Breakingthewall replied to Theplay's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I think the best word to describe reality is infinity. infinity implies consciousness, unity, existence, intelligence, power, and god. There can only be one infinity, but at the same time it can be divided, each division being the same infinity. not another equal, but the same. Infinity is nothing and everything same time. if you contemplate infinity long enough, the ego relaxes. Understanding that everything is infinite is the key -

Yes, but in that garbage that you look at there is consciousness being conscious, intelligence creating an experience, will wanting this to be with all its nuances. I'm just talking about semantics. the word consciousness evokes being aware of something and no more. the word reality, on the other hand, encompasses everything. although if someone can explain it better, I would appreciate it, since in most spiritual literature that word is used, it will be for a reason, maybe -

The word consciousness is confusing because it implies being aware of something. then, there is consciousness on the one hand and form on the other. existence is consciousness, without consciousness there is no reality. but this consciousness takes forms. this is more than conscience, the word god fits better -

most people suffer by default. in humans, survival is guaranteed by the acceptance of the tribe. this is always conditioned, human love is defective, and in our complex society it is a real labyrinth. the ego is made up of layers and layers of lack of love, or anxiety, are synonymous. we are dysfunctional, disharmonic constructions. the only way to correct this is to drink directly from the source, for this you have to dismantle the ego completely. a work within the reach of few -

I think what you are looking for is possible. but extremely difficult. you have to polish yourself throughout your life until you turn the mud of human nature into a transparent glass from which the light of god filters. each action must be aimed at it, and there is no well-trodden or defined path, only intuition works. once you have seen the light of pure existence, everything else is stupid. It doesn't matter to never have sex again, to be poor, to lose your health. Only the light of God is something, the rest is nothing. I would say that the paths are defined as we walk them, but it is difficult to have the courage to walk them to the end. but not doing it is stupid. -

of the billions of humans who have ever existed, all have suffered once they have reached adulthood and their egos have developed. It would be said that the ego is a suffering machine. animals suffer little. nothing to do with the refined torture of the human ego. there is only one way to stop suffering: detachment. but as a human you are attached by nature. it is a kind of challenge, a game. if you study a little human history, you will find terrible amounts of suffering. torture, genocide, disease. human being is jesus on the cross. millions of different crosses, each one his own, with the aim of transcending attachment. each a blow in the forge. Almost not a human is happy. what they call happiness is misery. -
Breakingthewall replied to Hanna Luna's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
This is pure speculation, but it seems to me that all human suffering is a forge, the way that from the coarse coal, from the raw material of the animal that only lives for survival, little by little the diamond of the selfless spirit emerges, open to infinity. god made flesh. everything takes an evolutionary process. nothing is by chance. Even the smallest note is orchestrated. animal suffering is very different, the end of survival and evolution to adapt to the environment. the human goes another way. the gradual deformation of that basic embryonic being to reach the complete opening throughout millions of lives. We are here to do our part, not to have fun. We are soldiers, so let's give it our all and do our part, and seems that it use to include suffering -

true, calling it "my" pov is confusing, it alludes to the self that is a construction. The question is: can experience exist outside of this experience? The answer would be, no, since another experience is this experience. this experience is the eternity and the infinite apparent experiences have been experienced infinite times. ok ok, and then, why am I only seeing the screen of my phone? I really dont know. it is very challenging trying to understand how infinity works. Without psychedelics I would say it's impossible, because our mind works in a linear dimension. with them... maybe -

The point is that if you change your pov to another pov, it will remain your pov. You can't get out of your pov, ever. your pov is absolute. If you reach god pov and access infinite povs simultaneously, it will still be your pov. By definition, only your pov exists. -

Well, it seems that is possible to control them, look at that monk from Vietnam who burns without moving, it seems that the human being can reach levels of total detachment. Imo It is not whether you are responsible or not, it is to see what is the level of detachment necessary for awakening and to have a acceptable level of suffering, to don't be a slave of desire and attachments -

Most of people can never get out of their ego, of the social matrix that programs them as robots. for them only that is real and they spend their lives spinning like a vortex over the same desires, affronts, shame, ruminations. there are many degrees of this. Some of them only seek to escape with addictions, others look outside for what they think they lack, others look inside, but through the word In the end, it's all a wounded ego suffering from a lack of love, but very few are able to step back and see it. even people who meditate, who read spiritual books and go to the psychologist, exchange some ruminations for others. It is difficult to get out of there because it is the known, we are beings attached to the history of the mind -

death exists since all this experience that you are so attached to disappears. your body, your father, the planet, the fact of being a human. if you are very attached, it is total death, since you are completely identified with all that. if you are detached there is no death, since existence will always exist. -
Breakingthewall replied to OBEler's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You are creating your emotions, but not in a way that you can control. Your emotions all start from an innate common binomial: fear and attachment. or rejection and attachment if you prefer. or death and life. all fear is of death or of approaching death. All attachment is to life, or more life. from this derives all the melting pot of emotions that you can feel. the only way to control them is to detach yourself. the only way to detach yourself is to realize that there is no death and life. then the emotions soften, you become equanimous. equanimity means equal. equal life or death. -

It is not the same to say: I had this understanding. to say: I reached omniscience and I saw that God was bored and that's why he created limited reality, and he makes it difficult because a video game in which there are no obstacles gets boring right away. but hey, if you want, you can go to him in the forum and refute something, to see what he answers you But in another hand, it's the way to reach the people. If you come doubting, nobody is going to take you seriously -

Leo's teachings on spirituality have always been corrupted because he has always spoken from absolute understanding and omniscience, when this was never the case. It's a humility issue. Leo is not allowed to express doubt. when he interacts in the forum it is from the maximum arrogance, nobody's idea is never an interesting point for the one who has made him see something. he is always on top! and let's see... the reality is that no. He is a smart, brave and ambitious guy. but omniscient, no The problem is that humans are genetically programmed to bow their heads to alpha, and here it is, so a vicious feedback loop occurs. if leo says solipsism, all are solipists. if multiple gods, not so much solipsism anymore. that's how we humans are -

The only important thing to relate to someone is their integrity, not their intelligence. I like to interact with adults, but also with children, or dogs, and even cats. -

The possibility of going really deep without ending up in a psychiatric hospital. -
Breakingthewall replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
all this comes from the ideas about solipsism released by leo. the idea of solipsism is useful for the spiritual work. it forces you to take full responsibility for yourself and your awakening process. but ultimately it's just a conceptual thing. for true spirituality you have to transcend the mind, and the idea: only I exist, it is mind, the same as: others have consciousness. Neither of them is valid, they are just mind games. the reality is. -

That phrase implies that something is being done, that is, to imagine this concrete now. From this it follows that at another moment was imagined a different now. that was and now it is not... that is, it is the past. it implies a succession of events, that is, time. Where are now the infinite things that have happened? nothing really happened and nothing happens, right now there is the infinity infinitely mobile and therefore immutable. so, your pov is infinite right now, include my pov. my pov and your pov are the same but I am blind to everything except the apparent moment that I am living and you are blind to everything except the yours. That's the way to create "you" and "me". You and me are a fiction created by that limitation of the pov that appears to be finite when it is not, and in that way split itself in infinite appearances. -

In the eternity of existence, is there going to be, or has there been, any different dream than you are looking at the screen of your phone right now? If the answer is yes, where is that dream? was it dreamed, in the past? but if time is not real... -
Breakingthewall replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
id say that the issue is: my pov is the absolute, there is nothing outside of my pov, it is impossible by definition. and, your pov is the absolute, etc. my pov is your pov, but at a different "moment". It's like I'm talking to my past self. for him, I am imaginary. for me, he is. reality plays with time and overlaps infinite moments. It's easy when you create the time. -

Leo's teachings, that is, his videos, are intended for a type of person. Leo's videos are totally conceptual. explains things on a mental level. You are God, the others do not exist, God gets bored of infinity and creates the relative, God creates limits, otherwise it would be a boring video game, etc. 20-year-olds see this and discover a revolutionary new way of looking at things. it is, shall we say, an introduction to spirituality. Also, Leo is a guy who goes to club, etc. Easy to identify with him. but these leo teachings are not really teachings, they are an inspiration to go deeper using psychedelics. Obviously, people immediately appear saying: leo, I took psychedelics and I realized that I am God! all conceptual... but it is already a huge step compared to being a total materialist, when it comes to facing life. For example, imo the solipsism video is completely toxic, but at the same time necessary. says: you are the only one who can wake up. Leo's teachings are surely the ones that will lead more people to transcend the ego of history. this means very few people, but some. -

the only way to fully enjoy being human is to truly detach yourself from being human. the only way to do this is to break the barriers that constitute your ego and open yourself to infinity. this has to be real, in the present moment, for all time. not just a peak experience that you bring back information from. It seems to me that this is what Leo does. seek knowledge, not freedom. I would say that is attachment. For me the objective is to make this space-time human entity more and more transparent, to live in the pure present. the help that psychedelics provide for this if you use them intelligently is enormous -

@Scholar Glad to read a penetrating and intelligent analysis. I don't agree or disagree, I don't know anything about Leo, and i keep in mind that Leo has a business. but for my part I can say: without psychedelics there is no spirituality. My use is by not far as intensive as Leo's, but it is systematic and maintained, and it will continue to be so. my goals are not in the trip itself, but in the baseline. the difference before and after is enormous. The balance, the perception of the moment, the silent. Without psychedelics it is extremely difficult to scratch the surface. For me Leo's teachings mean nothing, nor those of anyone who i have read. reality is here, now. this. no more is needed. go deep into yourself. It is wonderful that it is possible, and if psychedelics are necessary, they are used and that's it. Of course they aren't the only front, but are the dynamite that opens the possibility to go deep -
I mean, if i have bad feeling at the begging, i prefer to postpone for another moment. what I said about seeing black with open eyes always happens. i have also tried plugged, up to 30mg. the effect is strong, but since it is so progressive it seems that the ego adapts little by little and the real breakthrough never happens. I want to try the same amount snorted, since it is more powerful. maybe plug in 35, but I have a feeling it wouldn't work
