This topic, the mind, meditation, what they call enlightenment, it's not properly explained, it's full of myths, lies and mistakes. It's the most fascinating field that exists nowadays. This is real, not a brunch of bullshits, this is the step that a human have to do if you are a neurotic Western because the trap that is our reality is closing, and reality always find a next phase of existing. We are reality in its dynamism moving forward. It's not a delirium, just the reality, and the openess to your nature is the real change, the freedom that is the only possibility of sanity -

I write just because I like express my reality, if you don't want to read or understand don't do, but try don't be unrespectful if you could, maybe you think I'm a liar but as I'm not it's not nice to listen, over all without any attempt to understand -

The mind is the eye of the reality, is the self of the reality. The experience is the reality perceiving itself, always , even in a neurotic talk. The point is the level of that perception, it's different a silent mind, for example the mind of a cat, than a silent mind open to the ultimate nature of reality. Being open to tie ultimate nature of reality is not something that can be always, like your normal experience, it would kill you, the mind needs structure, barriers, if not it would be burn, the body would get damaged. -

There are zero thoughts, as I said before. For me it's easy to stop the talk, I can be in silence without any interpretation walking in the street, meditating obviously. What I mean is that in absolute silence, without the slightest self reference, when only the clean experience in happening, there is I am. The experience is I am, because the experience is perception of change. And in absolute silence there is no total openess, there are many barriers. But those barriers can fall an the real nature of reality can be perceived. It's the reality perceiving it's nature. Those are not thoughts, are the explanation of a reality, it's like if I say: my foot hurts. Is this a thought? No, it's a communication of a reality, you don't need to think to have pain in your foot, but you can talk about it Btw, stop thinking it's not something that you can do at will if you didn't align yourself first, because the rumination is a signal that something needs to be aligned. Rumination is not something wrong to stop, it's a symptom, not a bad habit. Rumination is your ally, you are a human mind, rumination is the pain that tells you that something needs to be done. -

The way I see it is that the self is a structural reality that arises from the fact that experience is registered; that is, there is a record of change. Without this record, there would be no experience because experience is precisely perceived change. The self can be absolutely silent, with zero self-reference, but it is implicit in experience. It is the very fact that there is experience. Thinking of the self as an idea of someone with certain characteristics, a past, etc., is a level that is quickly left behind in meditation, but in pure experience with zero structured thought content, there is a self; experience is "I am." It's not a witness, it's the very fact of the experience that has implicit the recognition of being -

But as humans we are limited. You could say that you are the unlimited expressed as a limited human, then any relationship will be limited in any sense. For me it's essential to understand this because otherwise I could idealize how a relationship should be and this is a mistake, I am in the human mud and I must understand how to navigate in it -

Sure but for building those bridges you have to break the walls first -

Yes, the problem is getting defensive instead explaining your point from different perspectives and have a change of ideas. Then you are not defending a facade but your need of superiority. It's a level of being that is good to understand in the slippery topic of spirituality I know that I talk a lot and like I know everything, but I do because I can't avoid looking everything and it's frustrating can't express oneself, not because I need being better than you. At least is how I see it, I think it's important to try to be honest with oneself, but sure no one is invulnerable to self deception -

That analogy is perfect; let's see what's true and what's an illusion. When you compulsively seek casual sex, it's not out of biological desire but due to structural closure. You live enclosed in an energetic bubble, and sex is your way of obtaining energy from the outside, achieving micro-openings, momentary connections with reality that recharge you. This isn't false at all; it's the manifestation of a closed structure. If you think that's wrong and that sex should be a pure spiritual communion, devoid of selfishness, celestial and tantric, and for you that's the truth, well, that's an ideal you've never experienced and that I seriously doubt exists, since sex in its essence is biological friction, an expression of the genetic struggle of life, selfishness, exclusion, and possession. So, the cosmic tantric sex that one aspires to is just an idea of how reality should be, not a truth about what sex ultimately is. At the end the true selfless sex has a name: celibacy. So the point is that dense states are not false, are a level where you are acting. The problem is the terminology true/false when it's used to say that being selfless is true and selfish false. It's absolutely confusing and leads to spiritual narcissism -

Absolute reality has no purpose, but local reality does. On an absolute level, that's completely unimportant, but on a local level, it's absolutely crucial. The French Revolution was absolutely important, even though in the totality of infinite multiverses (to give an example) it's equivalent to zero. At the local point of the French Revolution, it's equivalent to 10. That's how reality works. When sperm race toward the egg, they go all out, with the absolute force of reality; it's absolutely important. You could say condescending: oh, look those stupid sperms, running desperately, if it doesn't matter ❤️❤️. But it matters absolutely, because the essence of reality is expansion, it can't avoid it, if you would open your eyes you will see it without doubt. "Matters" is not a subjetive opinion about the reality, it's the inner drive of reality translated in a subjetive opinion. -

You never tried to help anyone except yourself. You use the others as a mirror to feel safe. They are not individuals for you, you don't see them, they are tools. -

And it's true, he hasn't. He is an emotional defense that adapts and changes depending on the form the threat takes. Absolutely everything he puts out is a reaction, even if he posts a thread; the energy driving that post is a reaction to virtual attacks on the integrity of the armor with which he protects himself from the terrifying inconsistency that reality represents for him. All his activity on this forum is an exercise in affirming that armor, which inevitably and constantly falters and needs to be reinforced. James my friend, be a man and break your walls. You did a lot of psychedelic but only led you to emptiness and absolute nihilism, and now you're in a very difficult place. The problem is that you approached the breakdown of your psyche from the arrogance of wanting to become superior, not from the humility of becoming open, and the doors remained closed to you. And now you prefer to maintain a self-image of superiority rather than try to open yourself to reality. Bad business. -

Then in the past you were been against science and free thinking right? You have an absolute rigid dogma that makes you to feel safe, and you use sarcasm and many emoticons and love to debunk anything that deviates a millimeter of your mantra : self doesn't exist. It's extremely stressing talking with you because in any point you start to use sarcasm and passive aggressiveness in a level that is difficult to handle without answering. Anyway, think what you want, this is just an exercise to understand the rigidity, I'm not trying to convince you of anything because I know that it's impossible, you are armored Maybe you don't understand that you are the tao. It's not something external to you. There is not a god superior to you, you are the tao expressed as a mind, and you can see yourself without the slightest deviation. The logical mind is not something external to the tao, is the tao, it's essence is the essence of the reality because it's the reality. Maybe you can't see what this implies. -

The problem that makes him unbearable isn't that he believes in his own point of view and sees the flaws in yours; it's that he defends a viewpoint that serves as his psychological anchor and tries to tear down other viewpoints because he sees them as a threat. The difference is total. Its just desperating. Why he can't see what he's doing? He's pure iron -

No, the experience is very simple and very brief. Suddenly, your entire conscious field is a brilliant white background, your emotional system is completely open. That's all, nothing more. But the way you perceive it is as if you've seen the sacred source of reality; tears stream down your face, your hair seems stands on end, and your head feels like it's passing electricity. In that moment everything is absolutely obvious. After a while, it's impossible to remember. You can remember the idea, but not exactly the moment. -
Breakingthewall replied to Spiritual Warrior's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
How do you know that? Imo it's very simple. Wow, ridiculous. Maybe you think that insulting you are closer of the truth. The reality is understandable because you are the reality and you operate exactly as the reality (because you are the reality) . The logical mind is an expression of the logic of reality. If you can't see it, insulting maybe is the appropriate reaction for you. Btw, you don't know nothing right? Then why so much opinion? -
Breakingthewall replied to Breakingthewall's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
No, it's an experience. It's not just a subjective experience; there's a sensation of electricity flowing through your brain, and afterward, a strange feeling lingers for hours, both in your body and elsewhere. None of this is interpretive, and it's very difficult to recall even half an hour later. I wrote it down right after it happened, and now I don't remember it exactly. What happens is that these kinds of experiences make your emotional and mental structure more plastic and open each time, which is the direction I'm aiming for. As I see it's essential due the emotional structure of humans nowadays, it's a trap of self reference that leads to very dark destiny. The only way is openess -
Breakingthewall replied to Breakingthewall's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Any mystical experience is a representation of the mind, but the mind is a representation of reality, or better, it's the reality appearing as a mind. This doesn't mean that reality is sacred, etc., but rather that if you remove all bias, everything your emotional system seeks, desires, and fears, what remains appears as the pure and radiant origin of reality. It's absolutely clear, more real than any other perception. -
Breakingthewall replied to Breakingthewall's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Just a subjetive experience of course. What happens when all the closures your mind and emotional system impose fall away, and perception becomes (subjectively) limitless Then you don't just see vastness, you see essence. This is like any perception, something subjective, but the feeling of certainty, of seeing your ultimate essence, is absolute. This doesn't prove it; nothing can. But it is what it is, and it causes your psyche to volatilize, to vaporize. It leaves your emotional system completely aligned, vibrating perfectly and powerfully, and your mind open and clean. Not for ever of course. things aren't definitive or easy. We are human; our reality is difficult, complex, much more so than it seems. -
Breakingthewall replied to James123's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It's good to understand the psyche of spiritual people. I like to understand the mind, and here are many people to understand. Except some exceptions, all is defense and fear. It's the normal level where humans operate but more subtle. In fact the spiritual people usually is more closed than anyone else. -
Breakingthewall replied to Spiritual Warrior's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Of course, and you can repeat for ever the mantra that self is false without mathematics or any understanding, but if we are talking about the real observation and understanding of reality, we will see that reality is made of lógical relationship, just because what's not logical doesn't appear, and logic is mathematics. I don't understand what you try to transmit, sorry. Anyway ,if you think that you are understanding what I mean when I write, you are wrong, then better don't chat. -

As I see dense mental levels are adaptive structures that life adopts in its expansive impulse because they are the most coherent paths possible. Forms tend toward greater expansion and complexity, and when the possibility exists, the niche is filled. If you, as a mind, feel the real call to dissolve limitations, that is the impulse of reality expressed as you. The problem is classifying dense levels as false when they are equally true. At a certain level, comparisons and limitations are absolutely real; that is the level that the reality of life takes at any given moment. You could say that it generates suffering, but not that it is more false than an unlimited mind. It is simply focused on one point, and to do so, it must be blind to everything else. It's like for you finding casual sex were the most important thing in life, you could die for it. It's not false, it's just your focus. To have that focus you have to be closed to anything else. Like an animal focused in survival or mating, he must see death like absolute because it's focused in survival. Death is really absolute if your focus is only survival, like ruin is absolute if your focus is being a millionaire. You don't cara about anything else, because for you only being a millionaire matters. If you make anyone seeing the unlimited but he's absolutely focused in survival and family for example, for him the unlimited would be a huge shit because it's not the survival of his genes. If you are open to the absolute you would see that it's not the survival of the self, there is not another life where you will enjoy, it's the total dissolution in the abyss of reality, the total lost of your individuality. Show it to anyone and they would feel horror, if they are focused in the self, because it's the death of the self
