he wasn't really fighting back at some point and the way the dnc treated him was despicable even fox (tucker) gave him a better platform than some of those other channels, they would have switched on him later though obviously

California too or not? -
You can look it up once you get tired from only meat or whatever. I tried it and it felt pretty non/minimal-inflammatory for the gut.

There are positives and negatives to everything. People fear getting ruled by leaders and want more freedom and they fear that their self determination is in danger which i can understand. These fears are valid imo, fears are so easily exploited by populist leaders though, they lied about the NHS numbers etc. and probably about a lot of other things too. Brexit has more negatives to it ultimately imo because the EU will obviously never be perfect but it's a great project which has contributed a lot to peace in Europe and it would be better if the UK was on board. On the other hand Brexit can be a wake up call for the EU to become better and more relatable. -
I'd be a bit scared about that too. @Village have you ever tried the lectin free diet?

Why is this turning into a carnivore vs vegan thing? Why do extremists tend to take over discussions? We need a strong center not these extremes -

It has to taste decent at least for me, those crickets were unfortunately not really edible for me at that point. I do eat some "meat alternatives" sometimes like quorn which isn't bad at all taste wise. i'd also try lab meat if it's tested and "safe" thnx btw, will check it out. -

Tried insects, they had a really bad aftertaste, maybe it was just that certain product which was bad. I'll try them again. -
This technique seems good, stay very aware when you get cravings, observe the cravings, still indulge in eating what you crave but stay very aware while doing it.

I've seen some videos where Leo said we shouldn't overestimate how evolved he is etc. etc. -
Are you judging Trump and his supporters, right wingers, conspiracy theorists etc. Or are you kind and compassionate to them without judging? Or is this just about the forum?

yea it's "weird" i also tried happy asian woman and happy woman. When you just type in happy woman you can see quite some happy white women alone.

6 days in, feeling alright Funny thing is when i fasted before (spring, last year etc.)the obsession with food got huge during the fast most of the time. Was watching cooking/eating shows all the time, walking around the city looking at menus from restaurants in which i haven't been etc. This time during the fast i never once watched any food shows etc.
-
Right now i'm fasting since about 65 hours only water and tea, i'm shooting for 5-7 days. Did it the first time about 2 years ago and got into it because for some gut health and other health issues in general. I think it's at least good to give the gut a break once in a while. I've also tried different diets for health like vegetarian, fodmap, carnivore, lectin free diet etc. It's also nice in a time in which almost everything like food etc. is available in abundance, to just say alright i won't eat for 6 days and after that i'll appreciate it again even more. Fasting has been done for thousands of years for health and spiritual reasons and apparently it has some real health benefits.
