  1. This is my problem, no matter what realizations I have, I’m back to me, with 0.00001% improvement… even after this post I went and did more stupid things that are typical “me”even though I was super determined to change my life 180 degrees…. This “me” is truly a gift that keeps on giving I need to get rid of her ?
  2. @Average Investor but I do have a good lifestyle, my diet is good, I exercise regularly, I am addicted to caffeine though, but I did replace coffee with matcha. It’s just still very hard to focus.
  3. How were you able to do it naturally? Is it better now?
  4. @Tyler Robinson how long did you take it for?
  5. Why wouldn’t you recommend it?
  6. What happened when you stopped taking it?
  7. Well I’m for sure ready for the good things that would come out of it… like wiping out my bad memories and the associated guilt I don’t understand why your health and diet would be effected? Wouldn’t your self love and therefore self care improve if anything? How did it all happen for you?
  8. But isn’t awakening temporary? You can have an “awakening experience”, but wouldn’t that just last a little while and then after that you’re back to your old self, but with a tiny bit of improvement?
  9. Hi all, I was wondering if I could get some tips for time management, planning my day, organizing myself. I was never taught these things and there was 0 discipline in my house growing up. I like things clean and tidy, but I am a very messy person. For example, when I get home, I would take off my jacket and leave it on the couch, or take off my clothes and leave them on the floor. When I eat, I don’t put away the dishes until the evening. I spend at least 30 minutes every night cleaning up the mess I made during the day. It would be so much more efficient if I put my clothes away right away when I take them off. I also never make my bad when I wake up, I just leave it and do it when I wash my sheets. Same thing with grocery shopping, I always over shop and then throw things out. Same thing with shopping for clothes, I have so many clothes that I never wear. I am also having a problem scheduling my day. Like today I slept in my gym class, and basically all day went to hell because I can’t decide whether I should go for a run, go to the gym, go for a walk… it’s all lost now.. Do you have any kind of suggestions for this? Are there any books I can read on organization? Time management?
  10. Lol, I don’t get what’s the shocking revelation here… narcissists/psychopath are actually the ones who hold most of the positions of power in this world, no normal person has the drive to achieve things the way they do. Narcs have such a wounded ego they need constant admiration and success to prove to themselves they are not a complete peace of shit which is what they feel like deep inside.
  11. Is drinking matcha almond milk latte bad for you if you do it every day? I’ve been reading the EGCG in matcha is bad for the liver. Is it better than drinking coffee every day?
  12. Yea, that’s definitely true. Still hope there exists a country with large amounts of stage yellow people ?
  13. Lol, yea no way… I’ve been unsuccessfully looking for Holotropic breath work sessions for 2 years now.. and I live in a major city and willing to travel to another city. People here feel so empty, I sometimes think they will soon be needing an instructions manual on how to cross the road. Green values are mainstream here, but people follow green values not because they genuinely care, but because they want to be accepted, and blindly follow. It feels like stage orange commercialized green. People don’t seem genuine.
  14. @soos_mite_ah I also think you’re not exercising enough, should be totally possible to get rid of the stomach if you’re doing exercise consistently for a few weeks. You also need to switch things up. Have you ever tried fitness classes? What fitness classes are available next to you?
  15. @Adodd Is there a difference between culinary and ceremonial matcha?
  16. The fact that you see yourself in a mirror when you workout and you can see whether you’re flexing your abs or not when you’re wearing a sports bra, it makes you “extra flex”. Duhhh ?
  17. You don’t do the same exercise every day for 5-7 days. Plus the way most people exercise looks like a nap anyways, so I don’t know what exactly they are “recovering” from.
  18. @soos_mite_ah if most of your day work/school is sedentary though, working out 3-4 days a week is not enough. You should aim to work out every day for at least an hour (walks don’t count). Try doing 5-10K runs (outside) 5-7 days a week and you will be shocked how fast your belly fat disappears if you’re consistent. Workout in a sports bra so you train yourself to flex your belly muscles all the time. Walk straight and keep your belly muscles flexed/belly sucked in throughout the day. Try fitness classes as well, some of them can be so much fun you will forget you are working out whatsoever.
  19. I think this is especially important. Instagram makes me go from “hey, there, gorgeous piece of art” to “what’s up you ugly broke Shrek” within a matter of hours. Also, what kind of workouts do you do?
  20. That’s because women are embarrassed to talk about these things and often even think it’s their fault. That being said, if they truly cared about their friend, they should have told her.
  21. If there is no bicycle lane on the road, why are cyclists still allowed to go on it? If cars are driving at 50-60 km per hour and a cyclist is driving at 15-20 km per hour, is the traffic supposed to slow down all the way behind him? If there is no bicycle lane, a car and a cyclist with his fat a*s can’t fit into one lane, so the only choice is to go around him and bypass him going to another lane which is very dangerous or drive slowly behind him. This is especially bad during busy hours. Also, car drivers need to pass driving exams and have a valid drivers licence to be on the road and can get tickets. Why aren’t cyclists on the road treated the same way?
  22. I don’t know if I can explain this well, and this may sound very crazy and weird, but I really need help to understand this. Whenever I listen to music, I always think about other people. For example, when an EDM song comes up, I would think about working out and posting a fit video (or a makeup video) on Instagram so that some (usually a guy I like) people could see how good I look. Or I think about how good I would like wearing this or that when someone sees me. Or how smart I would look at a work meeting once I do this or that project. Or how wise I would sound when I talk about this book I read/video I saw etc. Just now I was listening to a Harry Potter theme song sitting on my balcony, and the sky looks beautiful here.. yet I start thinking about other people instead of enjoying the moment with me. Listening to music always makes me think how I would impress these other people. I was thinking of quitting listening to music forever because of this. I don’t want to care about impressing other people, I only want to live a life for me. Or is it burning though karma thing (I didn’t actually watch Leo’s video on that, but I assume that’s what it is)? Should I just go with that and live my life trying to impress people for some time? I just think it’s so unhealthy and I really want to connect with me.
  23. The reason why this law is exists is not for the driver that is driving slow, if I drive at 20 km/h, I am not in danger, it’s the car that is driving at 60 km/h that needs to maneuver to adjust to my speed.
  24. A car driver would get a ticket if he was to drive 20 km/h on a 60 km/h road, due to blocking or impeding the normal flow of traffic. One of the most dangerous things on the road is differences in speed. Why are the rules different for cyclists?
  25. I think so too, plus the sidewalks are usually empty anyways, unless you’re in downtown
