It‘s quite wild yesterday mostly loved everybody, felt sooo conscious ? and in tune with everything blabla then slept weird tonight and most people annoy me today, their faces, the way they talk, also i annoy myself, there’s alot of resistance, more uncomfortable, it feels like the filter on perception is so much stronger today, i mean i‘m still ok-ish but it feels so different. i wonder if it‘s stuff coming up that i‘m working on/through or if it‘s just neurotransmitters or whatever i guess the antidote would be total acceptance but it‘s so hard on these days i wonder if anybody else feels or felt that way and overcame it

And if you don’t suffer or identify with suffering, then there isn’t a problem (i’m assuming)

Also since a lot of it is formed in early childhood and childhood, many aspects of it stay mostly childish imo it’s soo needy, like a baby ?

It thinks we can not deal with painful raw emotions, because as small kids it was so painful so we built this whole structure/protection/house of cards/prison but actually we can deal with painful emotions, just feel them it’s ok

Yea it’s wild, it’s always looking for love, validation and ways to get loved. But then it’s so scared of actually being loved or of losing love.

my ego for example is also obsessed with not making look bad in certain ways which is very restricting, it mostly uses shame and anxiety as tools
