It is simply the energy released when competing desires stop fighting with each other and a being becomes more unified. -

Glad to hear it! ? -
Imagine 2 people exchanging an object. One person gives a cookie (or whatever) to a second person who receives it. Imagine this happening in slow motion, in reverse, etc... Do this while imagining what both of their experiences simultaneously are at each moment. Notice how the 2 appearances "fit together?" Unify them. Notice how "each" is already a manifestation of completeness, and not separate. They are, in a sense, merely different perspectives of everything. There is only one appearance, but capacity for an infinitude of stories.

Optimal is at least 100g a day of protein from animal sources, which have all essential amino acids. 120 would be better; less than 80 is not good — unless you really don’t care about health. There is certainly no need to supplement but whey protein can help you meet the quota. As far as aminos being in an optimal balance, glycine can help with this — it’s in gelatin, collagen, and collagenous meats, and it can be eaten plain as it’s basically a calorie free sweetener. Some protein sources are a bit unbalanced in their AA profile. Even though animal protein is less likely to be imbalanced than plant, they still can be. Particularly whey protein (high cysteine) and pork (high methionine).

^^ ? But seriously, it sounds more likely that this is depersonalization — there’s still someone there who is aware that the separate “I” or experiencer has no substance and everything seems centerless. With enlightenment there’s no experience of the I having no substance — the experiencer just isn’t there. Perhaps contemplation would be of use? I don’t know. I never really had terrifying depersonalization in a problematic sense, I just viewed it as a side effect of spiritual practice so I pretty much ignored it, as crazy as that sounds.

The journey is already done, so nothing can be done, not to mention there’s no one to do it, and there’s no free will and choice. There are no limits, and all there is is uncaused love. Unknowable yet infinitely free. There is no free will, because all there is is free will. This is infinity. There is just everything. Destiny and free will may seem rather beside the point when it’s recognized there’s nothing even happening in the first place. Infinity might appear as the carving out, with free will, of a destiny chosen by higher self imagining what would happen if it imagined itself to be finite — with infinite power anything it imagines is so — it’s this appearing as that story (though the particular aspects just described have no need to be obvious). -

To focus on emptiness always, focus on emptiness never. -

Appearance. Absolute. Not consciousness as-known. Consciousness as in nondual awareness; singular appearance. Absolute existence or absolute truth. -

Close. Appearance is just appearance. However, appearance is everything. There's nothing else. So no reality. -

The appearance of substance or any thing is an appearance. The perceived reality of substance or any thing is also an appearance. The actual reality or substance of a thing is unknowable, because there is no reality separate from what appears. The real is precisely what is unreal, in than sense. -

The appearance of me, or the appearance of anything at all, this, is inseparable from absolute truth. It is self evident -- BECAUSE it simply IS appearing/seeming. No one knows if it is, or what it is... and yet... it IS appearing, thus absolute truth. Even if someone thought they did know what/if/how this is, that would also just be the absolute truth appearing as that. But the reality of me, or the reality of anything at all, has no substance of any kind -- it's not something that IS. Nothing IS, beyond what appears. And there's no separation between what appears, even including the appearance of individuals. -

It's precisely not for someone. The "someone" in question IS it. There is no someone separate from everything. Everything is it. -
The0Self replied to Blackhawk's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It's not? It is if it's associated with the collapse of the present/absent duality. -

However, the word truth here refers to the supposed actual/real nature of the story: Your word truth here refers to the real/actual circumstance that the story (or infinite imagination) refers to. But the thing is, there is no real circumstance, so nothing is referred to by "truth" -- the appearance of the universe/story is simply what it is... absolute truth. The reality of the universe/story is the dream. Can't be known, because knowing is it too. It intuitively regards itself as absolute (which is why it's sometimes called an intuitive recognition by no one) -- so yes in a way you could actually say there is a faith or trust, but it's not the kind of faith that could be paired with doubt... and it's not a belief. i.e. no belief + no denial. -

Truth doesn't make sense. Sense is merely an appearance of Truth. It has no value in relation to Truth, which is already everything. He did give you a pointer: "Truth is Self evident." All there is, is all there is. The story of existence is an appearance of Truth, but there is nothing IN Truth, namely a real story that actually took place in a real past. -

Yep. The liberation event that apparently happens is simply the melting together of the distinction between presence and absence. They remain as they always were, just what apparently happens; everything. -
The0Self replied to Blackhawk's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yeah we say the same essentially, at least in some sense. What you call imagination I was calling story. Everything is imagination; everything is story. -
The0Self replied to Blackhawk's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
He does not mean what you consider to be thought. For him, thought = duality or separation or inherent existence, which is indeed completely illusory. -
The0Self replied to Holygrail's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
^^ It isn’t. The belief in you and a universe is resistant. The belief seems so concrete, but is the resistance. Reunification is only a belief contingent upon the belief of separation. ^^ -
The0Self replied to Preety_India's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
There is truth right? One truth? If there were many, they’d still all be 1. If there were none, that would be the truth, therefore there is truth. So what is true? It’s by definition all there is, so... why can’t you find it?.. Precisely because it’s already everything, so it’s not “over there.” ‘You are God’ can be misleading. If you thought proof should have even entered your mind, then you have no idea what they meant by ‘you are God.’ There is only truth. So what is it? It’s this, already. However it’s for you to recognize. Hint, it’s done simply by unlearning everything you think you know — until nothing is left... except truth, of course. -
The0Self replied to Blackhawk's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Problem is, how this really is, cannot be known or even described, simply because it’s undivided and absolute and without parts. Because of that, any reification of any part of it when conversing with seekers might serve as a roadblock to enlightenment. Any description of the end point is not to be taken as the truth, since the end point is only when anything and everything is unlearned anyway. With that said, I find there are much less limiting (and more accurate) descriptions than “you are God.” “There is no separation” is truest, yet farthest away from an individual’s experience. What is the essential true aspect of “I am God” ? From the enlightened state, it might be found that it is “this appearance is unconditioned/uncaused and there is no other.” There are God mind experiences but even that is something one could self inquire from — they basically are side effects of the revealing of the infinite nature of the story and how there is simply nothing but everything. So I am God not only isn’t basic enough, it’s ironically not descriptive enough either. Totally just an interpretation — the phrase I am God and also my whole comment. The story itself is simply not separate from absolutely all there is — which can be no surprise at all when it’s seen that the story has no limit. This is a misleading story if taken as true like “I am God” too, but it’s like all-that-is is just an unconditioned infinite singularity, its manifestation is everything, and all apparent relative notions have the exact same status in terms of inherent meaning and purpose — none. And you can find no edge (separation), so certainly have no basis for claiming lack. All appearance can act as tools in the empty concoction of the story and aliveness. And at one level, awareness is essentially an apparent tool and nothing more... i.e. I had a life and I was aware of it, therefore sitting at a computer makes sense and is meaningful and it’s much more than just a bunch of uninterpretable data. The awareness (in the story) is shared by everyone — that is a relative truth, but it is deep in the story, and I find this is on the same level as I am God. ?? -

If there were no resistance, the journey would just end instantly, meaning no apparent journey would even begin, since it’d be over as soon as it began. You’d expect resistance as one of the appearances of perfection. Resistance is an expression of absolute truth; wholeness. -

Good question. I generally respond with something like “no belief required.” Generally people don’t ask that unless they’re already beyond small talk, so it’s not weird to just respond that way. -

All there is; this, is everything. This can appear as anything, including relationship. However, this is not relationship -- this simply is what it is. What/how it actually is, and even IF it is, cannot be known. Ever. There's no one to do it. There's no separation of any kind at all.
