SamC replied to Zeroguy's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It's not Zeroguy that is alone, every other charachter exsists. It's just that every other character also is you. It's not bittersweet. You are mistaking your ego being alone and you as God being alone. You are not alone, we are all in this together - We are all alone together. We are all God. -
@Wintermute My story: I found Leo when I was 16, meditation when I was 18 and discovered psychedelics when I was 22. Psychedelics gave me a lot. It changed how I saw reality permently. Unfortunatly they didn't make me happy and fullfilled though. I had amazing experiences but I was still the same - they didn't actually transform my inner being. In fall 2022 I am very depressed, this despite my enlightment experiences. I decide to dedicate myself to the inner engineering program and actually follow it. (I had gone thorugh the program before but didn't follow thorugh) During this intiation ( Shambhavi mahamudra) I experienced states that are similar to what I experienced that same year on Ayehuasca. It was from that experience that I realized Sadhguru is my guru and I have since then not missed a single day of my Sadhana. I do Sadhana for around 2 - 2:30 hours each day and it's slowly transforming everything about me and my life. At certain periods my Sadhana is 4 hours + each day. My life is Isha, my life is Sadhguru ~ because that's the highest path I have found in my direct experience.

Sadhguru already claims that. I don't know if Spira would claim that. It feels like Spira is more " realize that there is only One and there exists no master but yourself" and Sadhguru is more like " I am the path, become me and you will be everything. They have different styles but in the end it's all concioussness and different paths work for different people. @Carl-Richard

Sadhguru Yes, Spira No

I haven't been to any Spira retreat personally but if one goes there and experience that it raises their concioussness, then it raises their concioussness and it's not a difference in that sense. Concioussness doesn't discriminate - there are many paths. It's hard to say what is more powerful though and that can only be discovered by direct experience. For me Sadhguru's teachings is the highest but he is not the only highest path. It's very much possible Spira also can lead people to enlightment and blissfull states. I have had peak experiences similar to Ayahuasca during an intiation done by Sadhguru and states higher than extsascy after doing his practices. It's possible Spira can lead you to those states aswell but since I haven't experienced it, I don't know. @Elliott

I use Sadhguru and his videos all the time. Listening to Sadhguru and music related to Isha raises my concioussness. I've felt energies from him and his consecrated yantras that Isha sells during psychedelic trips and connected to them and Sadhgurus energy many many times when I am sober aswell. He is legit. @Carl-Richard

Please be careful. I did LSD once right after kriya yoga and activated my kundalini by mistake. Was awake for 48 hours running around in my apartment because I couldn't fall asleep. -

Both. Inner enginering is not free. He has a lot of amazing free meditations in his apps "Sadhguru" and "Miracle of mind". He also has hundreds of videos on youtube with satsangs and other videos where he give advise. I do both some of his free meditations and also some that I paied to learn. If you want to check out some of his teachings I would reccomend "Isha kriya" and chit shakti. There are 4 different chit shakti meditations ( Love, peace, success and health) . They are all avalible for free on the Sadhguru app. I do the success one and isha kriya everyday together with my other practises. -

Yes. I have been doing kryia yoga and other type of Sadhana everyday for more than a year now. Words can't explain what it has done to me. I strongly recommend Sadhguru's teachings and inner enginering If you haven't looked into it already. It's a goldmine🙏🏻 -

Good job for sticking to it for 50 days! That's a very good start. Don't worry that you are not seeing any results yet. There will be periods where you will feel like nothing is happening and that you are going backwards. This is normal. If you keep up the practice and give yourself to the proccess, it will eventually transform you. Your fears and insecuarites will come up during this proccess. Don't react to it - Keep going. What type of Kriya are you doing? -
In my experince, Methaphyscially, the femenine is trying to wake up the masculine which creates the tension that is this dream. What the feminine seeks is security, and when it feels it is safe it will naturally serve the masculine. The masculine seeks love, and when it feels fully loved, it can step into it's power and serve the femenine You attract the femenine by being secure and the masculine by making it feel needed.

Shambavi Mahamudra that you learn in the Inner enginering changed my life. I got initiated in 2023 and I kid you not, it felt like a psychdelic trip.. kind of like Ayahuascha, but better.. The high I get from doing this Kriya is better than any drug.. and yes I include extstacy here aswell. It grounds you, while at the same time releaeses you. Before this I felt very lost and depressed in life eventhough I had amazing awakening experiences on psychedelics. My trips definetly gave me something.. but Shambavi and Sadhgurus teachings gave me my life. Highly recommend you look into inner enginering and or his free content and practices on his app and Youtube.

You mention this a lot these days. Is there anything meditation can do that psychedelics can't from your persepctive and insight? @Leo Gura -
Yeah but what's the truth and what's bullshit? You yourself have said there is a kernel of truth in everything, would you mind elaborate on the nuance? @Leo Gura

Its not the ego you that is alone. It's the absolute you. Nothing is lost - you are everywhere. -
Hi there! I am currently focused on cleaning up my diet, implementing more physical exercise and improving my health overall. I am considering switching to a flouride free toothpaste but I am concerened it will affect my " mouth health".. although intuitivly, I am pretty sure flouride isn"t something good that I should put in my system. If I should switch, is there something that you guys think I should think about and do so that I protect my gums and teeth? Do recommend any specific brand? What do you say @Leo Gura based on your research and understanding? Do you use flouride free toothpaste? What's some good options?

Feel it in instead of thinking about it logically

If I were you I would set up a screening process for this so that you can weed out clientes that need help with issues that are outside your domain of expertise. This both to protect you and your clients well-being. I belive these two questions are worth pondering. Where is the line? How can I effectivly communicate what I can and what I cannot help my clients with? As far as this client goes, you can't and should not try to treat the clients addiction and if your client wants your help, it need to be in the context of what you can offer - which is coaching, not therapy.
