day you are still young, you don't want get locked up in a relationship with only one girl for years, remember you are attracted to her because you are attracted to females, not the other way around. do not miss out on the abundance.
