  1. This is basically the central point of spirituality... Not exclusive to Leo or actualized.org. There is no alternative... Well, apart from just not having the info disseminated at all... Freedom is dangerous; you have to take the good with the bad. You really do seem to take for granted just how careful and effective Leo has been thus far.
  2. You misunderstood. Yes, this is a mystery. My point was this is ALL there is. Show me something else. There's nothing other than what is. That there is something else is the whole dream...
  3. @King Merk Easily the most epic and helpful tomes on meditation and emptiness: Seeing That Frees MCTB TMI
  4. No. There is not. However, be careful... Even though this is all there is, be wary of these assumptions: That you should know all there is. That this is in (or at) an exclusive “here and now” as opposed to some other here and now. It’s those assumptions which can lead you astray — resorting to mere irrational, contorted, false belief that “this is all there is” in a way that is not the truth. There is only what does and doesn’t appear ≈ I am you.
  5. ? Well, I think you made the right choice! Imagine the potential horrors of those options... Not to mention, has a spiritual commune ever ended well? Like, ever? Maybe I’m wrong about that, but if true, I sort of doubt you’d be the very first to successfully pull it off. All things considered, you’ve done extremely well with actualized.org, in my estimation.
  6. What is. Everything. Absolute has no real perspective.
  7. This entire comment. Couldn't have said it better myself.
  8. Meant clarity, not clarify. Clear on what's not worth believing in, understanding truth by direct experience and mindfulness, and power of consciousness via mindfulness, psychedelics, and insight. Perhaps (provided one has built plenty of samadhi) view experiences through various insight lenses such as impermanence, unsatisfactoriness, not-self, and emptiness of inherent existence.
  9. Not really... God-Realization is more complicated. Nonduality is simple: all there is, is all there is. There's no one and nothing happening. Nothing is everything. This empty appearance is neither real nor unreal. Relative is absolute. Of course by nonduality I do not mean in any way shape or form Neo Advaita, which is not ultimate nonduality.
  10. Essentially, but that's not a bug, it's a feature.
  11. Clarify, understanding, and power. Lots of work with meditation, contemplation, inquiry, surrender of the ego, and getting into the deep fine art that is the psychedelic experience... All the above, combined, in the right quantities, with joyful effort, over a long period of time -> God-Realization.
  12. This is an idea of enlightenment. How likely do you think it is that your idea of it is what it’s actually like?
  13. Leo, I feel like you’ve been holding back. I know there are reasons for that, but please never stop occasionally letting it loose. I’m right there with you (at least in the respects that seem to be the case from a particular perspective). I wonder... What is left? It seems like your understanding is... I guess you could say... total. Let’s make it more total. Though I guess that will never happen, because it’s already the case. Keep on keepin’ on, man. ❤️
  14. Well sure, this whole timeless thing (no-thing) isn't moving, and it's just an appearance, but more and less awesome appearances can appear. No one is judging them as awesome or less so, but yeah. There are different mountaintops, apparently -- of course, not really...
  15. ^^ This. End of story. Though yeah if the freebase happens to have some degree of water solubility and it isn't zwitterionic, then yeah it can also be plugged. Though I don't know if it has those qualities.
  16. God can imagine "separate time and place" and create the whole shebang at once. It literally just happened right now. You just did it.
  17. Experience can apparently collapse permanently. Just check out Andreas Muller. Totally different from God-realization but it's an equally high separate mountaintop.
  18. Sure, but have you experienced God-realization? Even though there's no you, there's still more, even if there's no one left to do it. In a sense, you could say it's just getting into the weeds, but what beautiful weeds they are. It's not really contradicting the fact of nonduality. Unconditional Love can't help but manifest as formless infinite God. Yeah no one is doing it, but it's all there is.
  19. God does it "forever" in that there's no time there, so God creates time and space and the like to have something to do. It's not like God is literally doing that in time as you'd normally think of it. It's beyond time. In a sense, God never leaves Heaven. This is Heaven right now, but with no one in it, one could say... So if it seems like there's someone living in separation, it might seem like something other than Heaven. It's still Heaven, but for no one.
  20. I think what he may have been suggesting is that it sounded very green. I thought it was fine. Some of the responses may be exactly as you say, but perhaps, they're tough love, especially if it's coming from someone who's been in a very similar situation and got out of it. Maybe? Maybe not.
  21. Yeah. Exactly. Or read a good book on a Sunday afternoon or whatever. If apparent separation from spirituality makes you suffer more, it can even be a "spiritual" book. I enjoyed I Hope You Die Soon by Richard Sylvester, but... that could just as easily result in increased spiritual suffering, so I don't know. @Endangered-EGO
  22. Plan ahead and find a way then (or not), and perhaps just get serious in general about contemplation in the meantime. Inquire. Remember to mindfully observe what's happening (especially mental states) as consistently as possible. Never miss your daily meditation sit; try to bring the increased mindfulness into daily life. Etc. Just suggestions.
