Yes you are the reality perceiving itself. The thing is how deep can you perceive yourself. When I said above that the absolute cannot be understood, I meant that the substance of reality cannot be understood because it is not comprehensible since it is the source of understanding, but one can understand how it acts, how it develops. But how acts is not what it is, it's a different dimension. What reality is can be perceived, but not understood, how could it be? -

Experience is the same than consciousness. Conciousness is the absolute observing itself. Conciousness is something that the absolute does, not the absolute. Of course the substance of consciousness, or experience, is the absolute, but the experience itself is relative movement. That's why it's difficult to open yourself to the absolute, because we identify ourselves with the experience, because the experience is what is happening and we can't think in other dimension than the dimension of happening -

The difference between self and being is that self is created by barriers and has a form, while being has no form. The substance of the self is being, and being can exist without barriers or with them. An animal has a self, since it differentiates between good and bad for it's survival. The bias is the structure of the self, and its structural basis is survival. From here, a system of energetic barriers is created, which can be simple, as in the case of a tuna, or complex, as in the case of a human. Being without any structure is the absolute being, but being without structure is not an experience because it is not happening. Happening needs movement, and movement needs form. Without form there is no time, and the no time is not happening, even it's so real than the reality in movement. Time is just subjective, same than experience . The absolute doesn't need experience to exist. Experience is conciousness, without time there is not conciousness, but the absolute is. Give to the self the meaning of the belief of what you are is wrong, this is just a layer of the self, it's exactly the same than hunger, just in another frequency -

when Leo talks in his blog about Buddhists, or those who meditate in search of emptiness and equating that with enlightenment, being wrong. Well, who meditates in search of emptiness? That makes no sense. You seek openness, and there are people who believe that emptiness promotes openness since the mind is closed by energetic barriers. This may be true, it depends on the person. The absolute is not on the mental plane. You cannot understand the absolute since understanding is a structure that occurs within the absolute; you can open yourself to it. The absolute is what you are; there is nothing to understand. You can understand many things, but not the absolute. When someone says they understand reality and that it is God imagining it, or that reality is a infinite mind, they are wrong. That is not the absolute; it is an egotistical mirage. Completely closed in a cause-and-effect vision in which God is the cause. The cause of what? Of reality? So there is God on one hand, that is something, and reality, something else, on the other hand. Well...and God creates it for a reason or dreams it up. All of this is a closed structure. Enlightenment is real, but of course, if you're stuck in a delusional structure, you can't intuit it. -

The problem with Buddhism is that it differentiates between the false, maya, and the true, nirvana. Supposedly, for some reason, we are trapped in something negative whose essence is suffering, and we must reach something positive, which is liberation from the wheel of reincarnations, the nirvana. These reincarnations are not infinite, since they will end; that's why they began. Why? And why are they negative? Perhaps the only negative aspect is being a Japanese human in the 12th century, but there may be infinite other dimensions of existence. Oh no, there are only four: demigods, animals, demons, and humans. It sounds like a superstitious nonsense. Besides, emptiness is the goal to achieve, which is superior to wholeness. IMO, it's wrong and a negative philosophy in it's essence -

The self is not an illusion. The fact that if you fall from a height of 10 meters, your bones will break is not an illusion; it's a reality. It's not a false self that you create because you're mistaken; it's your human identity, and it's absolutely real. What you can do is open to your absolute nature, realize that the essence of who you are—your being, your core, your substance—is the substance of reality. You are the absolute and total reality, since any part of the absolute is the absolute; there are no parts. But the point insnt knowing that you are absolute, is perceiving yourself as absolute and perceive the quality of your nature . That doesn't mean you can jump off a fifth-floor without consequences. -

It seems so, but how to do it? How to reindustrialize a country? I'd say there's only one way: accepting years of serious recession. Tightening our belts and competing with the Chinese in the factories. Are the American people willing to do that? I'd say no. The Democrats' option was much more Roman: plundering Russia. This would have given them a few decades of prosperity. But of course, if you want to be Roman, your legions must be willing to die for Rome; otherwise, the barbarians will laugh at you. So, what's left? Find the weakest kid in the schoolyard and beat him up. But that kid, Iran, has friends. Difficult situation... Get a job in the factory? Maybe if there were robots to do it, it would be a good idea. -

When, in the primordial ocean filled with photosynthetic bacteria, some of them join together to form a larger organism so they can kill the others and steal their life force, is the devil who came up with that idea. Without devil there is not complex life. -

If the universe is a manifestation of the Tao, the universe is the Tao. If the Tao has the potential to be form, there is always form, because formlessness is never, out of the time. Enjoy China, do good business, meet Chinese witches in the skyscrapers of Shanghai! -
Breakingthewall replied to Arthogaan's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Emptiness is impossible, since it is, and Being is everything. There is no emptiness; it is simply a circumstantial realization, the absence of definite form. In essence, form and formlessness are indistinguishable from each other. They differ only in appearance, not in substance. So, to say that God is Emptiness is meaningless. God is reality, and reality is. Being is everything. Absolutely everything is in Being, and Being is infinite because it's dimensionless -

The clearest example is tobacco, an addictive substance, clearly carcinogenic, which has also been treated with additives to improve its combustion and make it even more addictive. Advertised everywhere, creating several generations of addicts and millions of cancer cases. In fact, the birth of advertising as we know it today comes with tobacco. It was Froid's nephew who had an idea at a feminist demonstration to promote tobacco among women. -

Spanish way is quite good, psychedelic are legal but almost nobody knows it, the sites where are sold are few and you have to search carefully to find them. There are also ceremonies and that, not just with Ayahuasca but with phenetylamides and LSD mixed for example, groups therapies and that. About weed, there are clubs where you can buy and use but it's also marginal, not public. They are very discreet and in the moment when they are too public problems come. About weed producers, it's forbidden, but police has not a department in charge of investigating weed producers. If there's a complaint from the electric company, they investigate. If not, they don't. So you can produce if you pay for electricity, but that limits production and makes it difficult to make a profit. You have to be very efficient. It's an opaque but functional system. -

His explanation of 5meo's trips is very good. When he talks about people who have the experience of absolute emptiness, that's it, total nothingness. For me, that's the step prior to total openness. Reality is absolutely limitless and empty, since there is no form, because any form blurs into infinity. That's where true openness can occur. There is no form, but you are. What are you? Emptiness? How if you are? Then it opens, and what you are manifests and fills the totality of infinity. The total light of existence, the inexhaustible substance. You are that, and you always have been. I wouldn't call it love, but total, but maybe love is a also a good explanation . He is very talented and clear in his explanations -

His take on reincarnation and Buddhism is interesting. He says that God is all existing beings, therefore, there cannot be a linear path from one to another. When one disappears, infinite other beings exist. You don't jump from one life to another because you already are all lives, and karma, that which passes from one life to another, has no meaning. But there is another way to see it, in my opinion. You are an infinite line of reincarnations parallel to other infinite lines of evolutionary cycles of birth and death. If you go deep enough into yourself, you understand the evolution of form and the process that is occurring. The fact that everything is the same nature does not contradict the fact that each life is individual and total, and each cyclical process is one and unlimited, but it's difficult to say. Seems that Nobody has gone deep enough to understand how the singular form appears, I think that much more is possible -

The path of the logical mind is a circular one; it won't take you anywhere. The logical mind is something you've learned; it's limited. The only way is to completely break through your mental and energetic barriers and expand without limits. From this expansion, the mind can create new structures that are in tune with reality, but what the logical mind can't do is contain reality, since the logical mind is contained in the reality -

If you believe in entity who created you and is pulling the strings of your reality, you are closed to real openness to the absolute. No one is pulling the strings; reality is not premeditated; it is free. The absolute essence is in everything. Form simply synchronizes with itself, creating patterns. That's its nature. -

Awareness doesn't increase or decrease; it closes or opens. The ego closes awareness because it focuses it. Addiction is a compulsive focus that closes; meditation opens focus. You can learn to fully open your focus. This means temporarily removing the self from the equation, because the self is an energetic focus that creates a defined reality. -

Then you know that because you had that realization in a mushroom trip. Once on a 5 meo trip, I realized that a guy I was doing some kind of business with was extremely noble and pure. I wrote him a letter; thank goodness I didn't send it. Then, using a signature-copying device to falsify some documents, he stole a considerable amount of money and disappeared. Dreaming is something that you create. For example, I can now imagine detonating an atomic bomb in the center of my city, recreating how everything vaporizes, etc., but the city is still there. However, if I actually detonate an atomic bomb, things are different; it has other consequences. -

That's false. hallucination is a perception that is different from the perceived reality. It is a recreation of reality independent of perception. You can say that reality is a dream and that objective reality does not exist, but if you say this, you are saying it exclusively because you heard it in a Leo video. Do you really know that what appears in your experience is not a hallucination but is alive, real, independent of you, and you have no control over it? If someone in a video tells you that this is not so, since you cannot verify its reality. Rather, you, as a god, are creating it to have an experience. But you also cannot access god mode and change a single molecule, since you, as a god, have programmed it that way beforehand and cannot change that programming... well, it's better not to tell too many people that you think that way because of a video you saw on the internet. -

If Trump had lost, Ukraine would now have long-range missiles and the recruitment age in Ukraine would have been lowered to 18, moving us toward an escalating war with Russia, with millions of possible victims. The US's problem doesn't seem to be just Trump; it's that it can't live without conflict; it needs it to maintain its status and economic level. Trump is trying to make the war a trade war, but he doesn't seem to know what he's doing. It's impossible to know what will happen next week. I think that china overreacted. They should have shown calm, but who knows, it's a very unexpected situation, US aggressive as always but in a different way -

Feeling or emotions are the foundations of the programming language of life. They are what moves us. Without any emotion, you would be a plant or maybe a stone. Even an ant has emotions. They are simply (and complexly) chemical impulses aimed at survival and escaping destruction. From there, everything branches out and becomes complicated, and something like human society occurs. But the absolute truth is not an emotion; it would be all emotions, or none. Absolute truth does not distinguish between life and death. Life and death occur within it, and so do emotions. Absolute truth is not love; it is total, and therefore indescribable. -
