Being able to dissolve the ego on a daily basis is in my opinion the key to happiness. It is not easy because if you analyze what I just said, it is: I am the ego, I want to be happier, therefore I am going to dissolve the ego, so myself. the ego cannot do it. he can only understand himself in the deepest way possible, and then give up the compulsive need to be in control.
