Maybe you didn't read, I told: ok , perception is also interpretation. Then you answering putting me down without the slightest reference to my text. I don't know why I wrote it then I wrote this because I did that experiment hundred of times, let's see if you can read it, then maybe you could answer without that emotional condescendence Again: To say that "consciousness is a screen where things appear, and if you cling to them, you get lost and your nature as consciousness gets hidden" is a logical error. There is no consciousness without content: all consciousness is consciousness of something. Separating "pure consciousness" from "what appears" creates an artificial dualism. In reality, conciousness and interpretation are the same: both are relationships within the flow. Identification or closure is not clinging to a mental object, but an energetic contraction, a structural tightening of the form that generates the sense of being an isolated fragment, when in fact you are the flow itself taking this conscious form now. -

Yes, the perceiver, a center, that is much better than this dirty experience and thought, so human. Nice duality. that luminous being ever present is an appearance due the becoming, the witness. Just a duality that is happening in the flow -

Okay, it's how you interpret something too. Interpreting something is the flow of reality, exactly the same as seeing something. If you divide them, considering vision or touch as pure, direct, and interpretation as impure, egoic, or false, you are creating two categories of reality. One “natural” and clean, and another “artificial” and distorted. There is no artificial reality. Interpretation is exactly as real as touch; both are forms reality takes in the mind. Vision, hearing, and touch are not raw windows to “what’s out there” but relational patterns created by the brain, yet the brain itself is reality taking that form. Interpretation is another pattern of this same process. As a child, your frontal lobe is not yet developed and interpretation occupies little space; later it takes a central role, shaped by biology, also by culture and experience. Interpretation is structured in ways that trigger chemical releases as part of human genetical programming. I know the contra argument: you are conciousness and interpretation happen in you as conciousness. To say that "consciousness is a screen where things appear, and if you cling to them, you get lost and your nature as consciousness gets hidden" is a logical error. There is no consciousness without content: all consciousness is consciousness of something. Separating "pure consciousness" from "what appears" creates an artificial dualism. It's not just fear, it's contraction. It's something energetic, is how your system works. It's natural being a human, even when you are a kid there is contraction. you could say that it basis is fear, but not just physical fear but need of maintaining your limits, like being in an energetic bubble. If you break it, you really perceive yourself as unlimited, because you are unlimited. When you are closed you perceive yourself as limited because you really are limited, there are energetic limits that the system that you are is maintaining. You can't break it at will, they are extremely strong, it's like an enigma to be able to dissolve them -
Breakingthewall replied to Breakingthewall's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It happens that the contraction disappears, then reality reveals itself as unlimited, you are the flow of the real taking on a form that is interconnected with the whole, you have no limit and what you are is beyond form, you are immortal, and you perceive it with absolute clarity right now, and you perceive how infinity flows with you, is one with you. But it is not at all easy to maintain this state, since human nature is programmed to close -

Thats your personal definition, because the definition of perception is the sight, touch, etc. -

No, your brain creates images that are the reality, like anything else. Having no attachments doesn't mean having no self, it means having a self without attachments And who has that capacity? Conciousness is just an appearance in the sense that it's just the reality, and in the reality seems that a center knows that something is happening, when what is happening is the flow. The flow itself is everything, and you think that you are concious of the flow when you are the flow -

Then there is the movement, that is bad, and the stillness that is good. That stillness is the being. Ever present . Observing those bad thoughts. 🤔 Maybe this still center observer is precisely the ego, and the thoughts are the reality? -

Yeah, you and James are right. God made humans wrong. Thank goodness we, the spiritual people, are here to correct that fool god, that create nonsense, like thoughts or that ego that not exist. Poor God, is retarded, but we can fix his mess. -

Happiness is a complex issue. In the past, no one cared about happiness, but rather about belonging, duty, and religion. Vikings didn't ride their frozen drakkars around Sweden, committing massacres to be happy, that stuff. Nowadays, there's no belonging or religion, so the obvious motivation remains: happiness. And what's usually perceived as happiness is social and personal success. Having good relationships, a good job, a good family, and decent mental and physical health. The problem is that if you're a little intelligent you realize that all that doesn't make much sense when in a few years you'll be dead, and before that you'll be an old man with chronic pain and a brain like a Gruyère. So there's only one option left: you have to truly open your perspective until you realize that you are the flow of existence and that you are on a mission, which is to exist. It's not enough to believe it; you have to see it with total clarity constantly. Then your reality expands, and at a certain point, you realize that you are happy almost all the time, since you exist, you flow with the flow. And you realize that you were contracted, as if holding onto something all the time. You let go, and the limits blur until they disappear. Contraction arises from the constant self-protection of the form, which perceives itself as an island within the relational flow of existence. When the form recognizes itself as the flow itself, inseparable from the total flow of reality, contraction dissolves, and happiness emerges as the natural state. -

It's different to say that reality is consciousness than consciousness is reality. Absolutely different, one is a closed framework and the other is open. -

Time is the measure of change, and change is existence -

I'm not about being stubborn, It's completely obvious that they don't see something that is completely clear. Why is the self an illusion? It's just as illusory as anything else, so if everything is equally illusory, nothing is illusory; it's simply reality. Denying the self as illusory and accepting the reality of the senses as real turns spirituality into a joke, into avoidance, into something reduced. I think I gave some arguments, you could argue them, nuance, anything, but telling: you are wrong, you are asleep. That doesn't lead any place -

Everything you see, hear or touch are images that your brain creates from light, waves, etc. This question? I answered but I do again: I don't know what life would be like without a self. I suppose it's similar to how an animal lives in the jungle, but we are not animals, our structure is different, it is precisely having a self. Thanks for the compliment, coming from someone so tough I'll take it as a double compliment. What we call awareness is perception right? So we perceive forms with light and touch, we perceive temperature, hunger, pain, all of that. It's what an insect, for example, would perceive. Then, other, more complex beings expand their range of possibilities and perceive the need to protect their young, their position in the herd, all of that. And beyond this, the human being emerges, where there's a split. They are no longer a being tied to their environment, nor totally limited by their genetics. It gives birth to a new being, so to speak: the mind. This mind evolves independently of the gene, and its perception is not limited to the senses; it can perceive different levels of reality. It can perceive the past, the future, its social position with infinite nuances. It can penetrate the structure of reality, modify it, travel to other planets, become immortal, master genetics, conquer galaxies, and colonize the universe, to then transcend matter and become a flow of pure interdimensional intelligence that encompasses the infinity of reality 😅 -

Like the jungle, killing someone if disturbs you, etc? If you have awareness of yourself it's self awareness. The problem is when self awareness is conditioned by the opinion of others and that -

It's not an illusion, It's a real calculation of possibilities that runs automatically; it's just as illusory as hunger. Hunger is an energetic vibration that makes you eat; self-image is an energetic vibration that keeps you from defecating at the table with your in-laws. -

Self-awareness is a human function that creates an image of the individual in their environment to optimize and increase their potential in all aspects. It creates projections into the past and future and the individual's position in the social group, allowing for complex long-term planning. Who would want to get rid of something so useful? If your self-awareness tortures you, it's a sign that you need to change the frequency of your system in some way. Which way? In a way that doesn't torture you. But eliminate self awareness is not a possibility -

You can reach a state of no thoughts or emotions in meditation, but the moment you do something, you do it driven by emotion and thought, even something as simple as going to the bathroom or walking. -

The word consciousness implies both perceiver and object. Consciousness is just reality in a dual configuration. "Consciousness" from an absolute perspective means nothing. Reality is not consciousness, but consciousness is reality -

It could be said that humans are reality structured in a certain way, and that structure is in part the system of the psyche that includes energetic impulses that we call emotions and complex structures that we call thought. -
Breakingthewall replied to Breakingthewall's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You have emotions and you think right? That's the human psychological sistem. It's an energetic system that operates without pause. If you meditate, you'll notice how it closes, how your muscles are slightly tense, how it affects your breathing, your way of being. It's something integral: emotion/thought/energy/projection. The idea is to recognize it and allow it to open, allowing it to operate in free flow mode, without limits. -
Breakingthewall replied to Breakingthewall's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The conceptual framework is inevitable in the human mind, so the idea is to create an open conceptual framework. Open means that the conceptual framework is a scheme for human mind functioning, but it does not limit or define reality. Rather, it can become transparent to allow the living flow to manifest itself in its breadth and indefiniteness. An open conceptual framework is not synonymous with openness, since there are primordial energy barriers, but a closed conceptual framework is synonymous with closure. The idea: reality is imaginary; it is a closed framework, just as reality is material. An open framework would be: reality is limitless. -

Yes, same than imaginary world.. 😅Just obsessive -
Breakingthewall replied to Breakingthewall's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I don't know how to make you see that "nothing" or "imaginary" are relative concepts that you use to encapsulate reality. It means you're operating from a place of separation from which you define. If you're one with reality, you can't define it; it is what it is, what you are, and you're in flux. "Nothing" and "imaginary" are ideas that appear in the flow; they can't contain it. This is extremely obvious, and if you don't see it, you're always divided. -

Okay, so instead of refuting my claims, you choose to say I have cognitive dissonance and that you won't refute them because I won't consider it. Well, fine. That's your approach, and I respect it. It's like saying that from mine, you are a Putin spy who wants to put polonium in my coffee. I mean, it's just an idea that you are making up. And it's essential to maintain the frame that you are defending, that you are creating the reality as a dream from a god mode You could truly understand what a perspective is, how it operates, how reality takes the form you are now, how it flows and changes without pause in the dynamic flux that you are, and you could clearly intuit how that flux will restructure itself after the death or disintegration of this cycle. You could see it directly if you stopped clinging to closed mental frames
