Breakingthewall replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You could see that sellinwaterintheriver does not advocate stagnation, but real openness as a starting point for spiritual exploration. first, what they call enlightenment, the opening of the self, then if one wants, exploration of reality. In fact, it proposes readings from people who have carried out very serious psychedelic exploration for 20 years, esoteric topics, etc. but what happens is that in this forum what people like is fast food spirituality. which says: all those guys who have dedicated their lives in extremely harsh conditions, for 8000 years, to the human openness towards the infinity of existence, were clowns and cheap saints. The thing is much simpler: you are God imagining reality for love. do you understand it? easy right? good! You are already more awakened than Buddha, Ramakrishna and Maharshi together, and without leaving home! -

It can be stable? example osaid says that once you become enlightened it is forever. I don't see it that way, having a moment of no self is extremely difficult for me. I have to force it with meditation and intention since the inertia of the mind creates what I call the self, which is like a bubble, or a sensation of center. There is a receiving center of experience and that is me. to drop the self is to eliminate the center. existence remains but there is no reference point, and there is no need for control. At this point the past/future temporal sequence is eliminated and the interpretation of the moment ceases, the mind is emptied of content and only the now remains, which has no limit and here the true nature of reality is manifested. but there is a problem, it is very difficult to contain the mind that is going to try to interpret this, and in doing so, you return again to the bubble of mental flow that creates the appearance of a receiving center of experience. Once you have managed to open the now completely, you can do it again, but in my case the mind immediately tries to capture the scene, understand what this is using the concepts of infinity, creation, cause/effect, etc. The flat mind, beyond a few minutes, generates enormous pressure towards habitual functioning, the inertia of a lifetime. Each opening makes future openings easier, and in normal experience there is a transparency, the infinite is just below the experience, but my ambitious nature tells me: dive to the deepest, dissolve completely using whatever medium, drugs , meditation, etc. Not to understand what is this, but to see. But who wants to see? The self, right? It's very easy to enter in wrong paths -

This is freedom imo. The matter is not so complicated when you see it, but an impossible labyrinth when you don't see it. the labyrinth of the self. The problem, the barrier, the trap is the self, and everything that it implies. Being an infinite and impersonal extension that is life, existence, is not the same as a self. The self is always limited. that: you are god imagining reality because you love yourself. It's one limitation after another. The problem is that the mind will always take you to that and escape from the limitless reality, because the mind cannot grasp the limitless. Then you think, this experience exists, therefore it is being created, it is the effect of a cause: God. and god must be uncaused. So what is God? Let's see, what's left? I. I am God, I am the cause, the one who imagines reality. The self, which is a fiction created by the appearance of limitation, that feeling of "I am" that exists in every human, instead of doing the difficult thing, moving away, does the easy thing: enlarging itself to the god level. wrong exit from the maze, marked with a radioactive skull on the map -

war? You're wrong, I just want to see through you, and I've already seen. What if you forget about Leo's stories, your need to appear smart, awake, your fear, your need for control, and take charge of your life, and be radically and totally honest? Or do you prefer to continue with children's games? do you get anything from them? appear as something important in your eyes? That's all lies and that is a pretty horrible prison. get out of jail man, you can -

Realizing that memory is a function of the mind is not going to automatically get you out of your mind. since the one who realizes this is the mind, so everything remains in the mind. To get out of the mind, something that the guy in the video has not done and I would say that almost no one in this forum has either, you have to do an action of courage, you have to let go of all the mental grips and be now without any handle, in the total void, where only you exist in total silence, and once here, also release the you. open the now. -
Breakingthewall replied to LSD-Rumi's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@LSD-Rumi well, if you think that first there is a quantum foam that is the fabric of reality, and in unimaginable dimensions the first elementary particles originate that give rise to something of unimaginable complexity like an atom, which is grouped into stars, which after a perfect cycle give rise to complex elements such as carbon, which is perfectly organized in a kind of artistic choreography of impossible beauty to create complex molecules, which give rise to an engineering mechanism worthy of a god that is DNA, and emerge self-replicating organisms...I'd say that's pretty impressive. -

Just your ideas I'd say. Inside of the mental bubble. It's not easy to go out, few even understand that they are inside of a mental bubble -

Well, the lines are not infinite because they are just an idea, they don't exist, same than the numbers. There is only one infinity: the infinity -

What I'm asking you is if you have realized all of this on a mental level, understanding, or on a direct, mystical level, and if it is the latter, how many times, how do you access those states. For me, before intuiting/understanding something like this you have to access totally mystical states on a regular basis, mystical ecstasy, zero resistance, no mind. drop the self. like ramana maharshi and those people. I work seriously to access those states, it is not easy at all, the mind is cunning. Accessing mystical states is something that few people do. Think for example that guys like Zen Buddhists or people as Ramakrishna were dedicated to it a lifetime and had a different vision than that: you are god creating reality. How have you come to that realization? Would you have come to that if you had never seen a Leo video? because any intellectual suggestion that took you there is deception. do you know this? Or are you lost in the labyrinth of the mind? -
Breakingthewall replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
How do you know that? Because Leo said to you? Not enough. Or do you realize god doing that by yourself? How exactly? -
Breakingthewall replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The expression God is creating reality for me is false. You could say God is reality, but then you can also say reality is reality. God implies a subject doing an action with a result, reality. That is not so, it is the reality springing from the fact that there are no limits. no one is needed imagining anything -

Let's see, so a priori it seems stupid from a guy who has gone crazy, but... it is a mistake to underestimate Leo. also overestimate it. doubt. I am at a point where for me deep realization is the emptiness of the now, leaving the mental content, and Leo speaks of the opposite, of mental constructions, but not conceptual, but rather the creations of reality. dismissing or ridiculing this is a mistake. reality is creating forms. What is relative is the conceptual interpretation of those forms, but Leo does not talk about that but about becoming those forms. maybe he's one step ahead, or one step in other path -

Here in this forum we are talking about a subject extremely slippery. It has the peculiarity that your mind always makes you think that you are right, that you have reached where you had to go.The reality is that you are alone before a huge enigma, existence. this, now. Luckily there are people who want to talk about it. We are all annoying with that: you are wrong, I see it. but in this matter being wrong is normal -

Of course, in the reality in evolution. we are slaves of that evolution. The collective mind is a living being in evolution. we are an evolving physical organism in symbiosis/slavery with a ghostly organism that is the collective mind. There seems to be no way out of this, but it is important to master this combo and be able to pause it as much as possible, so as not to go crazy. It's very difficult to stop the identification with the mind . If you start to think about evolution, etc, you are trapped. All of that I said about evolution is an history. It doesn't mean that's false, just that it's an history. If we want mystic state we have to stop the histories -

For me enlightenment is realize the infinite now. but there may be more depth to this. not because you increase your consciousness, this is infinite now, but because of the degree to which you can get the self out of the way. There are moments in which the self is very dense, others more tenuous, it is very difficult for it to be zero. So, saying I am enlightened does not make sense, since there are degrees. Being in a zero self state, like a mystic in total depth, is not something that will last days, it can last 10 seconds, and almost always with traces of self clouding, that's the spiritual work, to try to get this mystical states as clean and longer is possible -
Breakingthewall replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yes, of course, but that is precisely what you have to transcend if you want to open yourself to reality. All of that is a cloud, a phantom entity that is the mind. It is as if he painted reality in colors and in this way the sensation of something defined is created, which ultimately is the self. It seems impossible to dissolve the self because it is the self itself that tries to do so. What the self has to do is change perspective, stop looking at the colors outside, which are all the mental images, all the stories, all the content, and look into the empty depth of this moment now. It's an action. Now it is the only thing that exists and it is empty of content. There is nothing outside of this, everything is illusion. then the now opens, you are out of the mind. No interpretation can be done, because if you do, you are looking the colors again -
Breakingthewall replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Exactly, that is the key to opening the now and realizing that it is infinite. the moment you realize that everything in your mind, absolutely everything, is a ghostly entity created by the constant flow of thought that encloses you in a bubble and moves you to do things. an incredible evolutionary mechanism. an entity that separates itself from matter and takes on a life of its own, and evolves in a totally plastic, innovative and rapid way: the mind, which is linked to millions of minds since every word that another mind says through language, is printed for always in your mind, which is a living being, just not material. When you see this you can make the flow stop, as you realize that it means nothing, zero. then the bubble disintegrates, and the limitless manifests. It's a mess to be a human, a real challenge. To master the mind is essential -
Breakingthewall replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@vibv anyway, i see clearly that it is possible to see deeper, every day I try to clear my mind, discover the deceptions, have a clearer vision of what this, now, is. Identify the door that the mind is, see what exactly that the self is, what it is doing now, see it and thus it collapses. It's a fun exercise. The self sees itself, it is hidden behind something very complicated, an energy network. you can make it collapse, then reality opens up. It is extremely difficult to maintain that state for more than a few minutes, then the energy network forms again. I know that this is the path, clarity passes through identification and the collapse of the self, it is surrender to the now, openness. This requires completely forgetting absolutely everything. your mind must be at zero. you must let it fall into nothingness, and the now opens. but if you start to interpret it (which is inevitable after a short time) it closes again. a difficult art to master -

You can't be more accurate. For me now is the time to open my hand. I'm in difficult business, but still, it is time to truly say: I trust. I'm open to anything. -
Breakingthewall replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
How? For me the experiences are false, they mean nothing. Don't you see it like that? They are remember, ego, concept. The only realization that exists is what is right now. We must not underestimate the deception of the logical mind. How have you realized God? when? a psychedelic trip? All I see is reality developing, infinite, impersonal, wonderful, a mosaic of reality that is composed and moves. Inside me is the infinite, there is no one, it is the limitless void that is total plenitude. Nobody is wanting nothing, it's just movement that develops naturally to more complexity, a cicle . But who knows, maybe one day I realize that im god and I'm dreaming the reality, as they say. I see is as a misunderstanding now, but you never know -

The absolute is a natural phenomena, not something with desires. It's the reality. Better to forget those ideas about god, all of that are just stories. If we want to understand, we have to empty the mind, open ourselves to reality. -
Breakingthewall replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
What I try is total openness to the now, that brings understanding as a side effect, but the goal for me is to break the structures and be without limit, just for pleasure -
Breakingthewall replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
There are no ways to understand the absolute from the relative because the one who tries to understand it is the relative self and cannot. There are ways to let the self fall into emptiness. basically there is a way, realize what it is, and let yourself fall, abandon any greed for knowledge, any mental grip. The moment you try to grasp the absolute you are placing yourself in a relative position, and you will not grasp anything, because the relative is limited. to understand the absolute is to be. completely inarticulate, unstructured understanding. are you able to become fluid, without a handle? Then you will see. -
Breakingthewall replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Well, for me that's wrong for an important reason. Who is sitting in the white room? you? and who is that you? God? This is the essential confusion, the: I am God imagining reality. There is no specific character who does things and plays things for love, that god who does things is the ego, it is a confusion. Reality is infinite breadth where everything is, completely impersonal. This is what you are but it is not you, it means letting the self fall. Reality is not a game, it is an infinite cycle and if we want to glimpse what this is, we must abandon all those limiting ideas. We don't know what this is, we can intuit it. but first, in my opinion, completely forget anything that has been transmitted by word -

That statement is meaningless in infinity. It is a relative statement. It implies time and place, in infinity there is no such thing, saying: there is no place to go, implies limitation. the same as saying: you are alone, or I am god. there are no limits therefore there is no place to go is equivalent to there are many places to go, and the pronoun "i" is completely meaningless The only relative thing there is is your illusion of being something that understands things and that increases its level of consciousness, and that is more conscious than dogs and rats, but as I said, it is an illusion, it is nothing, and its level of Consciousness is an illusion too. Now the reality is in its total level of consciousness,
