Could you elaborate what type of physical symptoms you mean?

Seemingly i have quite a lot but i didn’t want to name them i wanted to hear about yours from you guys. Could also just be a story, idea, wishful thinking, nothing, or other stuff going on in the body like gut issues, inflammation etc. I‘ve always been quite sensitive to sensations in the body. Which can also be bad/uncomfortable.

Yea sure But spirituality for me now is also just staring at a tree in my home country. I don’t feel a reason to go to india for spiritual reasons. Although if I wanted to learn real yoga or something I’d consider it.

I’m just saying that many things could have started legitimate or as a good idea or just cause (or not) and then at some point turned bad or into some kind of parasitic or cancerous thing on society i know, switzerland of the middle east i think it was because it also has mountains, snow etc and also a mixed society with christians, muslims, shia, sunni etc switzerland is also a mix of languages, french, german, italian and a mix of protestantism, catholicism etc

quite wild how especially the u.s has its fate tied to israel i do agree though that lebanon would be so much better without hizbollah and the likes, the country has so much potential, almost 50% christian, beautiful landscape, mediterranean, awesome food
