  1. It can be stopped If your will power will be strong. You basically have to divert your mind from the smoking whenever you feel the urge to smoke. If you keep thinking of it, you couldn't be able to avoid it, Just divert your mind and don't let it come in your mind. This way it will be easy for you to avoid at that certain time. As many times you will avoid it, the urge will start getting decreased automatically.
  2. Getting good treatment is important and along with it, you need to treat yourself mentally because the pain you have will keep torture your brain. Therefore you should try diverting your mind so that you couldn't think of the pain you're having. To divert your mind, you can try gaming as it will keep yourself engaged in it and you might forget your pain for sometime. Also don't forget to use a comfortable gaming chair to keep your body well supported.
  3. Depression is quite serious problem which most people face in their life at some stage. The time you're going through such stage, you should keep yourself calm and think wisely about getting out of it. Mostly the situation gets worst when someone going through several problems like financial issues, health problems, relationship issues etc so that time finding solution to your actual problem and working on it could definitely get you out of depression. Watching motivational videos could help but will be a temporary solution. Working on your real problems will be a permanent solution.
