  1. Any estrogen modulators — pretty sure some sunscreens fall under this category. And I’m definitely a bit worried about the safety of titanium dioxide (pretty sure it’s often used as a white food coloring).
  2. If you’re talking about bupropion, that’s not correct. It’s a NDRI — like an SNRI but with dopamine instead of serotonin. And yeah it actually can increase libido. If you were taking about ibogaine, yeah it modulates NMDA… but that’s not all it does… it’s basically a dissociative-psychedelic-deliriant; triple-hallucinogen. But its novel effect is that it can heal opioid receptors in some way, and those are connected with many addictions, most particularly painkillers and alcohol, but it has some overlap with dopamine receptor healing, so theoretically it could help any addiction.
  3. I would start with 3-8mg intranasal or 2-5mg vaped to get a feel for its effects. Maybe even take 1-2mg every 10 minutes, for less than an hour. Wait until you come down, and preferably wait a day… Then, whenever you’re ready, take 15-20mg intranasal or 10-12mg vaped if you want full effects. IMO it is very dangerous to exceed 30mg intranasal or 20mg vaped for any single dose — unless you’re very experienced; and never exceed 40mg for any reason.
  4. Why wait? Just do it right now! ?
  5. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because it’s so dangerous if done wrong or taken too infrequently. But if you know how to do it right go ahead — follow cutler protocol; though the forum where he posted (onibasu) basically stopped working, so there’s no way around needing to buy the manual “Amalgam Illness” or whatever Andrew Cutler’s book is called.
  6. You know who doesn’t swear? Some serial killer. Surely.
  7. Sleep paralysis hallucinations from narcolepsy (which I healed with heavy metal chelation) are at least partially what began the spiritual search for me! It’s not that they’re “real entities,” it’s just that those experiences can indicate there’s more than meets the eye to reality. I would start out with 3-8 mg snorted just to get a feel for it. Don’t worry, tolerance doesn’t build, so you can take a hefty dose as soon as you come down if you want. I would not exceed 20 mg intranasal (or 10mg vaped/smoked) for your first big dose and I wouldn’t do that until after you know what about 8mg (enough to produce strong effects but without total ego collapse) feels like. It’s not at all like LSD where if you took a 20-40ug test dose you’d have to wait 7-10+ days after to get full effects from a 110-125ug trip dose. Much more convenient than other psychedelics. Make sure you have the right salt to use vaped or intranasal. Can’t remember which type they are so look it up. Pretty sure fumarate can be used both ways.
  8. There's no evidence for any physiological health benefits -- there have been tons of studies -- besides those associated with calorie restriction, of course (and it can be great for that). But for me, eating less is easier, not harder. There might be psychological benefits though. But in general it's healthier to eat throughout the day if you are at a healthy body weight anyway and have no need for implementing calorie restriction tricks.
  9. Surprised none of us have deleted this thread yet. Oh well — we’re adults, after all.
  10. The main reason I did it was because it was easier and more convenient than a traditional eating schedule. If it’s not easy for an individual, I would not recommend it for that individual.
  11. ? huh? ? I have done that as well on the let us see your face thread ? But that’s not what I’m talking about… I was simply talking about literal links to game-learning sources bro
  12. Likewise ? jk It’s just that I didn’t see you post any sources and he seemed to be responding to a post that had sources so I assumed he must’ve gotten the names confused
  13. @Sempiternity Talking to me, I assume? Similar names ? Tons of free stuff here: Sergio Sorokin (collection of Todd V paid programs etc) — https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCanxC-SZpsNCUYO8LRxKPDw/playlists But the following guy has by far the best program, IMHO, it’s just that most of his best stuff is behind a paywall, but plenty of good info can be found, for instance by going to videos and sort by date, oldest — https://m.youtube.com/c/JohnAnthonyLifestyle/videos ^^ Just some simple primers. BTW… His 2 complete DIY programs/systems are a bit expensive; several hundred dollars (it was $700 but that was when it was discounted, it might be even more now), and the 8 week program (which has a money back guarantee if you don’t get laid, and they’ll know bc you have 2 coaching calls a week where they go pretty deep with you, though I didn’t get that program, I just got some free weekly coaching from them while I was doing the DIY program…) is like $1800 and doubling on November 1… BUT… I’ve noticed a way around this… Part of my subscription came with a 3-part “approach breakthrough” series… I watched it, and I also did the entire DIY program. What I can tell you is that the 3 part approach breakthrough basically runs through the entire system (leaves out maybe 10% but it’s all you need) and it’s only $100! So I would recommend that if you’re light on cash. But there’s no link for it available — you have to get on one of those free 30 minute calls; they’ll be able to answer your questions about it. Schedule a call and just mention the approach breakthrough on one of those calls. They say they’re 30min but then the schedule says “15 min” but once you’re actually on one they can actually last like 45 min (mine was almost an hour, and I scheduled a second and a third one to get free coaching ? and those were both at least 30 minutes), so they don’t really seem to be being disingenuous about it. They might even give you a deal on some stuff up front because if you get some good results with it, you easily may want to buy the rest of the program — so they’ll be happy to give you some cheap stuff up front. Mention the 3 part approach breakthrough though! Again, I watched almost all the paid content (all I have left is most of the infields, which would take a long time so I haven’t finished them), and that series basically covers everything essential. The guys at JAL will really help you out if you have the money though; like they’ll push you very hard into absolutely packing your schedule with dates. I was just doing the DIY program which doesn’t even come with coaching and even then they were holding me accountable and pushing me quite a bit — I was way outside my comfort zone for a while. If you don’t buy the coaching, they do eventually start somewhat ignoring you, but they have paying customers so that’s to be expected.
  14. It’s rather that you imagined: …that you’re on a psychedelic, so that you can “come down” and live a life of meaning, rather than exist as absolute indescribable infinity.
  15. ^^^ In fact, that’s an understatement. Discernible changes in alkalinity of the body = death… practically.
  16. Lack of fiber has nothing to do with upset stomach in almost every case. Insoluble fiber increases intestinal motility and soluble fiber does the reverse (which indirectly increases calcium absorption). Those are the kinds of effects fiber has. Fiber exclusion is more likely to mildly impact your cholesterol than it is to cause stomach upset.
  17. Top 5 YT channels: John Anthony Lifestyle Sergio Sorokin (all the best Todd V content) Playing With Fire Todd V’s main channel Todd V’s other channel Also, watch Leo’s 3-part series “how to get laid” — in fact, maybe do this first. There is a lot more info, sure, but to keep from overcomplicating it (which will already almost certainly happen), the above is potentially all you will ever need. Technically, just JAL by itself will do, especially the paid program which guarantees getting laid in 8 weeks or 100% money back, but its owner has about a dozen or more active misinformation campaigns against him, and he’s kind of offputting, so be prepared for that. And this only works if you actually practice it… obviously.
  18. @Waves Yeah it wasn’t really a problem. Often I’d do modified IF — 40g protein with no fat or carbs, upon waking. The rest was IF though.
  19. @LSD-Rumi Yeah the bromine in DXM hydrobromide can make you really tired, and it’s toxic. Definitely not that great of a substance.
  20. It's normal. Happens to me all the time. If you aren't attracted to them, what else can you do other than just treat them as friends/acquaintances that you aren't interested in sexually? I'm perhaps overly nice to people, not in a manipulative way at all, but just naturally gentle and kind, and this often makes women I'm not attracted to think I'm interested in them. One thing you can do is bring one of your gf's to your workplace or your social circle where women under your standards are coming on to you, and when they see that the women you are in relationships with are way out of their league, the women you aren't attracted to will probably be even more attracted, but at least they won't think you are attracted to them, and so they'll be less likely to hit on you (though the really, really confident ones still might, but those women are generally highly rejection-proof... and cool, even if they aren't super attractive). I did this, and the result was lots of women being less friendly with me... but it beats the alternative of leading them on. Or alternatively, just learn and practice game... The confidence and assertiveness you project can get so rock-solid, that women under your standards will likely just be intimidated. Ever since I was a young kid I had an extremely intense emotional reaction (a very strange feeling of intense disgust/contempt mixed with intense elation...) to unwanted interest from girls -- like it's some kind of genetic thing. It's not as intense now.
  21. I still do it these days without even thinking about it. It just works well for me because I'm never that hungry in the morning. But if you're doing a 16+ hour fast every day, it's probably prudent that you consume like 100mg of sodium in the morning or you might feel a little off from low electrolytes or get a little woozy from low blood pressure. But one of the easiest ways to crash your T3 levels is to forgo carbs for long periods, and T3 levels are highly associated with how good your mood is... so this likely is not the best way to eat unless you either just happen to naturally gravitate toward it, or have a hard time staying at a low body weight. I've been about 10% bf no matter what for a decade, so I'm not doing it specifically to lose weight myself -- though I have successfully used IF to get shredded in the past just for fun.
  22. When you fully wake up it's obvious that literally no one else can reach that level of awakening... by any means. Which seems paradoxical, but actually isn't. Collapse of separation between any two things. All there is, is what you are. Of course the character might still go on... playing games.
  23. Not necessarily confusion, but more like doubt due to thinking there’s something left that could blow your mind more than anything ever has before. Kind of. Once you dose 5meo high enough or have a cessation from meditation, or have a god realization, it’s obvious that reality is already infinitely amazing, so there’s nothing left to surprise you in a sense — that seems to be associated with loss of visuals from psychedelics, which leads me to suppose that the visuals are an offshoot of an unfulfilled amazement-appetite (which seems to be fueled by fear of the unknown), in a sense. From what I remember, Leo has described never having gone through the experience of having a progressive loss of visuals — he never had them in the first place. I definitely remember him saying that as a response to me on this forum stating that I no longer get visuals, a couple years back.
