Sadhguru is workholic, that's his choice. Maybe he does to serve the society . But let's see, a guy who lives in a state of meditation, who according to him is in contact with the 84 dimensions and who knows his past lives, doesn't he realize that he has a stroke? Everyone define awakening in a different way, I define as perceiving yourself as unlimited, then if you perceived yourself as unlimited 5 minutes one month ago but after you perceive yourself as limited the whole time, it's going to be confusing, you will elaborate a lot of histories and you would suffer more of less at the same level than before. The point is perceiving yourself as unlimited now. It's not a mental construction, it's a real perception, and from this perception the suffering blurs and dissapear

When you have permanent access to the true nature of reality, to your true nature, joy and freedom are normal, but if something extreme happens to you, pain, hunger, etc., we would have to see if you still have access to your true nature or only to pain and hunger The only wisdom is the openess to the unlimited, and it's a reality, not something that you can remember from an experience. Any remember is just a remember, could be a help but it's not the real thing , the real thing is now.

I think that anything that you perceive as bad, unfair, not perfect, can be the key. The point is breaking the shell of the form and perceive yourself as formless. It's difficult because we totally perceive ourselves as a form and we create a mental flow that define that form without pause. If we achieve to break that shell often we start perceiving ourselves as unlimited existence, and the form is happening in us. It's not like the form is nothing, it's that it's less relevant that the essence. If you place yourself in the essence the shell of mental flow stops, then you stop creating imperfection, because any imperfection is only an opinion. If you perceive yourself as the unlimited existence you perceive clearly that it's absolutely perfect , then the possible imperfection of the form is irrelevant or less relevant. You also perceive yourself as timeless, then everything is relative, meaningless Yes, the madness of the mental flow. It's like fog that prevents you to see yourself

Well, it depends of the perspective. This is real from a concrete perspective. If you hit me with a hammer I feel pain and you don't, and I really prefer that you hit yourself with the hammer than you hit me. We can't scape from that. This could be real too from another perspective. But what do you get with that? I think that if you want to really open yourself you have to totally forget the others, as separate and as oneness. Others are out of the equation, if you want to see from the absolute perspective, there are no others, you are the reality. Others and absolute can't be together, are antagonists. It's not like the others aren't real, it's totally forget the others for a while, even as a concept.

It's real that there is a body that needs to survive, even you were a sardine you would have that need without any mental construction, it is genetical, without that any living being would survive. Being humans the survival depends of the group, acceptance and rejection, and over this we build the personality, with all it's branches. The point is go directly to the root, face the fear directly again and again, then you don't need to disable all the constructions, they still exist but without energy, empty. They take strength from the fear, without fear they are empty . Then it's possible to open yourself totally, at least for some moments. I don't claim that I can do that at will, just in some moments, but I think that once you see how it works a process starts and doesn't stop

Yes but what is the origin, the cause, of the mental construction? I think it is clear that the construction is based on the genetic need for survival. The only way to address this and clarify it is to deeply understand your mechanisms. No yoga technique or guru can do this for you, you have to do it alone. no one can help you, any outside help is interference, evasion

I don't think there is falsehood, there is closure. The point is understanding how your psyche closes and why, and be able to open yourself. No ideas are needed, it's a mechanical process. For me it was impossible. I hated my father, not a joke, I really hated him. Seems to me that life had a strong point of hate. I think it works in the other sense, you open yourself to the infinity and then all the emotional charge dissapear. It's not that first you have to surrender, it's impossible, you can't , because "you" is the resistance. "You" can't decide stop being "you" because "you" is precisely "you". The only that you can do is be smart and break little by little like the prisoner of Alcatraz, and in some moment, the prison is gone, then you see that master that slaved you and for you it's just the reality. That's fake, from an absolute perspective you don't have to swallow anything, you exist, that's all, you are the existence.
