  1. @Terell Kirby Why would you want to escape? It's bliss ?
  2. That being is You. Wonderful, Thanks! Greg
  3. Hi

    You are welcome here
  4. @Preety_India Thank you, Miss! For everything
  5. Short one for Leo - 45 minutes.
  6. Welcome, The Sphynx In Darkness! Nice nickname First thing is getting off the addiction. When you complete this mission, and through it as well, try early morning walks in a forest, if you have one near your vicinity. A park, if there isn't. In nature, anyway. Practice slow and deep breathing. Write a journal. Start looking at the EARLIER Actualized.org videos - 2014/15, if you haven't already. Greg
  7. Ego Communication II Greg: I am finally ready to totally embrace the notion that we each have our own truth. That truth is a totally subjective thing, unique to each perspective. And so, with that, perhaps we can get into the topic itself? Ego: Good, let's do that. I said I was going to sort of prove that God is one with All That Is. Greg: Right. Ego: Well, to make an argument, it is often easiest to have a position to debate against. If I want to make the statement, "God is one with All That Is," then probably the most radically opposed position would be that of the atheist. As atheists deny the very existence of God, they therefore would not accept anything one might say about God. Greg: It can be quite hard to argue with an atheist. Ego: That's right. Because, usually, atheists pride themselves on being very logical and rational. They don't go in for airy fairy nonsense that can't be proven empirically. They claim that the universe can be explained without the need for a God and since there is no direct evidence for God, what the heck is everyone doing with all this religion nonsense? And their position, due to the Veil, is of course quite a reasonable one. If you insist that there is nothing beyond that which can be directly perceived by the senses, then it certainly can seem as if spiritual beliefs are just superstitious bullshit. Greg: Can you remind me what the Veil is, exactly? Ego: Primarily, your reality was created for the purpose of experiencing individuality. In order for this to be possible, a consciousness construct was set in place to filter the information that might be available to you. This has often been called the Veil, or more specifically, The Veil of Unknowing for those who are BEFORE enlightenment and The Veil of Illumination for those after. So I'll keep using that term. What the Veil essentially does is guarantee that you cannot PROVE oneness. Anything that approaches true, irrefutable proof of oneness will always come with sufficient cause for doubt that each individual will simply have to make up their own mind. Greg: Okay. Doesn't the Veil also hide other knowing and information from me, though? Ego: No. All it does is hide from you your essential oneness with All That Is. But you need to think about this for a moment. If all is truly one, if the most essential truth about everything is its inherent oneness, and if the Veil hides that oneness from you, then I'm sure you can logically see that the Veil will hide the most essential nature of EVERYTHING from you. It will mean that you cannot know the deepest truth about anything at all. Because, as you approach the deepest truth of anything you'd approach proof that all is one. And the Veil forbids this. Do you see the circular nature of the problem? The essential nature of everything is that it is all one with everything else. But this is hidden from you. That's the value of the Veil. Greg: So you mean I can't know the true nature of anything? Ego: Until you break though, no. What is remarkable to me is how few people on earth are concerned about the fact that nothing is known down to its root. Nowhere can you look and say, "We really understand that and can therefore build upon a solid foundation of knowledge." You can know about the surface, about the characteristics or about the effect, but you cannot know about the true cause. Greg: I'm not sure that I know this to be true. Our science has surely gotten to the root of something. Ego: All right. I'll go there with you. What is planet earth, all the people on it, all the animals, plants and so forth made out of? Greg: Matter. Ego: What is matter made out of? Greg: Atoms. And they are made of sub atomic particles. Ego: Good. Carry on. What are sub atomic particles made of? Greg: Strings, basically. And they made out of energy. Ego: And what is the nature of that energy? What is this energy made of? Where does it come from? Was it created? If so, when and how? And if it wasn't created, how does it come to be? Greg: I don't know. I don't know any of those answers. Ego: Well, don't feel bad. Neither does science. Greg: So you can't prove the oneness of God? Ego: Hold on. Not so fast. I have a lot of love and respect for rational people of the mind. The scientific method is a wonderful thing and has deepened the human experience immeasurably. I wouldn't want us to begin to play a whole new level of the game only to desert all our atheist friends here at this level. So there's a little surprise in store for them. You see the Veil is, and has for a while now, been thinning. Greg: What do you mean, thinning? Ego: I mean that it gradually becomes easier and easier to penetrate the mystery. It is slowly becoming more possible to discover that there IS, in fact, a God of which everyone and everything everywhere is an indivisible part. Greg: So what was all the stuff about the value of the Veil? If it's such a smart idea then why is it crumbling down so easily? Ego: Great question! And here's the answer: no matter how much you like a game and no matter how important a science experiment is, games and scientific experiments alike always come to an end. At some point those engaged with them will say, "We have got what we wanted from this, let's do something else", right? Greg: Yes. That is my experience. Ego: Well, that is a rough paraphrase of the greater situation here. This game - or experiment - that is your reality is in the midst of is changing quite radically, so that it can, eventually, be brought to an elegant and joyful end. You see, the high order spirit beings that are involved with the planning, creation and continued unfoldment of this reality are very loving beings. They love you and, in fact, they know that they ARE you. So, while it is ordained that the game must eventually end and all of humanity awaken, they desire to give everyone in the system every opportunity that you could possibly need to awaken so that you will be ready, willing and able to leave this game before it is collapsed in upon itself. Greg: What will happen after this event of collapsing? Ego: There is so much to be said about it and there is already so much misunderstanding and misinformation. It's take us the rest of the night to discuss it. Greg: Yeah, but I'm tired. I woke up at 4:30 AM to get to work. Ego: Talk to you tomorrow.
  8. @sethman Highly resonate with your wisdom!
  9. God's will is for us to have complete freedom. What we choose to experience, that's on us. Peace on earth - God says yes. Turmoil on earth - God says as you wish. God is neutral, the observer. Those who truly want to lift the world in light are not egoic - it is a true Godlike quality. The wanting to eliminate the Evil and remain only with what is good, is counter creative. Enter divine dichotomy. God is both I AM & I AM NOT. Duality. Say no thank you is a very wise move. God's move. Let existence unfold as it may. Nothing can't be destroyed, not really. Ultimate Reality will always prevail. God's plan and ideal for us is assured. ALL of us will awaken. Just a question of WHEN, rather than IF. Greg
  10. Acceptance The first step on The Path is called Acceptance. But, while acceptance is the first of the steps, it is so much more than just a step. Acceptance is The Path ITSELF. It is also The Portal. Or, as the Taoists call it - The Gate of No Gate. You see, acceptance is that which takes you from duality consciousness on this side to unity consciousness on the other side. Between victim consciousness and creator consciousness. This is why I say it is a portal. Because you will have to learn to LIVE in acceptance rather than just choosing it sometimes. It is much more than just the doorway. It is also The Path. It is crucially important, if you should rise above victim consciousness, rise above the dramas, and attain Unity Consciousness, that you fully discover acceptance within yourself and that you learn to live by The Way of Acceptance. Acceptance is an unbelievably powerful thing. If you hadn't had lifetimes to master acceptance and sufficient mystical experiences in this lifetime into the nature of acceptance, then it is going to take a great deal of practice and effort on your part to do so now. Sometimes you will falter and get it wrong. Accept that. Accept that you are not there yet. Accept that you are on a journey. And accept too that you most certainly WILL get there if you stay the course. Which, of course, you must because there isn't nowhere else to go but Home to the Oneness. And acceptance, as I have said, is the portal and the path that takes you Home. The best way for us to learn about something is with our own direct experiences. So I will share my understandings with you about acceptance using my own experience as a vehicle. Please, therefore, play along with the following process. To begin with, I will ask you now to pick a major drama in your life. Complete the sentence: “I will only be happy when…” Think now of some major thing in your life that you believe needs to change before you can find fulfillment. Pause your reading and take a moment to come up with one such issue. When you have identified one such an issue and completed the sentence for yourself, continue. Good. So you have identified a drama in your own life. Now we will walk a short road together. Let me tell you that the circumstance and consequence of your drama is EXACTLY what will happen to you for you are creating AND experiencing what you choose, what you identify with. Like in a dream. You are both The Dreamer & The Dream. So it is in reality. You are both The Outside Observation & The Inner Experience. If a particle of consciousness enters into life and has the experiences you have had, the knowledge you have accumulated and comes to Self Identification you have come to, then it will fully BE the exact same drama, know, experience and identify Itself as You. That is the formula: Knowing leads to experience leads to being. It can be no other way. This is because your deepest beliefs govern all the choices you have made and will make in the future. From the circumstances of your birth, who your parents were, how you grew up, all of those formative experiences - right the way through to the things you think you are good at, the things you think you cannot do, the people you associate with. Everything. What I mean is all that you have chosen and will continue to choose is filtered through your unique filter of consciousness. And what you choose you eventually become. It is where your Life Energy goes. And where your energy goes is where You go. In short, my friends, life will always feed back to you the effects of your own deepest ideas about yourself. When you have had a number of lifetimes in duality and forgetfullness then it is an absolutely guaranteed fact that you will have built up many layers of identity that are about separation from God. You will have fear, pain, anger and loss built right into your belief system. And so life will feed that back to you. You will see multiple layers of dramas in your life right from the global to the national to the societal to the familial to the personal. All these will be playing out in your life constantly. Now, you can engage with the dramas. You can keep wishing things were different from what they are, you can keep trying to make them different, but the dramas themselves will keep repeating themselves on you until you come to change the underlying belief you are holding about yourself that is actually inviting the drama. The Sponsoring Thought, as I call it. My friends, it is crucial that you understand this! Your drama is not a random thing that is happening to you by some accident of bad luck. You are creating it and bringing it to yourself. These means of attraction are an intrinsic part of what you identify yourself as. And so THIS is what we are actually going to do here. The Steps of the Path are means of healing your false identity as a being separate from oneness, from the eternal and from God. We begin by identifying the beliefs that you hold somewhere in the deep recesses of your mind that are causing you harm, and then we go to work healing that belief by replacing it with something that is infinitely more loving and empowering. In this process you discover just how profoundly true it is that YOU are the creator of your whole reality. Because you will SEE this, first hand, in your own life experience that, as you heal your false beliefs or in other words – ego, the whole universe will course-correct and subjugate to Your Will. Where, your whole life you have struggled, fought and failed to change things for the better because you have been wrestling with the drama – Now, suddenly, you will find that the drama changes by itself as you change. Life around you heals itself as you heal yourself. So that is what we are doing. But we cannot go to work on the problem while you are attached to a misidentification of the problem itself. Misidentify that you misidentify. Don't know that you don't know, so to speak. Allow me to illustrate this through a parable, a good friend of mine came up with: If you looked in the mirror and the mirror showed you that your hair was all tangled you wouldn’t try to change the mirror, would you? Well, the drama is like your mirror reflection. It is simply showing you with absolute clarity something that is going on inside your own psyche that you are not aware of. So there is no more point in trying to change the drama, the external circumstances than there is trying to fix the hair of your mirror reflection. What you want to do is to USE the mirror reflection to fix your own hair. To comb it. And then, as if by magic, you will notice that the mirror reflection’s hair is fixed. So in exactly the same way you want to USE the drama to understand what is going on within yourself and then to change your own inner landscape. Then, you will see the drama change. Or fall away completely. This is the principle. So, now you understand that there is no point in getting upset about a mirror reflection. It is just a reflection. There is no point resisting it and insisting it must be anything other than what it is. The mirror reflection simply IS. That is what is in the mirror when you are as you are. Your drama, in a similar manner, simply IS. And there is no point in getting angry, sad or resentful about it. So, the first step, the liberating step, the step that opens the door and allows us to move on to doing some good and bringing about some real change is to accept the drama. Accept that this is as things are. Now you are going to take a step that will seem strange and perhaps uncomfortable at first. To continue the mirror metaphor this will be fruitful for you to simply stand still and LOOK into the mirror. Taking a moment to just observe. You will be saying “THIS is how my hair looks right now”. Without judgement, without criticism. Just a simple recognition. Observation is the elemental drive of our existence and has a special place along The Steps of the Path. We will revisit it in the near future. For now, bring your drama back to your mind. But this time you are going to change the statement. This time you are going to insert your drama into the statement: “I choose to accept that (whatever your drama is) is going on in my life right now as this is an accurate reflection of my identity” Again, please take the time to pause the reading to formulate your statement so that it correctly reflects your situation. Please do this. And please - this is important - say the statement out loud to yourself. Do it now. *** How did that feel? Strange? Did it feel as if you were lying to yourself? Did it feel as if you were saying the words but not feeling them? Or did it feel liberating and empowering? Friends, however it felt is really okay. You are on a journey with me. And we don’t need to arrive at the destination with the very first step. So please do not concern yourself overly with how you feel about that statement. Notice it. Accept it. You see, the degree to which you DON’T accept your drama is the degree to which it resides in your experience. Nothing is outside of you is out of your control. You cannot create that which is outside of your control – that would defeat the reason for which You were created in the first place. For you are a limitless creator So this is what we are doing now. We are accepting this situation. Doing so brings the situation home. The drama and its cause moves inside of you. When you accept it, it becomes yours. When it is yours and inside of you then you can know that you have created it. And then you can create it differently. So do you see now how the first step, the most crucial step, is acceptance? There are more steps and in those steps we look at the process of brushing the hair in the mirror. But first YOU must completely accept. So think about this between now and when you read the next presentation in The Steps of the Path Series. Please, I urge you, take your time. Take a few days or longer. Take the time to really sit with the drama. Say aloud to yourself that you accept the drama. Think it. Feel it. Allow the drama to show itself to you in its facets so that you can accept every single part of it. When you KNOW that you accept it as it is, then you are ready to move on. Moving on with the material before you are ready will simply not work. If you are not in acceptance then you are not creating. Then you are just reacting as a victim who is just trying to avoid the outcomes of his or her own choices. In that case, at the end of this process you will say “but nothing changed!” You will think the process is flawed all because you didn’t stay with the process of acceptance until you really got it. Notice how the drama feels as if it is moving from the outside experience to that of inner reflection. Notice how you feel differently about it. Notice that, even though the drama doesn’t necessarily changes, how the way you feel about it does. How you become more peaceful, centered and calm. Acceptance occurs when you do not resist the drama. You do not require that it must be different. Acceptance occurs when you do not judge the drama, nor yourself and not the other players in it. No one is wrong or broken. It is just a drama. Acceptance occurs when you release your attachment to life being different than what it is. This IS the way life is when you are the way you are. Acceptance occurs when you have moved beyond forgiveness to the point of realization that, indeed, there is nothing to forgive. If you have chosen to take one small step in the direction of acceptance by choosing to accept one of your dramas. I salute you. This is the first step and you are now on The Path. Now, my friends, if I could get you all on a mountaintop spiritual retreat we could work with just the concept of acceptance for many years before the subject was even nearly exhausted. And you could, as I have indicated, spend many lifetimes in incarnated experience mastering only the aspect of acceptance. So today, in this presentation what I have offered you is but the briefest indication of what acceptance is and how it might be to live in acceptance. Now it is YOURS to live this principle. To take this seed called acceptance and nurture it that it might grow and flower in your souls. Your goal is to remember to accept not just this drama, but all your dramas. Moreover, not just all your dramas but the very principle of drama itself and all of Life in The Divine Process. My dear friends, you will - in due course - get there. You will all come to perfect, complete, full and whole understanding of all of life. And when you do, you will be a magnificent embodiment of God. You will be a pure light being of infinite capacity and creative power. And that is what lies ahead of you on The Path. This is God's plan for you. Now before I leave you there are a couple of things that I would strongly advise you to do at this juncture of the journey: 1. The first is that you set some time aside each day for your spiritual growth. Some time to be in the NOW moment. To meditate. If you do not know how then there is help. You can be taught how and you can be guided. But take some time each day to center and to listen to your soul. 2. The second is that you regularly take some time to take ownership of your life. This is time spent, either alone or with some trusted beloved other or others in which you talk or think about where you are going with your life. Your goals and aspirations. This is the time in which you remember yourself. When you set objectives for your healing and your growth. When you look back upon the path you have already walked in this lifetime, evaluate how it went and understand for yourself which choices work and which do not. It is most beneficial if you can join in groups of like minded souls for meeting and discussion. Find people that are on a similar spiritual frequency to engage with so you might remember, teach and learn together. And with that my dear friends, I now leave you. Next I will address the second step along our path - Intention. Your humble fellow traveler, Greg.

  12. I used to aviod eye contact. A lot. I agree that it is an insecurity issue. I am more confident now, but still don't want to impose any inconveniences for those whom I look in their eyes. That is what happens if you stare long enough. So like The Buddhist, I choose here The Middle Path. To look and when the moment calls for it, look away. Balanced. It also invokes inner intuition and brings Enlightenment closer. So your question is highly important! Thanks for letting me answer Greg
  13. @Leo Gura I see. Thank you!
  14. @Alex_R Good idea
  15. I sure did. An original idea. Thank you! What is it, exactly?
  16. I have caused myself UNTOLD pain, over and over again. And I have taken that pain and folded it over upon itself and multiplied it over and over again because there was something I JUST DIDN’T GET. I have looked at you, dear world, and all the wonderful life upon you. I have looked at you, dear beloved souls, who walk this planet with me. I have looked at you, bright beings of wisdom and light who stand outside of physicality and make your fragment to visit and revisit this deeper forgetting called incarnation. I see you. And I get you. I really do. Most of all I get that you too feel the same pain I feel, also multiplied over upon itself because, beloveds, you too JUST DON’T GET IT. And I say this with the greatest respect and love. Because I come to this reality with the willingness and desire to HELP I am often granted the unspeakably high privilege of being given a window into many other’s souls’ inner landscapes. That most intimate of views into another that happens in deep interactions such as Soul Re-Integration. This has gifted me a recurring vantage which results in an iteratively deeper KNOWING of what it is like to be here. To be in separation. To be in the heart of this deep suffering. And so I have suffered your pain first hand and seen your pain, as close as can be seen, second hand. And now, finally, it begins to dawn upon me. Finally, I begin to get it. And beloved, my heart wants me to share it with you. Because I wish our suffering to end. What we have not been getting that is causing us all this misery is, quite simply, the difference between Story and Isness. It is incredibly simple and yet it is also incredibly hard to make the shift of awareness. I am engaged now in that shift myself. Please allow me to attempt to explain so that you too might, if you wish it, engage in this shift with me. Story Story is what is outside of you. It is the stuff that is going on in your life. That is your Story. Everything materialism, empiricism and science will tell you is true and real is all Story. Everything your memories will tell you was real is all Story. This whole lifetime with all its interactions and experiences? Story. You past lives and all the things you did? Story! Every single word printed in every single newspaper and uttered by every single TV news caster is, of course, more Story. Most people go their whole lives and never think about a single thing other than Story. But Story is not wrong or bad. Story itself is not causing us to suffer. It is with our ATTACHMENT to Story that we cause this pain to our own souls. I wish to offer you another perspective on this now. A perspective that I find to be much healthier, spiritually. A perspective that helps greatly to relieve emotional pain and suffering. A perspective that brings greater balance to the whole being. I will use the analogy of a movie. An old fashioned one that uses a roll of celluloid film and a projector. When you thread the film through the projector and switch the projector on, a beam of light is shone through a frame of the film and a static, lifeless image is shown on the screen. When we let the film run, when we allow all the frames of celluloid to roll past the flickering light at the right speed, then the movie takes life before our eyes. We see the characters playing out their rolls and we also hear the audio track featuring their conversations. We observe the story playing out. See how the story can only play out when we allow it to change? Indeed the only way any kind of life can happen is with this kind of on going transition of every single part of it. Nothing stays the same, everything changes. That is how the movie of life proceeds. That is how Story, frame by frame, flashes before you at a speed so fast you cannot even begin notice the individual frames. And here is the first, basic, lesson of life. A simple, powerful understanding that, admittedly, can be quite difficult to live by. It is the realization that we cannot hold on to anything in life. We cannot insist that anything not change. That anything stays the same. Firstly, because the only way Life can happen is that is must move and constantly change. And secondly, because anything at all that you might identify as something you want to hold on to is all just Story anyway. It is an external, fictional created show that you are co creating with all the others that share parts of it. Holding on is both futile and impossible. Attempting to hold on is very like attempting to grab and stop the moving parts of a powerful machine. It will continue to move. You will simply hurt yourself in the process. The harder you try to hold on the deeper the injury to yourself. The more you let go and hold lightly, the less you hurt and the more you can appreciate the marvel of the movement and wonder of the unfolding experience of the intricate machinery. So this first basic lesson is not to resist the story. Not to insist that it be anything other than what it is. Not to demand that the parts you love stay and the parts you don’t like disappear. The story is as it is when you are as you are. Instead of resistance the right way to experience the Story is to truly, completely inhabit your part in it. Be IN the story with all that you are. Live it, love it, feel it, explore it. But do not think you are ONLY it. And this is where the second deeper lesson that I wish to share with you begins. Isness If Story is the external experience of your life, then Isness is the internal experience. The reason we create Story is much like the reason we go to the cinema to watch a movie. Think about this: you do not watch a movie so that you can get insistent about what should happen in it. You do not sit there fuming that it isn’t going as you wished. You do not even go to the cinema to simply observe the movie. No, you go to the cinema for what the movie will do to and for you INSIDE. How you will FEEL. What emotions it will bring up. How it will bring you a new perspective and allow you to, perhaps, feel a bit differently about yourself afterwards. Every movie, right from shoot-'em-up Westerns to weepy chick-flicks to quirky art-house productions all bring us a new landscape INSIDE ourselves. Be they trills and excitement, pathos and compassion or wonder and surprise no movie will ever make it to the screen if it does not, in some way, touch your inner self. In exactly the same way, the reason we create Story is so that we can have the inner experiences we desire. Incarnation is just one kind of Story. There are many, many others but it is the kind we are most familiar with so I will use it as an example. Before you decided to incarnate, you developed a plan. Your life plan. Together with your guidance and various other beings of wisdom and light, you decided on the events of the Story that you would be telling yourself. You chose who your parents would be, who your friends, lovers and partners would be. You also chose just as carefully who your rivals would be. You chose it all. But why? Not because you so badly wanted to see the Story play out but because you really wanted to see what new growth, discoveries, feelings and explorations would happen inside of you as a result of the telling of this Story. And all of that inner experience – that is what Isness is. That is what is real and important in all of this. The point of the Story is to derive the Isness. The Story has no purpose or value if you remove the Isness. A Story without Isness will be like a movie that doesn’t touch you in the slightest. A movie of paint drying or something even more boring than that. And so a new set of understandings emerge: The first point is to neither resist the flow of your story, nor to stand in judgement of yourself, others or any other part of your story. Not to attach yourself to any part of your story and insist that it be THIS WAY or THAT WAY. This first step is called ACCEPTANCE. It is the on going process of deep acceptance of your story as it is, and yourself as you are. That brings profound relief from suffering. If you wish to find peace for your soul then I cannot recommend highly enough that you seek acceptance and all that this truly means. Seek it and then LIVE acceptance. Allow acceptance to take you to the place where you become able to really immerse yourself in your Story, really and truly LIVE every day of you life, to truly LOVE it all and be joyful and peaceful. The second point flows from the first. As we find true acceptance of the Story so we can begin to notice with ever greater clarity what is going on BEHIND the Story. Which is, of course, the Isness. Then we don’t have to die physically and find ourselves back with our guides looking at the life map one more time to remember the whole point of this whole saga. We can, right here, right now, right inside this incarnation begin to remember and explore the Isness of our own beings. As you begin to discover, claim, own and inhabit the Isness of your own being then the third point emerges. It is the realization that, since the Story is merely a vehicle of discovering your own Isness, there is no point in trying to CHANGE the Story. The Story exists to point you to yourself. So take the lesson. Look where the Story points! Discover yourself! And as you do, so you will come to the realization that you no longer need certain types of Story. You don’t need to bash your head over and over again if you notice there is a low beam in the ceiling. In just the same way you don’t need to repeatedly suffer certain kinds of difficult relationships (or whatever other painful experiences are recurring in your life) if you notice the origin of the pain within your own being. And if you are able to HEAL that pain in the Isness of your being then you would not only avoid expressing the pain in your Story but you actually change the Isness and you transcend having to experience that ever again. You become a more whole, more integral, more powerful, more real, sovereign version of YOU. Engaging in this quest will bring you completely out of suffering, out of pain and into love, joy and peace. And when you have accomplished this quest? Well, then a whole new adventure will begin. I cannot say for sure what that will be but I do know that neither you nor I will ever again have to play with suffering and pain. I can see clearly that both you and I confused Story and Isness. We both thought the Story was what was real and important. Therefore we each in our own way set about trying to heal the Story. But now we release that. Now we realize the Story is perfect. It is a perfect expression of each of the players own Isness. We are not here to change the Story. If we have any role whatsoever it is to REMIND anyone that is interested in hearing it that the only thing they need to do to free themselves from their stuckness is to go within and to heal the pain that lies within the Isness of their beings. If the Story is like a movie on a screen then the Isness is a little like the celluloid film. It is constantly changing and morphing. And as it does so, so the Story reflects that. If you think you are IN the Story then you are its victim. If you think you are in the audience then you can only observe. If you think you are fast as thought creating the celluloid as it is being shown, then you become the creator of that experience. But who are you really? Bright being, you are the pure white light, the radiant, eternal, undifferentiated Life Force that shines through the celluloid and makes the movie possible. And the less noise, darkness and filtration there is in the celluloid, the more you shall see yourself. And that is the story about the Story that helped me to see the isness of the Isness. I do hope it helps you too! P.S I could not find the answer in my mind because my mind was too busy holding the question. The mind can only process that which is already within it. It can only think about that which it already knows or has experienced. It cannot reach beyond itself. The heart, on the other hand, is a portal to the infinite. By listening to what is deepest within you, you can find timeless wisdom, infinite creativity, perpetual compassion and eternal love. It is all inside. And it is yours to have whenever you are willing to still the noise and to truly LISTEN to your soul. Greg
  17. @Michael569 If one person is carnivore but identifies with, say. vegan Ideolody. Why? His girlfriend is vegan. And then he encounters Leo's Video of Going Meta and the duality concept arises. He either giving up on his lamb chops or his girl. What is his solution? How to have both?

  19. @Clems Don't escape the channel. Merge with it until you call it your own. So, you are one. Breathe when you can for as long as you can. If you're in the middle of a supermarket, overwhelmed by the people and self reflect, it may cause disturbances to stop and breathe, even for 10 seconds. Breathe once and go about your business. If you have the mental capacity of being aware of awareness is very high level indeed. Keep extending the periods of time from momentary to sustained awareness. Not so easy to pull off but with practice, it can be accomplished! If at any point you feel you are unable to actualize this technique - let it go, rest for the day and try again tomorrow a different technique. Greg

  21. Dramas Dramas are the acts of the stage play called life that duality conscious beings use to keep themselves and each other in duality. These are many, many stories that we are telling ourselves daily that we can use to keep believing we are separate from each other, from the creator within and from the Oneness of All. Most importantly to keep believing that we are not creator beings, that we have no hand in creating our reality and that we are therefore not responsible for our life and our experiences. That is the function of our dramas. Now there are many overlapping dramas that can occur simultaneously in the average duality conscious being’s life. They all have a common theme. They are all stories that we have created or have invited that tell us that we cannot be happy and successful until something outside of our control changes. And so we must await that change or in some powerless way try to encourage that change. Dramas can be of a very personal and transitory nature. A pimple on your nose noticed before you meet a romantic interest for dinner that, in that moment, you feel you cannot be happy with as long as it is there. Dramas can be longer lasting, too. Perhaps you believe you need more money before you can be happy. To have your debts paid off or to buy some wonderful possession that you simply must own. Maybe you feel you need your body to look different or to be thinner or more athletic looking before you can be happy. It is also possible that you feel you need your spouse to behave differently or your children to behave differently or your whole community to behave differently. Could be that you believe you will be happy if you live somewhere else or if you had a different job or if you got a promotion. Do you see? These are all experiences that we have brought to ourselves that we are now willing to believe we are a victim to and that stands between us and the happiness and success we desire. The dramas are not only personal in nature. They can be co created by societies, nations and even by a whole planetary culture. Let’s take a look at an example of a drama which encompasses the entire world. The Political System Our global village is in trouble, is it not? Of course it is. There are people who have been placed in a position of authority who could enact their power and make the world a better place: politicians. But the problem is they never do, do they? They always seem to mess it up and make it worse. But, you are told, if you play along with the drama and give it your energy they you can replace the current group of charlatans with a team of focused visionary leaders who will do it all RIGHT. So you do. You give it your energy. You stir up some belief from the depths of your soul and you get active in the political system and you follow the debates and finally you go and vote. But somehow, a year or two later you find yourself right back where you were. Your new focused visionary leaders have turned into clowns who are making the same mistakes as the pervious circus performance did. Or worse. What should you do? Hold firm to your belief in this current crop? Join the rising chorus for big political change to dethrone these jokers and replace them with the next group waiting in the wings promising focused visionary leadership? Politics is a perfect example of a drama. Because we KNOW all this and yet we still find ourselves giving it our energy. We still find ourselves falling for the song and dance all over again and believing in the drama. So dramas can vary greatly in scope. And they can vary greatly in impact. They can certainly vary greatly in how they appear to those playing them out. But the one thing they ALL have in common is that they are all about the belief that we cannot be happy and successful until something outside of our control changes. They are all about the illusion of our powerlessness. The illusion that we are victims. And THIS illusion is the corner stone of duality. Dramas & Duality are inextricably linked and entangled. And would you believe it if I told you that there are dramas that reach BEYOND the boundaries of planetary cultures? Dramas that are galactic in their scope? Would you believe it if I told you that there are beings whose drama is: “I will never be happy until the whole galaxy is under the sway of my will.” Would you? Yes, indeed, there are some beings that have such aspirations to grandiose personal ego gratifying power. How very peculiar is that? And then there is the perfectly complementary drama that runs: “I will never be happy until those dark ones that want power over the rest of us are contained and eliminated.” This dual drama of power over others and the dogged fight for freedom has raged across planet earth for millennia. *** Notes 1.
