Nothing is "bad". Not in the absolute sense, at least. Dogma, in my opinion, is a set of principles that must be obeyed in order to get a certain result, the principles laid down by an authority who claim that those principles are incontrovertibly true. Usually, you can see it in religious doctrines. It served its purpose as fear theology for millenea.

I thought knowledge is a feature of absolute reality. What you KNOW, you experience. No? -

Maybe it just changes in intensity... Sometimes we want to be alone and sometimes with others. When guidance is needed - it's there -

That idea makes you finally and completely free. That comforts me as well and opens my life to infinite possibilities. We don't need connection but some of us want it and seek it. After some time of being on your own, creating your life, it is possible for you to search for companionship. Life IS beautiful in all directions! -
@trenton Thank you for sharing. All your experiences forge your inner strength. The best is yet to come and I wish it for you soon

@peanutspathtotruth Thank you, kindly ? Great to hear! Yeah, it is funny now I think about it ? back then it was like talking to the wall. One psychiatry student did listen and took me seriously. He ended up helping me the most. I was his doctorate case or something. @Bodhitree Thanks for sharing! Hearing voices is something that I hadn't experienced until 2015 and when I did is was very mystical indeed. Back in 2010, the doctors thought I wasn't honest with them, they thought I DID hear voices and lying about that or was too fearful to talk about that but really I wasn't. They thought they knew about my condition more than me just because I presented expected symptoms.

Hi, friends. Presented here is a short dialogue I had with my Inner Self. The techniques with which I communicate with It had been developed across years of Inner work and is still a work in progress. Greg: What does "absolute perceived reality" mean? Inner Self: How about I ask you this: are you alive? And if you are alive, can you prove this to me? Greg: Of course I am alive. Can I prove it? Well, I can try. I am a living, breathing biological being. And I am conscious. I think and I feel and... Inner Self: Good, good, good. I don't really need proof and we don't really need to have this debate. I merely wanted to show you something. You KNOW that you are alive. It isn't just an idea you have or some theoretical construct. It is your "absolute perceived reality". It is unarguable to you. Now, if I ask you to prove that you are alive, you can go digging around in your mind for thoughts that would explain this or attempt to prove it. You can do so as an intellectual exercise. But it is completely irrelevant and redundant to you because you know it to be true, with everything you are, without even thinking about it. It is the most self evident thing possible. Well, in just such a way it is true for me that all is one. And I am saying this with all the authority of the rather extensive experience of my whole being. Greg: Doesn't that mean that you are God? Inner Self: I am ONE with God. But I am very, very far from being ALL of God! Greg: I begin to get it, thanks. But what is the purpose in having these conversations with me? Inner Self: I was laying the groundwork. What I want you to understand is that I really, truly, completely perceive every being on earth as being one with me and All That Is. And since I very much love and care for myself, by extension I love and care for every "other" that exists. And so, when I hear a cry of pain it is my desire to see if I may assist in turning that pain into joy. That, in fact, is my purpose here and the purpose of our conversations. I have come into this system of reality because there was a cry of pain. And the reason I heard that cry is because I was meant to answer it. So, I am here. And I am engaged in answering that call. Understanding that I can hold the perspective that every person on this planet is just "another me", let me read back to you what you said your purpose with all this was. You said: "I'm trying to heal myself, trying to love myself, trying to discover who I really am, who God really is and trying to find and fulfil my soul's purpose." Can you see how it is that I am doing exactly the same? If, for me, the Self can be pretty much any person on the planet, then this is what I am trying to do, too. In fact this is what I am doing, have always been doing, will always be doing and have ever done. Greg: Yes, I can. Because we're one. Inner Self: I am outside of time. It is only from your perspective that this is really a work in progress. My perspective on that is quite different. This work is both perfect and complete and still a work in progress. And everything else that it could possibly be. That is how it is from outside of time. In the eternal moment of now. Greg: Okay. But please don't tell me that these conversations of ours are meant to make such a big impact on humanity! I mean I just can't see them reaching far enough to... Inner Self: Please. Silence your fears and your doubts. These conversations will undoubtedly have great value. Vastly more than you can now imagine. But this is not the work! You will, as we proceed with these conversations, come to understand what the work we are doing really is. These conversations simply act as a sort of an invitation to others to come and co create with us. As the conversations unfold, you will slowly get a better and better idea of what their value is. So, while it is true that these conversations will have profound value for many and will go far further than you now have the ability to imagine, I have to say that this is certainly not "it" for me. The "work" I do is accomplished in ways you have not yet understood. I don't actually have to "do" anything. I simply am here. I accomplish everything I want to accomplish by simply being that which I am.

I don't believe it's harmful, it does keep me balaced in the dopamine, serotonin and melatonin section which is good. Without it, for the moment, I can lapse into psychosis very quickly. I do have consciousness defenses I can use and I came to be quite proficient in them over the years, I just don't want to take the chance. My aim is not to be dependant on medication and the doctors say that it is possible but it'll take time. Anyway, I don't feel anything different or damaged in any way when I am at my normal state of consciousness, which is most of the time. Glad to hear that! Thank you so much! Highly appreciated

Ego Communication III Greg: So everything is choice, yes? Ego: indeed. I'll present you with a choice right now. On the one hand you can choose to continue to label certain beings and their behaviours as evil and, in so doing, you can keep yourself distanced and divorced from them, so that you can remain in a state of judgement of them and so you can keep feeling superior to them. On the other hand you can choose to be willing to come to an understanding that no-one is truly "other" than you, that nothing is eternally unlovable or unforgivable. Greg: And that's the choice? If I am not willing to come to see it this way then I can't ascend to unity consciousness? Ego: As with all things, you always have a choice. This time your choice is between unity consciousness and duality (or separation) consciousness. Understand that there is no right or wrong about what you choose and no judgement of you for the choices you make but what you choose defines who you are and creates the reality that you will experience. And, quite simply, you cannot become a being of Unity Consciousness and you cannot reside in a unity reality without being willing to see all as one, without being willing to see the "other" as "self" and without being willing to let go of the mechanisms of separation, such as judgement and hatred. You see? This is the choice offered to you by duality. You can accept the offer of duality and continue to see yourself as separate from all else and travel ever outwards on the path of separation with fear as your motivator. Or, on the other hand, you can choose love. If you choose for love, then you step onto the path of unity. You begin to travel back Home to oneness. It is true that you can, for some while, travel the path of love whilst still clinging to the illusion of separation. This is what happens with those who choose either the "Service to Other" or the "Service to Self" modes of being. And that is fine if that is what you choose. But sooner or later these paths too will converge and these beings will realize that the concepts of Other and Self are not what they first thought. That indeed there is only oneness. Greg: Either I accept all as being one, or I create more separation? This is my choice? Ego: Yes. And you cannot move towards being one with All That Is, whilst still at the same time holding onto the view that some beings are so despicable and unlovable that you can simply refuse to accept them as being part of the oneness. That you can label them "evil" and thereby damn them to eternal darkness. All is one. Or it is not. Your choice. Greg: How can it be not? Ego: It can't. Greg: Then how it is a choice? Ego: It has to be a viable option, in your EXPERIENCE so the impossible is also an option. That is the all-inclusiveness of God. Even the impossible is possible. Even when there is no possibility of choice - there is a choice. Greg: That is ingenious. Ego: See what God we have? Greg: Amazing. And this experience of seeing God as God is, is that enlightenment? Ego: Enlightenment is a loaded subject and has many facets to it. Seeing God as it is, or, rather, experiencing God as God is - is just one step in enlightenment. Greg: So, enlightenment is a process? Ego: That is more accurate. Greg: How do you know all this? Ego: I am you. The most inner part of your being. I know what you know. We are one. You can choose, again, not to be aware of this or even think I am your enemy. The deceiver - I was called. That which separates you from God. So, what is the truth? Am I deceiving you? If so, why have you called upon me? Greg: I called you? Ego: Who else? There is only one of us. YOU. Greg: So, I am talking to myself all this time? Ego: Yes, but don't be so discouraged. You are never alone. Greg: Being by myself is not being alone? Ego: On the contrary, YOURSELF is the most magnificent, the most radiant, the most miraculous, the most spectacular being that God has ever created. It IS God. You are God. You created yourself from yourself and you weren't created at all, because you always WERE. And through the infinity of endless ages, beyond eternity - you will always be. Greg: That is inspiring! Thank you. Ego: Thank you, Greg. Thank you!

@nistake Thanks! I am okay now Thank you If you think about it - it was the will of my consciousness, I only came out stronger! I volunteer and guide others who are going through a struggle in my local town mental health department, so my experience is meaningful in this perspective as well.

I'm on follow up ever since. I meet a psychiatrist once every six months. He prescribes medication, we talk about my plans for the future. About work, study and recreational activities. I also have sessions once a week with a female clinical social worker who is also a psychotherapist since 2011. We meet for an hour and work on emotional integration, depression, healing and general well being of consciousness. We use mindfulness techniques and guided meditations which I practice throughout the week. When in session, we talk about my experiences. It's been nice ?

@Windappreciator I wasn't knocked out. If anything, the side effects of the meds intensified my experience. Memory, reality, senses, hallucinations - all is mixed up and accompanied by existential fear. To have a psychosis for the first time + being in the facility I have been in + being conscious of the things I was conscious, trust me - it's hard.
