Breakingthewall replied to Ishanga's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The problem with sadhguru is that he is useful in the sense that yoga is useful, then he's selling yoga that's very good for the people, the energy and everything, then to sell yoga he's creating a character very magnetic, the omniscient magic avatar. It's like saying the kids that santa Claus exist, it's not bad, it's good for them, then they are happy. But we are not kids, we want the real thing, the total, absolute opening to the total reality, without anything else,. absolute enlightenment to the absolute light of existence. Alleluha! And if someone is telling histories for kids , he's an hindrance, a terrorist, a son of a bitch, a real devil. Like Muhammad right? This book is written directly by god. Just a small lie for the greater good, what's bad in that? They are just kids. What could get wrong? Son of a bitch of the hell. Only the truth is allowed, anything else is evilness -

@Ishanga look, Do you think I wouldn't like there to be a truly enlightened guy who knew all the secrets of the cosmos and came here to tell them? Of course I would, that would be wonderful. But I look at that guy under a microscope, and as I do so I see more and more possibilities of it being a funny and brilliant joke. Don't you realize that saying: use your trauma to grow! Is that so simple? It's fake, it's obvious, accompanied by measured gestures, eye drops, slow, exact head movements, jovial and tender hand movements at the same time. Fucking genius! Master! Boss! I bow before him, his impudence, his courage. But let's give a place for the doubt -

What did he say? That you should take advantage of the shit to improve in life instead to be blocked. That's obvious, anyone would try that, but they can't. It's not so simple, it's a simplistic vision -

In my opinion this talk is totally cheap self help. Take the responsibility, use the trauma, blablah, I could go to the book shop and take any book of self help and would be deeper. He talks just obvious easy logical talk. 👎. To the crocodiles. -

Sure, being impaled along with my entire family because Suleiman the Magnificent didn't like me requires all of infinity to be perfectly coordinated in its infinite dimensions, with every subatomic particle in its exact place, creating endless butterfly effects that reverberate into eternity. But personally, I'd prefer it happen to you. -

You can't know what sadhguru is, it's a real enigma, if you judge too fast you will be wrong, don't overestimate your perception -

You don't need that for real trauma, It could be enough if your mother is Beyonce for example, human relationship, attachment, need of acceptance, are real thing, maybe worse than being in gaza. Anyone who doesn't understand that is superficial imo -

It's not correct if we talk about real trauma. You can't forget real trauma at will, it's not a decision, it's extremely difficult process that most of people never could really do. Real fear, real wounds are impressed by fire in your being. Sadhguru never had a real trauma, he's a rich handsome successful guy without any real problem in life. I'd like to see sadhguru in Auschwitz, let's see how he is -

We are trying to know is sadhguru is true or he's liying. It's not relative, it's absolute. -

I stopped that video when he said: trauma is a excuse to don't be better, when something bad happen you have two choices, being wounded or becoming wise. This is silly, stupid. Real trauma gets into your psyche and becomes part of your being. Real abuse, real fear, is buried under many layers of psychological self-defense to remain functional and not collapse. Saying what he say sounds great, but it's stupid. Release the real trauma is extremely difficult, you have to go to the roots of your psyche, sadhguru don't know what he's talking about. I tried to listen all but when he started with the identification...omg. then, you are perfect in this moment, why are you suffering? Because you identify with your body etc. Typical self help that never works. It's much more complicated, the structure of the psyche that is build over genetic basis, the fear to rejection, the trauma.... -

This point is very delicate. What you say implies that he's lying to spread the truth. Maybe it's a good strategy, because just the truth is empty, then I understand. He is creating a multi-coloured package, attractive but at the same time obviously false for anyone who wants to see, because pure truth is not expressible and is extremely unattractive for those who are attached to the ego. A transition phase is necessary and that is what Sadhguru gives. What I have said is just a hypothesis, perhaps he really believes that there are 84 universes and eats mercury for breakfast, but he seems too focused and logical a guy for such things. Anyway, mercury? -

He's a genius, no doubt, but by default I think that everything mystics say is made up, copied from one another, a business to gain fame, to be venerated, ego in its purest form. Now, maybe it is not like that. The best thing is to have an empty mind in order to see directly, and study these people from a distance without believing in them. If you believe in what they say you are lost, your mind is chained, it is no longer free for direct perception. So as a defense I reject their claims, but that does not mean they are false, they are simply toxic to me. -

Sadhguru claims to be a kind of supernatural avatar that knows the 84 universes and eat mercury. In any other circumstances I would laugh of the joke, but then I listen him speaking about enlightenment and his clarity is the best that I listened, then....I can't make an opinion -

@Ishanga btw, your approach to those people seems very relative, for you the important point is if they are useful. This is twisted in my opinion, maybe the most useful was Hitler, who settled the basis for a new order of peace and justice with his bad actions, who knows. Relative things are impossible to judge But there are absolute things, is someone a narcissist or is he totally true? This is an absolute, then the consequences of his actions could be the opposite of his intentions, but if you want to understand him, penetrate in his soul to understand the human soul, you should focus in the absolute -

I don't think nothing about sadhguru, it's a real enigma for me. I would pay high to have a long conversation with him, it's a extremely interesting character, I'd like a lot understanding him, like an entomologist who study a new species. Maybe he's the most fascinating character alive nowadays -

Look teresa from Calcuta, everyone thought that she was the top of the holy work for the others, and she was a demon. Things are not what they seem -

It's not a problem, just a hobby. It's fascinating. Is he a fake? It's the possibility of knowing past lifes and those indian histories, or are just scam to be famous and venerated? The human nature friend. It's fascinating. -

god or the reality is positive absolute impulse. it is the imbalance of the infinite between being and non-being, there is only being, therefore being explodes in infinite manifestations, infinite dimensions developing infinitely. it is absolute intelligence, since what is not absolutely intelligent does not appear. reality is an infinite living tapestry that develops infinitely for the sole reason that it is inevitable. focusing on the form is madness, it leads nowhere, focusing on the essence is the real deal, it is always the same, the total brilliance of existence, the absolute drive, your -

I'm not focused in the personality, I'm focused in the truth. I want to know what is the reality, not what works to improve my experience. I don't need that, I'm not so selfish, my experience is enough good, but I really want to understand those people, it's like an enigma -

Sadhguru is a real enigma to me, he's fascinating. A real genius without any doubt. Authentic inside? I'm not sure, maybe he's a real demon, maybe he's the real deal. In my opinion lies are not allowed, any lie means that you are rotten, then I would like seeing him eating mercury. But maybe in indian culture lies are just funny jokes, I don't know -
Breakingthewall replied to Actualising's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I'm not going to use any method, I just want to understand what is inside them, if there is falsehood in them, narcissism, lies. Anyway, so if Hitler's talks make you feel better, that means he's authentic? Many millions of people loved Hitler's hysterical talks and the healthy hatred of the Jew made them feel better. Does that mean Hitler is the real deal? I think Hitler was a mentally retarded drug addict, but that's just an opinion. -
Totally agree, any narcissist is a boy, independent of the age. Self honestly is essential to start any real growth

Osho was legit in many senses, but what I mean is about real enlightenment or be just wise. Krishnamurti was the típical indian smart fake, very narcissist, Osho had soul, depth, energy, openess, but in my opinion he was límited, but who knows, maybe all humans of all times were límited and total enlightenment is impossible. Look for example sadhguru, his claims. He eats mercury, knows that there are 84 universes and his presence could do that this would be your last incarnation 😅. Everything with those gurus is ...let's say not very sure -
It's very difficult for men to see our weakness, we use to fool ourselves to avoid it, then become narcissist. Narcissism is the parallel personality that we build to bury our weakness
