Yeah "only" you need to realize that. that you are infinite , hence the matter of psychedelics. -

Said in that way, yes, but maybe We dont understand what he is saying, because he does not explain it. maybe he means something different, that alien is a way of expressing... whatever. I don't think he is dumb to fall for those traps I'm not, just only being able to open up to the now longer and longer, but 90% of the time falling into the mind, sometimes unpleasantly. but every time I manage to get out of my mind, it's freedom. I try to do it daily, meditating, microdosing, whatever. It's something that goes little by little imo. the big difference is between never and sometimes. on the other hand, there is another Thing: psychedelics. 5 meo dmt does something I want to master but find it difficult. the absolute void, and behind it, the revelation, the mystical experience. infinity manifesting without any obstacle. the unthinkable. on the other hand, be careful... it's a shortcut, something that must be used to educate the being that I am to really want the opening, to drink the cup of existence until the end -

You are right, the open state is life, truth. but if you are not in it, it is not just because you listen to the mind, it is because of something deeper: fear. we humans are afraid of being. we are afraid of yin, we only want yang. We don't open up to the now because we don't want to fully accept it, and this is where we have to understand. what we are, what is reality, and accept it and open ourself to it, give ourself and let go of greed. most people prefer to endure a tolerable level of suffering but still hold on to the mind -

Do you think that this state of flow is enlightenment right? the absence of ego, the mind without patterns. Leo here would say that you can go much deeper, to the understanding of the absolute. I think so too. Opening and flow without thought is not the same as the revelation of the infinite. the great mystery. The dance that flows from the infinity. psychedelics cause more openness. But is it necessary? Or is it a compulsion? -
Breakingthewall replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yes I agree, but I think it's necessary to understand. for me it is. if not, the patterns are irresistible. for me the path to openness is a path of understanding. -
Breakingthewall replied to LSD-Rumi's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yes, What is necessary to understand is: why am I not in the open state all the time? What mental activity prevents this? Why am I doing that activity, what is the origin of this need? -

when you open yourself completely to the now, it gains limitless depth, you are, and there is nothing to understand. you are depth without limit, here and now. Existence. the learned mind cannot capture this, it must turn away. but later, you return to the learned mind, the well closes, reality loses depth, you are again skating on the surface, the ice sheet has returned. then the patterns come back. you have to understand them so they don't dominate you. -

You don't understand nothing using mental patterns. Understanding happens from the essence of what you are. like when you are a two year old and you learn to speak. understanding is a capacity of what you are -

Yeah, I would even say that the only way to escape suffering, even for brief moments, is to realize the absolute, open yourself completely to now. mind games will never eliminate suffering. It may be low intensity, but it's always there. humans live in constant suffering, always needing something, moving towards the future -

@Leo Gura You have said many times that the assessment: reality cannot be expressed with thought, is bullshit, but your awakenings cannot be said, like the true tao -

Yes but it is not enough to dissolve your ego, then the old patterns come back. you have to understand them -

Nah, he's smarter than 99.9%, and with great knowledge. what happens is that he questions you and touches your balls, nothing happens, we are human. that he is not awake from your standard? Sure, but no one is. insult a guy like that who adds value to your forum, that's stupid. you want a forum of lambs perhaps? The guy links a lot of interesting information, many selected paragraphs, spends his time, and doesn't say anything dogmatic, he just goes overturning his perception after many years of research and spiritual practices. why does it bother you? What do you prefer? a group of mental retards saying stupid things about they are god? -
Breakingthewall replied to LSD-Rumi's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Man, he's not stupid and it's sad reading you -

life is absolutely cruel. There is only one rule: survive. this implies evolving, increasing in complexity. Any means that serves this end will be used by life. cruelty is nothing, and suffering is nothing to life, mere means to an end. as you said, the evolution that is taking place is extremely fast, efficient, directed to an end, and it seems that extreme cruelty is not necessary for now. It could be said that it is only used if necessary, but are necessary since are engines of evolution. -

Maybe you are right, but maybe no. no master has done serious psychedelic work. I do it, although I still consider myself a beginner, and I know the possibilities that this has. -

I'm not saying that you're not right, I just don't understand what enlightenment means to you and what is the difference with awakening. It is the terminology, I think that since it is a controversial issue, you could refine more -

What does it mean that they are dreaming of enlightenment? All of them? how do you know? -
Breakingthewall replied to LSD-Rumi's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yes, that's true. I ask myself: does he have something to say, or is he just making fun of us? Seems the second, right? -

If you could develop that would be great. What is enlightenment? And awakening? -
Breakingthewall replied to Soul Flight's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Soul Flight don't compare yourself to anyone. you are alone, existing. focus on this moment, what is it? man, how not to have the need to go as deep as possible? we are now experiencing the mystery of existence. Just get through the surface, playing silly games? impossible. We have to go to the bottom, we have to penetrate, we have to open this moment completely. Don't do it is simply be stupid. -

I don't think so. any abstract unhappiness is a malfunction. Punctual unhappiness as a reaction to adversity is normal. unhappiness per se is mental illness. It must be solved completely, so that there is no trace left -
Breakingthewall replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
not to be completely happy is to be stupid. of course, I am stupid, if it were not so there would be no unhappiness, and there is. There are moments that no, normally, yes. not sharp, but a little. I work against stupidity. who knows why it is such a difficult job. well yes, I know. It is not about psychological work, it is about equalizing this being with existence. It is not equalized as standard. I hope that all this work pays off for other lives. -

You underestimate the king, I don't think his stew is rotten, it's in the process of maceration. we wait for something great. something never seen, heard or intuited. we expect the explosion of a genius. will it be so? we will see. For now, the bets are that something good is brewing. -
I did today 20 mg, it's very aggressive for the lungs and the mouth, i tried to hold it in my lungs but I started coughing. the effect, well....fractals and all that, and suddenly there was something like a guy making toys at full speed, then calm. how is to do dmt ? little by little, or a single puff? What use to be the breakthrough dose?

from a documentary about the African savannah that I watched for a while today, where all the animals were happy and helped each other . Also from Assyrian torture (lovely people), they put the guy on a dead horse, then sewed it up leaving the head outside, and waited for it to fill with insects and slowly devour the guy. There was a person in charge of forcing him to drink water, so that he would last longer alive. Well, the thing that's very difficult to understand is that for reality there is not crap. we as humans are pure bias. even if we try very hard, we are still bias. good karma, bad karma, etc. for reality seems that there is only existence. That thing about the horse is perfect for reality.
