  1. @Leo Gura i might be be completely wrong on this, but a lot of stage green people are anarchists. for me that's close to absurd since the problems with capitalism is itself the fact that there's not enough government regulations and we're letting selfish unconscious monkeys do whatever they want. and so if anarchism was to happen how would you regulate stage red gangsters from exploiting other people ? how would you control selfish devils from harming others, it's ridiculous. the world isn't made out of highly selfless conscious individuals, it's made out of selfish ignorants.
  2. after a bunch of self reflection i've noticed that i'm ignorant when it comes to finances. unlike in dating or in spirituality where, thanks to actualize.org, i know how to actualize my potential in these areas, when it comes to finances i don't know how because i haven't built a solid theoretical foundation. is the life purpose course enough to help me make that.
  3. so basically i live in lebanon with stage blue fundamentalist parents. and i notice that self actualization looks different when you start out in that environment, i tried to go vegan it didn't work, i've tried pick up, it didn't work. and the root reason i would say is ununderstanding parents as well as money issues. like i would expect that if you live comfortably in the west, your parents should be understandable for your desire to better your diet, as well as your dating skills. however in my case it isn't. so i failed twice because of that. now i'm not here to play the victim, i just want some insights from yall on how to deal with this situation in a wise way. how can i get out and get my finances handeled as well as what do you think i should work on first.
  4. @Leo Gura do you have any recommendation for money making forum ?
  5. stage purple: illeterate stage red: uneducated stage blue : literate but intellectually uncurious stage orange : values scientific education stage green: values education in general stage yellow: values knowledge above all
  6. @Leo Gura is watching porn once a day too much ? or is it healthy ? personally i think of porn like food, you need it to satisfy your basic needs. + we live in a very different environment than how it was before porn where people used to get married early on maybe in their teens. today we're more individualistic and nobody wants to marry young and if you don't have a girlfriend or sex friend or if you don't socialize a lot for whatever reason porn seems to be a healthy solution as long as it is not overabused of. there's a difference between watching porn once a day and watching it three times a day. same thing with food for example three meals per day is healthy, nine meals it becomes toxic.
  7. @MsNobody WOWW very inspiring ! you deserve to live the best life darling. leo's content is truly mind opening, he's really something. and i'm glad to see that he helped you
  8. Deeply enjoyed this documentary, very fascinating. and that's kind of the truth that conservatism can be healthy when it is done by educated and wise people. there's a big big difference between educated conservatism, versus religious fanaticism and pure rigid intolerant tribalistic dogmatic thinking.
  9. let's make a list of the highest quality documentaries and videos talking about the enviroment (global warming, the soil...) so this thread can be a great educational tool for those interested in the topic
  10. it would be cool if we can give examples of people showing intellectual integrity and other people showing intellectual disintegrity
  11. 23:54 flagrant example of intellectual disintegrity "statistics and data is a bunch of bs"
  12. @Leo Gura can you elaborate ? because i'm struggling very much with that. more developed people tend to lean liberal because they're more aware. however many educated people like jordan peterson and others are conservatives. it's quite confusing. many rappers who are very uneducated have a liberal attitude towards sex for example. struggling to make sense of it.
  13. @Leo Gura since conservatives are generally speaking less educated, and uninterested in education, fearful close minded, rigid and dogmatic, very judgemental, they're the opposite of what a wise man is. however some of them are interesting like maybe doestoevsky. btw leo have you read dostoevsky ?
  14. A lot of men subscribe to the fantasy that you need to attract women with money. Why does these people believe that ?
  15. Is it valuable to listen to an imam talk, or to andrew tate, to sort of notice how they deceive themselves, and develop a deeper awareness of self deception, or will it do more harm than good to you by maybe misguiding you if you’re not very experienced with your own self deceptions yet ?
  16. i notice myself paradigm locked in: veganism, pick up, spiral dynamics, self actualization. do you have any idea or advice on how to become conscious of these paradigm locks in deeper ways and unlock myself from them ?
  17. we live in lebanon and when i hear my dad talking it seems that the whole world is doing bad financially, is there truth to that or is it just his bias ? now on one note my dad is a gigantic fool, basically stage blue fundamentalist, however i don't know if what he's saying maybe has some validity to it. now i think he's just done bad financially for himself and projecting that onto the world blaming outside circumstances because he doesn't self reflect. but even sometimes i hear french youtubers talking about bad financial situation in france. so i don't know it's really confusing.
