Totally agree. When you see the depth of the game, you realize it's difficulty. Then you realize that you are the intelligence in movement, pushing, creating, and realize that it's difficult, but not too difficult . It's something to be done. -

What addiction do you have? Thinking that reality is nothing? 😅 Maybe I'm nothing, but I perceive like everything. A well without bottom where everything is. It's quite scary btw. Open your eyes and realize that the infinity is this, now, and nothing can be known. Like you are alone floating in the eternity. But it's not like that, you are not floating in the eternity, you are the eternity, and there are no limits. And really you can know something, the most important thing: what you are. That is enlightenment. To see your true face. That's extremely difficult, because a lot of mental traps veil it. The human condition itself is the veil, a game very difficult to solve. See it a moment is the work, at least for me. A moment as often as you can, in a total way. Then the mind start to be thinner, but the true perception maintained is very difficult -

Good reflection. Id say that a yogi is one who manages to break his chains and release his true nature in this human experience. someone who knows his human structure and overcomes it, without any subterfuge, and equalize it with the flow of the reality, being one with it -

This is what spiritual work is about, separating yourself from the learned social matrix, and opening yourself to reality without a filter. As humans we are programmed to be part of the hive and the glue that binds us together is language, which transmits ideas that have genetic force. Every living being has the life/death duality programmed. Based on this primordial ramification, we humans erect a web of ideas transmitted by the word of enormous complexity, and we inevitably get lost in it and acquire a logical, filtered way of processing, lacking in vitality. the work is to understand, penetrate, break and open -

The ego simply follows the evolutionary movement that corresponds to it, like everything that exists in the cosmos. If the ego longs for something, it is because it must long for it, just as a plant moves towards the sun, the ego moves where it should. some egos move toward total liberation. Others, like yours, go around thinking that they have already found the key to the enigma, when it is obvious that they remain in the territory of the mind. But they are too proud to humble themselves, so they never break the barrier. others, like the op, advance with frankness, they are too smart to weigh themselves down with pride, knowing that this works against them. It's all very simple, but at the same time very difficult. break the capsule, open yourself to unlimited reality. -

The ego is right doing that. That's intuition, the ego intuits the trap and intuits the freedom. That's the way of liberation. Get contented with less is a mistake -

I thought there were certain obsessions that I could never leave behind. a quite wild distortion of hatred caused by highly toxic people in my family with whom I lived as a child. There was a large component of violence in me that I channeled as best as possible but that always threatened to turn against me. This has been the driving force that has pushed me to go to the bottom. At a certain point, you break the capsule of the self. This does not mean that you go through life like Jesus Christ, you can spend all day thinking about sex and stuff, but your mental landscape has lost its limits, it has become bottomless depth, and from that depth springs the substance of existence, your true nature, quite clearly, then the obsessions and other dysfunctions of the self lose most of their strength as they become marginal, since if you perceive reality as something unlimited everything tends to become smaller in comparison, until it almost disappears, even life and death. Then, if I were you, I would push harder, deeper, without fear. Destroy your self again and again, until it becomes weak. Open your being to the unlimited, that's the work that you have to do in life. Then the fire that is in you will burn clear, clean, to outside, not to inside, because inside is not a self anymore to be burnt -

And what happens to the perfect harmony of this experience? maybe you can't see it? Let's see, I know you think that there is no self, but you are aware that reality exists, right? You know if you break a bone it hurts and stuff. does all that happen? How? Is it something, let's say, that happens alone, due to some type of inertia? What inertia is that? What causes it? Now I'm going to respond as if I were you: the self longs for something to exist, and it imagines it, but... there is nothing! just things that happen. 😅. but friend, things happen, and if you are blind to their perfection and synchronicity, and prefer to take refuge in your simplification of "no self", well...seems that you are giving all the authority to a superior power that is the inertia of the reality -

Sure but movement is happening, the cosmos is dancing, and it's impossible to understand it's dance. Or maybe could be possible in some extent? But the infinity is in movement and it's movement is perfect and symchronic, that's a fact. Everything seems that moves to more complexity, more depth, harmony, perfection. Just perceive what you are, your complexity, all your depth. You are an structure of reality of unimaginable complexity in perfect harmony, everything is that. The cosmos is art of a level that we can only intuit. The glory of god blinds, kills. Inside us a supernova of intelligence is burning, expanding it's limits and creating structures and structures out nothing, just to create. And all of them are synchronized to infinity, the human mind can just humble itself and move apart -

When you say: I am the reality, you are articulating that though from the structured mind, same is you say: my arm hurts. But if you break a bone and your harm hurts, it does the same if you articulate the thought or not. The thoughts, ideas, concepts, are created in base a realities. They are not the reality, are a mental representation of reality. But when you are so used to them that can't live without them even 1 second, you confuse they with reality. That's why we do meditation, etc. Then, why to articulate: I'm the reality? Because you can remove all the, let's say, deception, of the present moment until absolutely no projection is, there is no time, ideas, nothing. Then the reality perceives itself absolutely clearly, same that you perceive the pain if you break a bone. Then you are aware of what you are, you can define it as existence or any other word, same that you can define pain . Are just words, but constructed over a reality. Let's see, reality is, that's impossible to deny. So, remove everything and see, that's it. -

Deep meditation when there is zero thought, no structure, just the pure naked reality. It's obvious when you can detach yourself from the structured mind. all the work that we are doing is about that. You are the reality, the structured mind veils your perception, encapsulating it. The reality perceives itself directly, and that's enlightenment, it's quite simple. Without conciousness there is nothing, no existence. Conciousness creates the reality being conscious of itself, and you are that. -
Breakingthewall replied to Javfly33's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The ego is simply another construction of consciousness. Let's say that reality is unlimited potentiality, it is so because there are simply no limits. Consciousness is the highlighting of part of that potentiality, and it arises for the same reason, because there are no limits for it not to do so, therefore, it always was, since it is now. It has the necessary particularity that everything that stands out from the infinite potentiality must be perfect, since if it is not it collapses, it is not sustainable, it must be balanced. and this is its nature, perfection and total intelligence, since if it were any other way it would collapse. If you eliminate everything superfluous, the time, the illusion, in deep meditation or/and with psychedelics, it is something that you see as obvious, since you see yourself as the reality/consciousness/intelligence that creates, but create is not the word since nothing can be created but rather it is drawn, or as they say, imagined, highlighting parts of the infinite potentiality creating cycles of endless birth and death that coordinate with each other forming the infinite cosmos. inevitable -

Confused. Enlightenment is when reality become aware of itself, and answer all the questions with a simple answer: I am. Reality exist, and can see itself clearly. You are, because you is just the word that defines what is. It's not the you who have 2 legs and walk, is the existence that arises, or in other words, the conciousness that enlighten the reality being conscious or itself, or creating the reality if you prefer. -

You can focus in the now and be aware of your true nature and the eternity, ant then get deep in the structure of the configuration of this experience and understand as deep as you can the movement of the reality -

Never, in the eternity, will exist anything outside you. Everything is just ideas, the existence is this. See that and the time stops. You are creating the time with your mind. Forget everything, empty your mind and see the unavoidable: you are the conciousness and nothing exist out of you because you are the existence. Then you can penetrate in your substance and see deeper. The depth has no bottom -
Breakingthewall replied to A Fellow Lighter's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
All one? What all? That's just an idea. The time is another idea, you can stop the time in any moment and open the now. There is you without thoughts because existence exist and you are that. Just there is not and idea of you, but you are. Are=conciousness, just realize that. It's like the light that creates the reality being conscious of itself. Without conciousness there is not existence, and existence exist, then you, the conciousness, are. What if the conciousness stops? For how much time? Anytime without conciousness don't exist, then it's continuous, always, eternal. Here and now the eternity is. Just stop the time and see. -
Breakingthewall replied to A Fellow Lighter's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Conciousness=existence. Existence without be conscious is non existence. Conciousness is the light that creates the existence, then stop imagining the time and be aware of the now. The now is absolute depth, be aware of that make te mind pure, open, alive, because from that depth, existence emerges, it's the source, your true nature. -

Ifyou stop thinking, reality opens, like a flower. your mind closes through thought, thought encapsulates reality and hides it, veils it. it makes it limited, and gives it an anxious vibe. It is the human software, it is its quality. human software cannot grasp reality, since it is part of reality, an infinitesimal part. It works in a limited dimension, but it is impossible for it to admit this, it needs to know. cannot, it must withdraw completely, then reality opens -
That tactic is not going to work for you and it will probably be detectable for miles. Only being natural works, the problem is when being natural means being unbalanced, lacking, insecure, with fragile masculinity. then....nothing works. First you have to create a solid structure, then share that structure. In your friends case being natural means being an scammer, because he is. In his case it could work, even in business. There are psychopaths, but you can't become one.

That's because you've never gotten a real connection. If you do, sex is something mystical, and it is far above what you can do alone.

What is sought is to experience the absence of limits. the total absence of limits is experienced as total life and total freedom. From the empty unfathomable abyss reality emerges by the very fact of being unfathomable, and this reality experiences itself as total life, what you could call love. the sum of all possibilities, the absolute potential -
Breakingthewall replied to James123's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
5 meo is like the dissolution of the structures. That is, reality loses its limitation and becomes total, and everything is in it. You could call that love, in the sense that it is something positive, of enormous strength, vitality, you would say: hallelujah. But other times I do 5meo and reality loses its limitation and reveals itself as nothing. The absence of limits expands to infinity and in infinity anything blurs until it disappears, even love, then there is only an empty abyss. You can choose the version you like the most, neither of them means anything. The point is not to understand what reality is, it is to break the structures. In both cases, the structures have been broken -

You could say that reality has a a vitality, a happy, lively, quality. It also has a dark, crushing, terrible, desperate quality. If you mix them, and get to the bottom, to the base of reality, reality smiles, but this smile can take on many faces. I wouldn't call this smile love, I would call it freedom. -

I personally would not accept that some Nazis put me in a concentration camp to work to death after gassing my family. I mean, the reality is. Who can accept it or not accept it is the configuration of reality that we call human. Humans can love or hate, but that doesn't change anything. We seek the opening of the configuration of reality called human as a necessary evolutionary step, a karmic advance, and this opening implies acceptance, therefore we could call it "love", but reality is not love, reality is existence, love It is the imprint that the human configuration gives when accepting it. If we want to do a definition of what reality I think it would be better openess, or everything, or life, existence, flow, bottomless, infinity, totality. I say just to argue, I know that when you say love you mean that
