I would say that what we all seek with the "enlightening" impulse or activity is to dissolve all the limitations that being human implies so that a completely open perception can happen , and live in unlimited flow. -

Great answer, thanks. About that fragment...let's see. The nature of reality is essentially empty, absolute immensity, as you said, but at the same time it is absolutely full. That's what I meant by an openness that can burn not only the false identity but also physically. Let's see, the opening to full totality, or infinite love, or total light, means according to my experience (which as I already said can be identification, although I think not) that the infinite, by the very fact of being infinite, is everything, and that totality is an immutable reality. everything that was and will be, eternally, concentrated in a formless singularity. It is not a realization of freedom, like infinite vastness, but of absolute, unimaginable power. You can't be open to this constantly, it seems toxic, radioactive to say the least. Then, in my experience, that could be distorted, there are two faces of reality: the empty face and the full face. If reality were absolutely empty, nothing would arise, it would simply be nothing, but reality is. As you have said, the infinite being. What is this infinite being? It's you obviously, but what are you really? When infinity opens up and shows what it is, it blinds you. It is the explosion of infinite supernovas from infinite multiverses, something you can only intuit. It is not flat imagination that creates images, it is total power that creates dimensions and life. You can't be open to it, it has to be veiled or it would kill you, not your ego but your body. This means that reality is not imaginary. If it were, a subject that does the act of imagining would be needed. Impossible. Reality is just the absence of limits, and as you said it's impersonal. An infinite being that imagines is personal, that's a mistake of appreciation, a limited perception. The reality is everything due the absence of limitations, and this "everything" is the total realization. There is nobody imagining or creating, it's only the infinite flow that arises like a natural phenomena from the totality, that ultimately is you, but a you absolutely impersonal, pure light, or pure love could be a definition. -

I Know what I am looking for: total openness to reality, erasing the entire structure of human fear that closes, being open to the now completely, beyond human life, in all its total depth. I perceive this life as an stage. I don't understand how works the cosmos, but I'm moving forward, following an impulse, creating a new pattern as clean as I can that can allow the most possible openess. In openenss is happiness, because it's the essence of reality, of better, in closure is unhappyness, then it's easy to choose the right path, seems that the design is done to move you in that direction, the narrow path of evolution -

@Water by the River and there is something else, correct me if you think I'm wrong, because I could be completely wrong. In addition to being infinite, impersonal and free, there is a living substance of the infinite. By the very fact of being infinite, it is everything, and this totality manifests itself in what they call mystical love or infinite love, the total brilliance of sacred, immutable existence, which is the core, the heart of reality and truly the only one. reality, the immutable because it is everything, the total absolute, which now takes the appearance of this concrete situation. You can't be totally open to that long time because it burns, it has to be partially veiled to maintain this experience. -
Breakingthewall replied to Davino's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
But there could be degrees of that. You could be with some suffering but perceiving you as infinite impersonal being. You suggest that it's something that happens one day and then you always are without separation/grasping/suffering. It could be like that sometimes, others no. Depending of the circumstances. And even you perceive yourself totally open, infinite, impersonal, the reality, this reality could perceive itself absolutely, all it sacred openess, the absolute freedom and joy of being, the immutable existence, or not so deep, mixed with the experience. Or according to you, when it's totally open once it's always totally open? -

@Sugarcoat yes, I added a part at the end of that post saying more or less the same. But for me starting to think about that closes, and if it's open, it's because I forgot for a moment everything. But I'm not in that state all time, just some moments. And really I didn't read about non duality, I just talk about the expression "non duality", that sounds like limited. -
Breakingthewall replied to Butters's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Sugarcoat Let's say that non duality is an idea about the absolute, but doesn't implies the opening to the absolute. Now I'm in a park writing and I'm totally aware of the non dual nature of everything, it's totally obvios, but I'm not open to the absolute, my mind is veiled by projection. Then I contemplate reality to perceive it in the deep way, open, what it really is. It's like open your heart, and the heart of reality opens, then you perceive yourself, and you are free. But it's very difficult to maintain,.any little movement, and the mind veils. Thinking about "illusion", "mind", "creation ", "god", "others", veils. The perception must be absolutely empty of content. But maybe I'm wrong in one thing: the perception of non duality is not total. There are some dualities, then, maybe if you truly perceive non duality, you open yourself -
Breakingthewall replied to Butters's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Not two means that you have in your mind the possibility that there are two. Real awakening for me is the opening to the absolute depth, and that the absolute depth open itself and show itself what is it. Then non duality doesn't make sense. It's the absolute, no duality is just an idea. -

I met a lot of girls and I saw "it" in her eyes, the divinity and the sacred essence, and then after a while they were very son of a bitches narcisist unbearables , then maybe what I saw was another thing 😅 Sadhguru say so many weird things that it's difficult to make an opinion. I have the feeling that if I would meet him bit deeply, he would be like those girls that I mentioned above -
Breakingthewall replied to Butters's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
🤣🤣🤣 There is only one awakening and it is to what you are, and it is beyond non-dual. Nonduality is obvious, it implies that all reality is the same substance: reality, and that you are that reality. true awakening goes further, it involves the perception of what you are. completely forgetting experience, real perception is the substance, the immutable totality. dual or non-dual is irrelevant, non-existent even as an idea. -
Breakingthewall replied to Davino's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Then classic cessation is a restart, the cessation time is irrelevant, it can be a millisecond or an hour, which for you would be the same. but what do you get with the reboot? understand how this reality is formed? This can be a misleading perception, like any other. It is understanding, understanding is within reality and is irrelevant, it is an illusion -
Breakingthewall replied to Davino's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
What I seek over all is to perceive what reality is, not how it happens, since the perception of how seems to me to introduce distortion and is also useless, since the experience is happening, so it's happening and that's it. The thing is open the now, make it totally transparent, then the reality perceives itself and the experience appears like secondary, less relevant. Let's say that the experience is something that emanates from bottomless reality by the very fact that it has no bottom, which is why it cannot not flow, and experience is this flow. where it goes? Why is it exactly like that? I don't think this can be known, since if there are no limits, this is just one possibility among infinite possibilities, it is irrelevant, only the substance is relevant. But I don't have those perception stable, just some moments. Not only with psychedelic, also sober, but short time, then, sure more can be perceived Btw, I bought the book 10 min in eternity that you suggested, let's see how is it -

The psychedelic of cessation is 5meo dmt, at least for me. I don't understand why people talk about realizations of being God, my experience is always the same: the experience ceases, complete reality is a black screen. there is no self, no observer, just a black screen. If this stays here and the self returns, it is extremely disturbing, approaching the horrible. if black screen opens then it happens. Your being opens, and the bottomless manifests itself. If you do this many times, your mind gets used to it and it begins to be something normal, very close to the surface, then with a while of meditation the cessation and opening can occur. It's different than with 5meo, it's more like looking directly into the inherent emptiness of reality, and realizing that the experience is nothing, all forms are apparent, then it stops. There is no time nor is there reality, there is void. Once again it can be quite horrible, until the void opens and what you are manifests, the immutable that always is. It is such a different frequency of existence that it is obvious why it is so difficult to achieve. The mind must be totally empty of everything that defines it, of time, of being "something", of cause and effect, of any identification. It is a subtle art, any grip make a distortion that blurs everything and you are again in the timeline -

The tao that can be named is not the true tao, nor can it be thought. The names and thoughts are within the Tao, they cannot contain it. It is unknowable, incomprehensible, because understanding is a toy that occurs within the tao, and so is knowledge. To open yourself to it you must abandon everything, let go of the self and let it fall into emptiness. Any grip, no matter how minimal, closes. the openness must be absolute, then what you are manifests in an obvious way. but you can't grab it, define it, understand it, communicate it, keep it. You can only open yourself to it. -

Most serious scientists with deep knowledge of reality accept a mystical approach. -
I meant what to do not how to do it. Anyway, if you don't agree it's ok, I just tried to make a contribution

Human life has a great component of suffering due to how it is configured. The life of a bird is not suffering, nor is that of a fish in the ocean, or that of a 6-year-old human child. Happiness and joy are normal. but humans are programmed to enter the social matrix. It is impossible to stay out. Mystical philosophers like Lao Tzu promoted total ignorance of the lower classes of society to preserve human happiness. I suppose they would be wrong, because human happiness usually does not exist. We have memory, foresight and extremely strong emotional ties. All this in an always unequal society, full of desire, envy, hatred, lack, fear of not being adequate, of not fitting in, creates the identity of the ego, which is a big piece of shit for itself of a monstrous size, a source of madness , and of movement. Life is existence, creation and death. direct life, absolutely present, simple, pure. but the structure that the ego creates the image of someone who moves in time and must achieve things. This someone is always dissatisfied, basically because he does not really exist, he is a hyper-complex mental creation, a genius-level work of art to make a human a cog in a collective that has a maximum evolutionary drive. a hungry evolutionary beast, aggressive in its expansion, as life always is. The ego must be tamed, its structures reconfigured, it is a difficult process, the ego has many layers of fear and narcissism. falsehood, deception, self-protection. The ego creates a virtual shell so as not to see life directly. It is constantly creating a barrier made of thought that isolates reality from itself to create thrust, movement. The only way to tame the ego is to habitually open it to the deep void that is deep full that is existence. The ego will understand, it will be detached from the superfluous layers, where the vibration called suffering maintains the amalgamated structure. Little by little the ego becomes more defined, with clearer lines, more transparent to pure existence. In this way it coordinates with the will of existence in a more precise way, then it start flowing. Life start to be pleasure. Existence is open, the sight points to infinity. But always are rests of that substance of the human relationship, the attachment to the others, the self image. They must totally dissapear. They have to be recognized as imprints in the structure of the ego and understand the energy they create, look at them directly and understand them deeply, and thus deactivate them. Self image is the main obstacle, and it varies and can even be god. It has to be nothing, and then it is existence. It merges with the now and is the now. then the mind is open. -
Well, The thing is that all humans function at that frequency, not direct as a dog, and there is only one way to get out of it, which is to be able to stop the meaning software at will, and it is not easy to do so, and its more or less the same for all of us
-
@Evelyna what you are looking for is getting out of the web of meaning and opening yourself to the reality. It is a difficult work since as humans we have many genetic buttons that push us into that spider web, into the social matrix, into the constant activity of mental flow that encapsulates us and isolates us from reality, creating a bubble of imaginary identity and illusion of control. welcome to real work, to the liberation of the mind.

brilliant! Learning to deal with "toxic" people unlocks all the toxicity that you have absorbed in your life, which being a person of high nature as is the case, is always a lot. I say toxic in quotes because more than toxic it is normal. Most people are toxic in the sense that they compete and lie. For them, their self-esteem is always in check. As you have rightly said, the origin of shame is pride, and its cure is humility. That is genuine wisdom that helps you live cleanly and fully.

There is an essential difference: some have a limited vision, others a broader one. Some pursue something that does not bring real satisfaction, that is perishable, that increases the ego, isolates. It is necessary in its right measure, but making it your religion is stupidity, a mistake. The others know that it is not necessary to have anything because they have everything, as long as their basic needs are covered. that existence is broader than what is perceived and that there is an evolutionary path that forces you to ascend or be crushed. Then they move to the openess, the others move to the closure. Some point to heaven, others to hell. -

The pleasure of torturing someone is something quite natural, since at the foundations of life is competition, the fight to the death for survival, so the one who tortures feels power. It has been done in all tribal cultures, it is not evil, it is life. It is the same as the feeling of winning a tennis match but exacerbated and without the civilized filter. The masturbation issue is something else. You are horny and you do it, and that's it, but since it has a huge genetically implanted reward component to promote reproduction, it is easy to turn it into the b side of pleasure: the evasive compulsion, the addiction, that leaves you empty, sad and without vital energy . Some substances like cocaine, heroin or nicotine touch this area of reward of the brain But there are more subtle, let say, perverted pleasures. Maybe some son of a bitch 4 years older than you who, when you were 11, enjoyed beating you up? Maybe a rapist, a scammer, a narcissist who surrounds himself with people with no self-esteem? It's always the same, primitive survival impulses implanted in genes. Their genes scream: it won't be me who will be expelled from the tribe to starve, you will. I'm not going will not be enslaved, I'm going to wield the whip. These people are still wallowing in the mire of the primitive, they cannot get out of it, for them enlightenment is impossible, even as an idea. Enlightenment is leaving the genetic struggle behind, being reborn from the animal mud as divine essence. then, the pleasure is another: being, observing the work of existence, giving what you have inside without expecting anything in return. -

Reality is infinite because it's nothing. It's something very strange, like a natural phenomena. It's impossible to understand, but you can see it and be it. The absolute zero, the unlimited void, is the source of reality and the reality itself. Then ultimately, yes, reality is unreal in that sense, but is, you are, or i am, that is the same, and anything else is irrelevant
