_Archangel_ replied to AndylizedAAY's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@AndylizedAAY As always, this is a problem of conflation between relative speech and the absolute dimension. From the Absulute POV, nothing exists by it self, molteplicity is an illusion meaning that everythin you can concieve is fabricated, hallucinated, created from nothing. There isn't a "ground". Souls, NDEs, astral projections, are just appearences that, if investigated are revealed to be empty. This doesn't take away anything from your experience. Everything you experience is REAL. The relative POV is our conventional way of looking at the world. Where we assume a certain identity and we act in the world, by its laws. In the relative domain souls exists. Ghosts exists. ------- To leap from the relative to the Absolute, you must ask yourself, what is a Ghost? A ghost is just an image appearing within coscousness Absolute pov: No one is experincing anything, this things are just appearing into nothingness. Consciousnes is imagining all of this, you included. Consciuousness is immagining this post, right now. Relative pov: You are experiencing it, and your astral body was floating in the room for a brief moment. --------- Understood the difference? -

@Breakingthewall As the guy says in the video, experiment have been made and they show resaults. From what i understand, there are poeple who possess strong abilities but they can be counted under the 100. I guess these poeple may be kind of unreachable (ex.: solitary monk that can levitate) Then there are those who may show some power but it is either to mild or too difficult to replicate in an experiment which is why many scientists cosider invalid what others might count as proof. Anyway, found another blog interesting blog post about secret services using esp to gain intel, with links: https://www.actualized.org/insights/telekinesis -

@jaylimix i've been reading your latest comments i think i should make the subsequent objections: 1- you claim the word Genocide is not fitting situation in Palestine - i invite you to take at look at my post page 241. The term can be applied and there is consensus on it, but western mainstream media is reclutant to talk about it for obvious reasons. 2- the fact that the population of palestinians is rising doesn't tell much about the quality of their existence. 3- You should't blame it on Islam about the suicide bombers. Pretty much every religion had their terrorist throughout history. The problem is their level of development and situation, not religion. -

@Leo Gura the irony is that the situation seems beneficial for both Hamas (they got Israel to fight back making the palestine question relevant again) and Israel (many say their true goal is not to "destroy hamas" but to exploit the attention to the strip to speed up the process of making the west bank settlements definitive and expel the residual palestinian polulation that is "in the way"). https://www.wsj.com/world/middle-east/palestinians-in-west-bank-flee-after-settler-violence-we-were-forced-to-leave-7d3c1988?mod=hp_lead_pos1 the nytimes wrote about it aswell and they have free articles. -

I wrote my comment to clear up a scenario that can be murky to those approaching the story. @Nivsch @Lila9 You guys are so biased its a waste of letters to rispond in detail. I will just say: Hamas and the current Israeli gov. are not beneficial to open possibilities of a peaceful future, for both Israeli and palestinian citizens. The way they handled the situation to this point is enough to support this claim. -

241 pages and still poeple here think the Israeli government are the "good guys", that they "tried", etc. Are palestinian elites the good ones then? fuck no. Both the Gaza strip and the West Bank are partially amministrated by some of the most corrupted and barbaric organizations on the planet, alongside their collegues in the neighbouring countries. Though It must be remembered the current state of the Palestinian leaderships has beeen partially, if not directly moulded by Israeli politians as shown by the well documented funding activity of Nethanyahu's party in favour of Hamas, for example. -------- Now that i put aside possible misunderstandings, let's adress with FACTS what too many people here seem to negate/overlook/ignore. Is Israel committing a Genocide? YES. why? i explain: if you look at the definition of Genocide, agreed even by israel Itself during its founding, it says: "act committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group". The act can be aplied through: 1 killing members of the group, 2 causing them serious bodily or mental harm, 3 imposing living conditions intended to destroy the group, 4 preventing births, 5 forcibly transferring children out of the group. You just need to enact 1 of these five condiction to call it a genicide, as i will demonstrate, Isreal is guilty in most of them. 1- this one is easy. i think it's enough to mention that in just one month Israel defended itself by making more killings then in the whole current Ukraine conflict. It's important to remember that of the deads are civilians and 40% are kids. 2/3-mutilations, harming of prisoners, sexual violence, bombings of schools, hospitals, blockings of medicines, water, food, limited movement etc. 4- even though there isn't an law direct that doesn't allow Palesinians to have children, but the UN clarifies that "preventing birth" can be the results of laws that bans merriages. Israel recentrly approved a law that makes interracial merriages complicated, which means that the only form of reproduction for Palesintians without legal obstacle, is forming couples within them. 5- Israel's violation of the Geneva Convention is already enough proof. masses have been arrested in Gaza and deported in Israelis prisons and have been judge by their military courts. Many families have been separated. -------- As you see, genocide doesn't mean that the population must decrease. It must also be mentioned that around 50% of those who identifies as palestinians today are aren't leaving in Palestine right now. Many Historians, Journalists, Intellectuls, legal experts, international associations, even Israeli ones have agreed that Israel is guilty of Genocide. Even many politicians in the costitutional arc of the Israeli govenment (so not some border activist) have admitted it. All of this was meant to demonstrate that this conflict is asymmetrical only as a matter of military and political force. The practical action, by both sides, seems to be the same. So it's good to have a civil conversation, but no conversation about this conflict can be fruitful without acknlowledging this first. -

@Lila9 War ended 50 years ago, Israel won and borders were established. What you call "war on territory" shouldn't even be happening because settlements shouldn't be there. And yet it still occupies territories(according to the U.N.) over which it doesn't have any right (west bank, golan), and segregate a minority group in a concentration camp (gaza). So yes i wuold say that etchinic cleansing, segregation, concentration camp and occupation are suitable word IF you look up the definitions. And before you say it: Yes, Hamas BAD. @zazen exactly -

_Archangel_ replied to Leo Gura's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@Lila9 The settlers occupation shit can be considered ethnic cleansing, look up the definition. Ethnic cleansing doesn't require direct killing. -

Agalloch is a Post/black/doom/folk metal band from USA.These 2 tracks contains little vocals but good examples to give you a taste of the sonic landscape that they can create. They have full instrumentals aswell. Their in general so good at conveying in music the solemn immensity of mistery of Life. The whispering, the acoustic guitar, the choirs, ambient sounds, the pauses, darkness and clarity, the drums,: all adds up to the result. -

_Archangel_ replied to PepperBlossoms's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@PepperBlossoms I have no direct experience with entities/demons, but i do know that Magic work their purpose if correctly executed. So, given the big literature and testimonial about it, It doesn't seem strange to me that poeple could come in contact with intelligencies with no body. How do they burn themselves? Take human beings. we don't consider a fellow human an "entity", as much as we don't consider the sun a star, but that's what it is. If you befriend the mafia for example, you might qiucky get money, sex, status, but the chanches of getting shot, arrested, betrayed rise up significantly. If you befriend a drug dealer, you get the best drug, but you also increase the chanches of getting a stroke, and so on. The same happens with non-material entities. An entity is a kind of energy/idea/information that incarnates and becomes "conscious" and invoking it will make you come in contact with that particular energy. But you must pay attention what energies you interact with. If you evoke the God of War, you might become more combative a work, but your collegues might start looking at you bedly. This can help you. This guy is does Cerimonial Magic, was on death row for nearly 20 years passed the time studying this stuff. -

@Nivsch I think it is usually better to negoitiate rather than bombing if you want hostages back. (not to mention some of them will die in the bombings) The lesser of two Evils. Iran and Hezbollah benefit from having Hamas there, if they disappear they won't just stay and watch I agree that the Palestinians would be better off Hamas, but i'm afraid the way Israel is dealing with the problem is the worst possible, for reasons i mentioned before. Israel made the worst mistake by recluding Palestinian in the strip thinking whis would hold problems at bay. They basically created a safe space for radicalization to spread and Hamas is the result. The world commmunity should impose their will because everyone in the area has proven incapable of dealing with it. I'm not confused i meant what i meant. Aid and Crisis are two different things. The bombings will cause a H. C. because 100's of thousends of pople won't have a home at the of the conflict. And many more will die and get injured. Not to count the fact that the strip already has little access to drinkable water, electricity and power. And not just beacause of Hamas. -

@Leo Gura Yes. Too many errors from every side unfortunately. -

_Archangel_ replied to PepperBlossoms's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Occult does't equal satanism. Occultism is a general term that indicates many traditions. Occultism is like fire. You can use to bake a cake or you can burn your fingers. finding a teacher is preferable. Some poeple use it for Evil, Yes. And then they usually burn their fingers -

_Archangel_ replied to Leo Gura's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@Leo Gura Even if, after months, they're going to defeat hamas, Israel is going to deal with humanitarian crisis of immense proporsion, that i bet they have literally no idea how to manage, looking at how they dealt with the conflict so far. The bombing could backfire. Of course if they sweap clean the strip Hamas desappears(civillians included), but at that will provoke a reaction from Iran and Hezbollah, resulting in an even bigger escalation and threat for Israel. The biggest problem is that every state in the area is so militaristic(obviously) and rely upon weapons to solve problems. it will never work. Best short term action could be political, like proclaiming ceasefire and softening te sanction on Iran, but it's never going to happen with these poeple in power. -

@Twentyfirst Got ya! @Breakingthewall Sure, it's logical. -

_Archangel_ replied to Leo Gura's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@Twentyfirst I don't know exacly what you mean, but to get things clear, yes Hamas is as bad for the well being of palesinians as Israel right wing fundamentalism is for the Israelis. -

_Archangel_ replied to Leo Gura's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@Leo Gura Most war analyst agree that bombing isn't the most effective way to cancel Hamas. The thing is, the way the operation are carried really make poeple wonder whether Israel wants to actrually destroy Hamas or intentionally kill civilians. Best thing would probably have been a decade-long agent infiltaration operation in the strip to slowly weaken them from the inside. What they are basically doing right now is trying to get rid of a virus by physically hammering the computer to peaces. So question is: Do the leaders of Israel want to actually help Palestinians but are too short-sighted and a-systemical to see that this approach won't work, or they are actual snakes using the excuse of Hamas to kill as many palesinians as the world community would tolerate before intervining? -

_Archangel_ replied to ActualizedJohn's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@ActualizedJohn1- There is only One consciousness bubble, the one you are experiencing right now. 2- This bubble is limitless. There is no inside nor outside. To the point that even the term bubble is misleading, because bubbles presuppose a limit. 3- Notice how the thought "there are several bubbles" can only appear in your bubble/experience. 4- So, every division/border/content of experience is fabricated/imagined/Hallucinated. 5- So is there a imaginator/creator? No, it's an impersonal process, there is no actual ground one or source. The concept of a "source" is an object appearing in your experience. The answer you your question is: The splitting is imagined and is going to be real for you as long as it is imagined to be real. You are part of an imagined narrative. So since it is fabricated, if the "Me" in the narrative realizes that division is part of the narrative, the narrative will change accordingly Notice: everything i wrote above is still part of the narrative. -

_Archangel_ replied to Dodo's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Dodo I with you on that, Being can't be spoken. Since we're on a forum though, that is the only thing we can do here i write about, fortunately or unfortunately. -

_Archangel_ replied to Dodo's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@DodoI assumed all those things about you because to justify your statement you uselessly brought up the usual talking points of materialists. It seemed as if you were criticising the mechanic the metaphor is pointing to, which is fitting. To explain your point you could have just said "the statement is not meant to be taken literally, but it points to the mechanic of the dream" So next time get straight to the point -

_Archangel_ replied to Dodo's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Dodo You got caught into a very basic misunderstanding of this teaching. When it is said that Life is a dream, it means that, like in a dream, the content of reality doesn't have inherent material existence and it's a groundless fabrication/creation/production/hallucitantion. So it is a statement on the Nature of reality not on the content. So we still have perfectly fixed rules with this this reality/dream is organized. The rules aswell are fabricated/created/produced/imagined etc. Leo has certainly touched upon this topic, watch some of his content. -

@HMD You said it yourself, There so need of an attachment o the "I" for breath to keep occurring. This waking state has fixed laws that can't be broken. Breath is a fundation as much has gravity is. Without a building's fundation, it wouln't be possible fore you to go up to the 73d flor and observe the view from the window -

i think both of you @ardacigin and@Leo Gura are misunderstanding each others positions. You guys call quasi-identical concepts different ways and from that stems misunderstandings. Anyway i guess leo's definition of "Mind" would include what you discribe as Ultimate Reality I don't think Leo has ever claimed that being Mind means being able to manipulate Mind. -
